Do not all flock to one thread just because there is activity in it.

In regards to Battle...
This RP is turn-based T-1.
God-Modding is strictly prohibited. God-Modding is controlling other RPC's that do not belong to you or have your character never take damage or never suffer fatigue from even the most powerful attacks.
OP stands for Overpowered. To avoid being overpowered simply make sure your character has viable weaknesses. Also avoid giving your character every single technique and weapon in the manga. In bleach, being overly powerful is the name of the game, so this term can be thrown around loosely. Within the context of the group, it simply means do not make a character who is invincible.
Metagaming is also prohibited. Metagaming is when you use knowledge that you gain outside of your character’s knowledge to influence what your character does. Taking information out of someone's narrative that they have not made their character expressly do or say is also metagaming. Do not fall for the age-old trap of saying a character's name when your own character has not met them before.
Autohitting is against the rules. Autohitting is when you launch an attack and land the same attack in the same turn. You
must foreshadow an attack by attempting, if the attack is still viable in your next turn, then you can land it.
As this is Turn-based Roleplay you have a strict posting order when Roleplaying in battle, meaning you can't post twice after an opponent.
In terms of a combatant; a judge's ruling is pure gospel and should be adhered. If you feel the judge has made a wrong decision you simply call for another judge but you do not directly challenge the judge.
If you die in Death Match, or DM, you must cease roleplaying your character, unless they are revived or otherwise resurrected. Do not despair though, this is another opportunity to create something new!
Character Creation
To roleplay in Bleach: Shattered Dimensions, you must have at least one active Shinigami character at any given time. This shinigami will act as an anchor character, letting you continue to roleplay should something happen to any of your characters from a different race.
After creating your Shinigami, you are then able to make one additional character per race. If after making a character of one race, you wish to create another of the same race, you must kill off or otherwise dispose of your original character in story.
There will be no Ichigo's in this group. This means you cannot be a Shinigami with Hollow and Quincy Powers, a Quincy with Shinigami and Hollow Powers, or anything of the sort. The only hybrids within this group will be the Visoreds and Fullbringers.
In Regards to Shinigami...
To join one of the Thirteen Divisions, you will need the permission of that division’s Captain.
Your seated rank as a shinigami is dependent on your strength and ability within your respective division. Though to prevent disagreements, your Captain will have ultimate say on the matter.
Captains have the right to nominate up to two members from their division as their Lieutenant, though any nominee also has the right to refuse.
To become a Captain, you must either,
Pass the Captaincy Test, Be unanimously approved by the Captain’s Council, or Kill the Captain of your chosen division.
Any Shinigami ranked above third Seat will be allowed to have Bankai. With a few exceptional third seats being permitted to use it as well. It is expected that your characters knowledge and mastery over their bankai be appropriately represented by their rank.
For those not previously approved, it is possible to achieve Bankai through training in character. Wherein, after an adequate amount of training, you can be approved to roleplay out the discovery of your bankai.
It is encouraged to gear the themes and abilities of your character around the appropriate tasks of your division.
Substitute Shinigami can only be appointed by the Captain Commander, and no one is allowed to rp a former substitute shinigami without first getting approval. Giving your abilities to a human is a serious offense, punishable by death.
Forbidden Kido are limited to only the Fifth Division Captain and their Liutenant, being the Kido Corps Commander and Second in command respectively.
Only members of the Tenth and Thirteenth Divisions are permitted to enter their respective jurisdictions within the Human World, and only with approval from their Captains. Any other Shinigami are forbidden from going to the Human World without the approval of the Captain Commander. Though certain Noble Families may have access to their own Senkaimon, and as such be able to enter the human world without permission, should they be discovered by their peers who govern those jurisdictions they are viable to face punishment. Said Divisions also risk punishment if they choose to withhold this information, as the burden of responsibility for governing those sections ultimately falls on them.
In Regards to Visored...
Becoming a Visored must be done in character, and the entire process of hollowfication must be roleplayed out. Remember that to transform into a Visored is tantamount to treason, and in so doing you will be banished from the Seireitei and your character will be sought for execution.
For those Visored forcefully turned by another roleplayer or character, it is possible to be forgiven and remain as a shinigami, if they are able to prove it in character to the Captain Commander.
The Bankai of Visored’s cannot be stolen by the Quincy Medallions.
In Regards to Arrancar
It is encouraged, but not required, to roleplay a Hollow before creating an Arrancar.
You are free to choose your numeros starting at eleven and up to ninety nine.
Three digit numeros are saved for former Espada.
The numeros of the Espada is determined by your Strength and Ability compared to your fellow arrancar, and is up to the Arrancar to establish their own ranks amongst themselves. Ultimately however, numeros can be bestowed and taken by the God King.
The title of God King is earned by being the strongest Arrancar, and requires the loyalty of the Espada. Whoever claims this rank is permitted to rule over the Arrancar for as long as they can defend their title.
In order for your Arrancar to be a former Vasto Lorde, you must first start as a Vasto Lorde, and after some time, roleplay through breaking your mask. Remember that this in itself is a difficult task, and as such your roleplay will be judged for adequacy before you are approved to become an Arrancar.
No more than two Vasto Lordes are allowed to be roleplayed at a single time within the group.
Only Espada are able to use Caja Negación and Gran Rey Cero.
The usage of
Segunda Etapa, or Second Stage Resurreccion is limited to Espada Numeros 4-0, and the God King. Even then, it is encouraged to keep its usage and the amount of users at a minimum.
In Regards to Quincy…
All Quincy are allowed one Sanrei Glove, or variant from the start. However after using Letzt Stil the glove will be destroyed and the Quincy’s powers lost, though this is not the case with the superior Vollständig. It is possible for a Quincy to regain their powers afterwards through roleplaying out an adequate amount of training.
The Almighty Emperor must be appointed unanimously by the Quincy.
You are permitted to designate your own Sternritter Letter from E to Z. However you can be removed of your letter, or your letter can be assigned to someone else, by the Almighty Emperor.
The Letter A can only be designated by the Almighty Emperor.
You must be a designated Sternritter before you are able to achieve Vollständig, or use the Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger.
All Sternritter start with one Quincy Medallion. This Medallion is able to steal the Bankai of a Shinigami for a single use, before shattering. After it is shattered, the Medallion cannot be returned to a usable state. However, these medallions can be traded between Quincy, making it possible for a single Quincy to wield more than one.
