The battle was impending, and the starry night sky of Naruki City, dazzled upon the land with it's effervescent glow. The moon-light gleaming was magnificent, yet indifferent, or rather ignorant to the impending threat that was beginning to terrorize the nature of city. Shizuka and Kuro, two capable shinigami were finally heading towards the malevolent and hellborn reiatsu. A task that daunted the both of them, but never wavered their resolve.
“Good—no… and no. I haven’t even fully seen it yet. I don’t know it’s capabilities, anything. With the necessary reconnaissance, perhaps we can find a flaw of some kind.
"You're right, we need to stay and astute in this situation. Scout the enemy and exploit his weaknesses."

The power gap between he and the dastardly reiatsu was prevalent. With Shizuka being suppressed by more than 50% of his power, he knew it was going to be a tough encounter without the usage of Gentei Kaijo, or Bankai. His intuition to bring his subordinates with him, showed its weight in gold, but that was only going to be the case if they were currently with him. Shizuka took a glance behind him before he and Kuro moved on ahead, just to make sure Ryuga or Gorou were trailing him or in the midst of coming. Much to his dismay this was not the case, only proving the notion in his head that responsibility never truly fit him. He turned his head back forward, and shook his head in disappointment and continued to push forward to the scene.
Upon arriving, Kuro and Shizuka were perched miles high above the city on reishi plates. Barely visible to the human eye, but close enough to make a descent within seconds considering their speed. The two looked down onto the street where things were getting heated. Shizuka could already make out the familiar reiatsus present at the scene, it was the Fullbringers from months ago.
"Tsukune, the fry-cook.... and rouge Fullbringer who left early... and another.."
He whispered to himself while trying to decipher the situation. Tsukune, the silver haired fullbringer, seemed to be in a dire situation. He was enveloped in chains, reiatsu feigning, and being held by the leg like a ragdoll against his own will. While Shizuka was not truly worried about his health, he still was passively devising a way to free him of the hostage situation. The long haired Fullbringer then began to make his assault, simply snapping his fingers and causing a maelstrom of green fire to inhale the entire streets. The gate which the demon came in, the cars, street lights, and even Tsukune would be doused in this flame. Even though the flames had traces of Tsukune's reiatsu tied within them. From Shizuka's point of view, the battlefield became more obscured visually with the emerald flames clouding the battlefield. Shizuka turned his head momentarily to relay his findings to the younger shinigami, but upon turning his head Kuro had already begun descending to the battlefield with a full head of steam.
"Idiot!"
Shizuka quickly vanished into a Shunpo to attempt to catch the young shinigami by the collar of his shihakusho, before he dived even deeper into the battlefield. If he was successful in grabbing Kuro, he would begin to berate him intensely.
"What the hell was that Kuro?"
Shizuka said as he yanked on his clothing with his right hand, dragging him up to the same level as he was in the air.
"We don't have enough intel yet to even plan a proper assault, don't just rush in because you spot an opportunity to use your Zanpakuto."
He could tell from Kuro's face that he was entirely too eager to jump into battle. Shizuka passively sensed that the long haired Fullbringer was simply beginning his assault and was attacking further after the initial explosion. It was awfully apparent to the 3rd Seat, if he had let Kuro go in on his assault, he was going to burn away the human's attack plans, and their distance between them and the enemy. Shizuka calmed himself down quickly though, he knew he needed to coordinate something with Kuro to allow themselves a proper chance to enter. With completely siding their recent transaction, Shizuka prompted his thoughts on the battlefield currently.
"You noticed Tsukune being trapped into those chains, right? I'm assuming this bastard has complete control over them to the point where they're tentacles basically. Though..... he only has two, one on his left and one on his right. I don't want to make a serious gamble on this, but we need to find a way to have him indisposed with both chains occupied."
Detailing his experience just from the few seconds he watched transpire. He knew Kuro could keep a cool head, so he spoke to him in a understanding and conforming tone while decompressing.
"Let's keep watching for a few more, then we'll go in. Tell me what you find from this monster's defensive movements that we can expose."

The rather subpar unit of humans that chose to make an effort at thwarting the Togabito’s plans would see nothing but a monster standing still. Like a spider he sat idly, churning his webs, pulling those naive and gullible enough to approach him in for the kill. With the fry cook ensnared, he only acted as bait for the rest of the crowd. Perhaps his life could have slipped away in a single tightening of the chains, or the disposal of his body through the ravaging gates of hell. Perhaps if this enemy did not have the tendency of toying with his food, the situation would seem even more dire. On the outside they could see nothing beneath the long robes that concealed his figure, or the expression harbored behind the duality of the black and white mask.
The target of his gaze was indistinguishable, eyes gently shifting from side to side as the need arises without the slightest fluctuation of the neck. His ability to sense was acute, nearly unfathomable—even in the thick of things, all within his general vicinity came into manifestation as a readable signature.
Sukoshi the coward musters some residual courage, or at least it seemed at first. He kicks a device outward, its affects unknown, and the fry cook remained in the Togabito’s clutches. Maybe the sound of crumbling bone and the squelching of blood and marrow had clouded his judgement, made his actions more erratic and desperate.
Avillio the leader sought to finally act. The once orange flames painted in splashes of crimson and yellow mutated into an emerald glow as the pyre expanded in a subsequent combustion. It explodes outward and enveloped the entirety of the street area turned battlefield. It appeared the so-called coward was sneakier then he’d anticipated. The Togabito’s neck slightly turns only to notice that just as Avillio began his onslaught, so too did the hooded male attempt to take down his adversary. A small pellet, different than the likes of the harmless paint he loaded before darts toward the disk. It too, erupts in flame. The entire street, the surrounding alley, the cars resting against the oozing asphalt. All of which, is turned into a melting point.
The last image both Sukoshi and Avillio would see is the blurring figure of the Togabito behind the initial catalyst of the pan’s flames. When the combustion ceases, and the visibility increases upon the subsiding flashes of fire, most would have to arch their neck a considerable amount to see the Togabito’s new location in full form. Having finally moved from his stationary position, he appears far above the battlefield, far above the melting flames, looking down on upon them all. His speed evident with no restrictions, rising to the sky before the street turned to a slow-locking tar. What would be cause for alarm is the absence of Tsukune in the hell spawn’s chains, which had unraveled downward into the heart of the flames. In the birth of his movement upward, in a single snap of his wrist he had uncoiled both the fry cook and his weapon. Bringing them up with him would have brought the ferocity of the fire along with. The momentum of Tsukune’s rotation out of the chains combined with a downward slamming motion sent him straight down into the melting streets. Had he lacked the will to move after it was all done, the boiling streets would swallow him whole. However, had he mustered the strength to move hastily, he might find himself in the path of Avillio’s bullets that were intended for the Togabito.
He’d hardly give them time to notice, unveiling his murderous intent in the instant of his reappearance. The weight of his reiatsu heightens, the feeling of overbearing dread near inescapable as they all attempted to slay him in his domain. The saviors were soon to become victims, the opened gates of hell still pulling at those who did not resist its grasp. The newly arriving Shinigami were not exempt, in fact they were warmly included. Both Shinigami would begin to feel a tightening sensation around their right leg, the magnitude of its tightness separated by five anomalies, all interlocking around the leg to form what would feel like a grasp. Had they looked down to see, nothing would appear, yet the feeling would remain. The purple-haired male would be sent flying toward the building on his left, whilst the teal-haired one would be sent towards his right. Both of which would be sent crashing through, and become ensnared by the melting concrete of the building.
The metal of the car where Avillio stood begins to creak, just before it is completely melted down. A claw-like five-finger dent is apparent on the hood and another on the trunk. In an instant the car is folded upward, the metal colliding in the middle in an attempt to sandwich Avillio between.
CRASH
The sound echoes throughout, as the car is then sent flying with insurmountable force toward the distant Sukoshi, in an attempt to crush him indefinitely, or pin him underneath. All of which happens concurrently and yet, the Togabito has not yet moved from his position above them all on a plate of reishi. Not even a fidget—yet somehow—they were still all forced to deal with his unrelenting assault at the same time. The gap between them would begin to show, simple ants to a monstrosity such as this, having hardly even had to expunge any resources to cause such chaos, he ponders at the force of his display of speed. It was clear that he could only “toy” with them so much, and would do much less of it moving forward. All he saw now, were souls to replace his in the depths of hell.

The tight bounds of the chains became immediately more loose, Tsukune glared his eyes open and took a few seconds to regain his composure. He'd realise he was falling, was being thrown out, toward Avillo's bullets. His only good arm holding on for dear life to the prized frying pan, he flared his Reiatsu up again as he absorbed those emerald flames as a result of taking in Avillo's power.
The flames on the pan, and on top of Tsukune's head glowed in the dark, Avillo's bullets were coming, Tsukune quickly jumped into the center of his own pan, and used the arm he had left to hold onto it.
"Sotē! (ソテー)) Meaning; sauté)
Being resistant to fire was extremely useful when dealing with a frying pan for an affinity weapon, Tsukune for the first time used the fry pan as a vehicle of sorts, as the flamethrower attack causes a momentum effect. He and the pan blast off and away like a rocket, avoiding Avillo's bullets and the melting surface below.
Tsukune disappears into a nearby skyscraper, crashing into it's window, and rolling across the ground. He holds onto the frying pan as it shrinks. Now on his back, his adrenaline rush starts to cave in again. He can feel the pain in his arm, the loss of blood. He crawls to the edge of the window to keep an eye on the others, but he himself knew he was fading fast, soon he would pass out.
"A….Avi…"
He would push himself over the window ledge of the building and attempt the vehicle frying pan maneuver yet again, this time toward the car that was going to crush Avillo as he was standing there asking if everyone else was okay. As the car begins to creak beneath Avillo, Tsukune pushes the guy off of the car in an attempt to save his life.
"Sukochi!" (スコーチ) Meaning; Scorch)
Tsukune pulls his frying pan out from under him with his one good arm, and slams it into the car the Togabito was going to crush Avillo into, and sends it flying into a building where it explodes from the heat and force of the Frying pan. The shockwave would send Tsukune rolling back, where he would finally rest, inside a gaping hole his body made inside his own restaurant.
The flames of the battlefield would dwindle, and then cease over the course of Tsukune's fall. The flames Avillo used in battle would start to leave him, Tsukune was pushing his limits to keep his flames alive so Avillo's bullets could hit their mark, and burn the Togabito. He was fading fast, however, remaining unmoving in the hole he had crashed himself into.

“I should’ve just kept walking...”
Seriously, what the fuck was he doing here? His conscience had clearly stated not to play the hero, yeet here he was, in a meager attempt to provide assistance. Sukoshi was one kid, and never faced anything outside of a raging fangroup or a common thug. This? This thing was far out of his league, and he knew it. Yet, here he stood, firing away, planning and planting a series of detonators to go off the moment he wanted it too. Though, with that older Fullbringer’s ability, Sukoshi had made sure to stay out of the damage range of his green flames. Back to back, the majority of the street was alight in violent flames.
A new presence and catches the attention of the young fullbringer. Bearing a blade, this new entity and its partner have arrived at the scene and Sukoshi, having only observed from afar, could at least deduce that these new bodies were shinigami, here to hopefully end tonight’s travesty, though they simply stopped, and seemed to observe. What the hell were they waiting for? Not venturing further, Sukoshi’s eyes widened at the realization that they were going to use the Fullbringers as a test subject in order to gauge the abilities of the Togabito. As mad as he wanted to be, it was a fair method of finding out an enemy’s ability, but had they arrived here earlier, then that cook might have not been bound in chains.
Averting his eyes, Sukoshi’s attention fell back on the area where both he and Avillio set alight, in an attempt to save the fry cook, but the Togabito’s body was missing from where it once was. Had they won, but in the process, decimated Tsukune as well? If it was that easy, he’d have let out a sigh of relief, but the vicious slam of a body crashing against the broken and liquid asphalt caused the young fullbringer to look away. Like Tsukune, the Shinigami would find themselves making bodily contact with the surrounding area. Cars began flying, one attempting to turn Avillio into a sandwich, and another coming to sail towards himself. The echoing crashes only grew closer as a car came hurting towards his location. To his left, was the alley, mostly unmarked by the damages of all parties and Sukoshi, once again calling forth his bringer-light and gliding over mere moments before the car had come crashing just where he once lay in wait. Hiding within the shadows of the alleyway, Sukoshi lets out heaving breaths from the panic that riddles his person.
This was a beast, far out of his comfort zone, and apparently, it was the same for the others. Meager attempts to rid of this monster that drove their city into ruins in mere seconds. This otherworldly being was nothing that neither could handle alone.

Avillio's false eye traced the battlefield, he could see the emerald flames taking affect. Melting the surroundings, a small price to pay. While they dwindled, actions happened that Avillio couldn't stop. The togabito had seemingly vanished from it's location, a predicted pattern. However as his barrels started to flare up and small explosions danced around him. He flicked his wrist towards the flight path of the Togabito, halting his shots when he noticed and felt the presence of two new combatants. Gritting his teeth and sighing, Avillio witnessed the fry cook make a move. Tsukune Had used his frying pan to propel himself to a safer location, and as he did this the flames would start to bubble and melt the asphalt around him further.
Underneath Avillio he could hear and feel the car start to crush upward, Unbeknownst to him however as it was about to snap onto him. Tsukune's Frying pan shot from the length of a skyscraper and smashed into the car, sending it out from underneath Avillio. In addition to this, Avillio had previously altered the Reiatsu around him so instead of falling down into the boiling tar and cement, Avillio simly hovered mid air. Looking over to where Tsukune had ended up he noticed the fry cooks spiritual pressure fading.
" This is getting hairy. HEY KID USE SOME OF THOSE EXPLOSIONS UNDER THE FREAK KEEP HIM IN THE AIR." Avillio shouted at the kid who had caught himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. "The Frycook is down were on our own. Don't trust those other freaks with swords in black unless you wanna end up betrayed one day!" he would shout out before his physical image became that of an afterimage and green lightning sparked around the area. Flickers and transparent images of Avillio skittered into the air around the Shinigami. Until Avillio was above and behind them, And well away from the chains of the Togabito. He would for the first time look at the two Shinigami with them.
" You know damn well what that thing is don't you two dead freaks. " Avillio would set his hand inside his pockets pulling out a match book and a cigarette. His false eye going over to one Shinigami then the other. Registering their spiritual pressure, the color the feel. He didn't need to know their names now. "Blue hair and Black hair ill call you Ao and Kuro. You gonna watch this thing destroy your precious living humans or you gonna watch as it dismantles our useless plan of attack." His match was lit on the side of his pistol, bringing it up to the cigarette he placed in his mouth. Taking a deep drag he blew out a cloud of smoke before looking over the Togabito and the chains that radiated this hellish red energy.
" I hate to admit it but we humans might be in over our head, oh great spirit world protectors. " His voice was lighter and mocking, but also a twinge of sensibility was there. He knew he couldn't take this thing out alone, he didn't have the fire power, and that form was too risky to try. Especially with Shinigami around him.'i wonder how Fred is holding up' Quickly coming back to the situation at hand Avillio would speak once more. " So! You guys got any ideas or you here for comedic relief. ?
After having retreated to a safe distance with the Shinigami, Avillio would catch a small breath after expending a large amount of reiatsu in attempt to burn the Togabito, a majority of the strain being taken off of him by using Tsukune's flames. Still, Avillio wasn't used to prolonged fights like this, and hoped the Shinigami had something other than a witty retort.
