As his words gently caressed off of his lips, Shizuka felt satisfied with the result that he thought was going to ensue. The Togabito had no choice but to halt his devious actions towards his subordinate once he saw the phenomenon that was ensuing. It was only but a matter of time until h-
"What the..... he's not even flinching. He couldn't---"
The foe who they've been facing all night, who was completely aware and tactical in his approaches, was un-phased by the technique's effect. His intentions were clear as day, as he tightened his chains around the helpless Kuro, squeezing the blood forcefully from his body in a attempt to torture him. His bloodlust was unmatched and the vigor in his pursuit of torture was concerning to Shizuka. In his mind he needed to do something expeditiously, he could not just wait until his technique finally latched onto him, he needed to find a way to save Kuro from the Togabito's clutches.
The Togabito continued to wind up, his intentions to annihilate Kuro's body on the pavement were clear. Shizuka began to take a step and immediately realized the difference in his movement. It took almost everything in his power just to simply move, everything to just inch his legs forward. His zanpakuto, a weightless object to him, suddenly began to feel extremely heavy in the process. Things were panning out to be slim for their chances of survival, but Shizuka knew he had to push forward. His adrenaline, combined with his reiryoku slightly increasing his physical functions allowed him to make a heavy footed dash towards the Togabito. He did not close the distance completely, only dashing close enough to bridge the gap between them by half. Intentionally not using Shunpo, to reduce the strain on his body, and staying away far enough to give him leeway to dodge an incoming chain or spectral assault . As the Togabito began to fully wind up his slam, Shizuka shouted simultaneously, focusing the reiryoku in his left hand into his two fingertips.
"Hainawa!"'
Instantly a string of light escaped from Shizuka's fingertips. It's energy shining and glistening molding itself into a whip that would stretch and extend on his whim. He swings his left arm up, in diagonal fashion throwing the whip of light out at a far distance. His aim would be the body of Kuro's, who is still encapsulated within the chains. Making a deadly descent into asphalt by the Togabito's assault. If the kido spell from Shizuka made it's way to Kuro's body successfully, the spell would coil around the chains of the Togabito as a second layer. Tightening it's grip, allowing for a second anchor to be attached, that anchor being Shizuka. Although his strength was declining by the minute, the remnants of his power would allow him to negate the swing downwards of the Togabito, halting it's momentum, just about a yard away before his head slammed into the head into the asphalt. As well as keep him suspended in the air, all through the strength of Shizuka's tug at his Hainawa.
While in this struggle of pulling back, Shizuka would begin to chant to himself
"Carriage of thunder, bridge of a spinning wheel....."
He didn't know if the chains would react to his Hainawa, but he had to hold on for as long he could. At any moment he could be a target for the chain's inherent coiling. Shizuka was banking on his Thunder Stance hitting him in time, which would completely immobilize the Togabito when it hits but..... there was nobody in sight to even follow up. Then suddenly, the light from a vibrant radiance illuminated the streets and a mysterious figure, cloaked in a golden reiatsu, dashed onto the scene. Shizuka befuddled by this figure's sudden appearance witnessed his arrival, but didn't say or do anything in response. He took his time to assess what his purpose was and based on his assault on the Togabito, he could tell he was here to help.

Like the stroke of a brush, in such a fluid whip-like motion the hapless Kuro is dealt his fate. His body, already being crushed by the chains themselves, splinters of bone piercing his defenseless organs, lays limp as he barrels through the air. Just feet away from the sediment, not a single muscle moving along the lifeless Shinigami, there is a sense of.. resistance. The subtle sound of Shizuka’s shunpo-less movement scurrying against the debris along the formed crater is akin to a roach tunneling through the rubble of a lament destruction. The pattering of his geta against the dust and loose dirt has altered from its previous state. Sluggish, slow, without strength and vigor. He was moving purposeless, unable to apply the urgency he had wished to display so badly. His approach was linear, predictable, and yet—the Togabito did not respond, despite his ability to do so easily. No, he allows the desperate Shinigami to close the distance, closer to what would soon be the epicenter of a deadly collision of magnetized debris. Debris traveling even from behind Shizuka should he stay in its path.
"Hainawa!"'
Oh? Perhaps letting him proceed was a flawed attempt, The Shinigami relentless in his attempts to dismay the opponent. A spell of some kind, its purpose unknown. Still, it begets the hellspawn’s attention nonetheless. Subconsciously he braces for it, or rather braces to break out of something so meek and lifeless. A rope of blinding light manifests before them, charging like a violent serpent towards both Kuro and his captor. It is then the rope find itself tight around the chains that had already ensnared Kuro completely. A bit of pressure is felt as kuro is squeezed.. even tighter? Even the Togabito was confused. Had the teal-haired male thought his actions through? The sound of bones crunching continues yet this time, beneath his own grip—or rather his spell’s. With all the strength he can Muster, the weakened Shizuka creates a stalemate in momentous forces to prevent Kuro’s head from reaching the ravaged asphalt, but only assists in the crushing of his.. already crushed vital organs. What Shizuka would not have the strength to resist, however, was the pulling of Kuro’s body away from the secondary anchor that was his spell, and back directly towards the hellspawn’s figure. The chains that had elongated before him are reeled back, the magnetic force pulling a plethora of debris towards him is also reeled back, as the Togabito is made the epicenter of an oncoming collision.
Concurrently, during this all, the new pest is not immune to the failure of his comrades clad in black. Perhaps his perception was not as astute, his sensory not as peaked. His time spent spectating was wasted, and offered no advantage. The air that distorted around him seemed not to raise caution as he proceeded with his annoying antics. They were pointless, futile, and had helped none. The distortion of air and space in front of, behind, and even below martin that had manifested only moments ago, seemed to follow him as he moved. Tangible, all-while invisible, he ignored the signs of their presence, and would suffer accordingly.
“Well hello there chain top how you do-“
Martin appears on the togabito’s side, after encapsulating the reluctant Shizuka in a coat of wind. The moment he attempts to angle his body away from the oncoming blade of wind, is when his re-written fate is realized. He feels a grasp on the back of his neck, another on his right leg, and a final one on his left arm. The disruptions of the air both surrounding and following him where indeed the invisible extremities that had been utilized plenty on the day. Martin hangs now, helpless and halted completely in his motion to avoid the whirling blade. Instead, the invisible hand extends his right leg outward, directly into the path of projectile’s cutting force. Blood splatters violently as Shizuka would not only witness his friend and ally continue to be crushed, but would also see the bisecting of Martin’s leg at the knee by his own abilities. The Togabito himself, was the one to maneuver, much how Martin attempted to do, allowing his evasion of the sharp projectile from a single bodily adjustment.
As the projectile attempts to return, now on the hellspawn’s right side, he need only shift again, before the invisible hands move Martin once again in its path as it aims to cleave at his chest. All happening simultaneously, Martin and Kuro were both held in captivity in the vicinity of the Togabito, and perhaps at the final moment. Debris would continue to pass Shizuka, or rather attempt to go through him, he’d have to halt whatever words he was muttering in order to safely avoid their pathing. Cars, pipes, unearthed sediment, chunks of the surrounding buildings decimated by Shizuka’s cratering blast now find themselves interlocking and forming a single mas as they collide with Kuro’s body that had been reeled close, as well as martin’s helpless body within the grasp of the Togabito. It takes close to no time, before the large collection of debris had completely solidified around the trio, completely concealed from view. No target to be seen, the Togabito’s signature vanishing beneath the many layers of human constructs. Had Shizuka caused the demise of the hellish creature? Or just that of his allies who were also confined within.

It’s a wonder why Martin had decided to assist these beings. It’s a wonder - because Martin could have turned around and walked away. It’s a wonder because Martin could have turned the blind eye. Yes. He could have.
Martin always believed in assisting the spirits. He was a simple person. So, why was he assisting beings like those? Why? The answer is not so simple. You see, Martin’s family had died from a demon - a Hollow. While Martin has near to no recollection of how he survived, it happened for two reasons. Firstly, he had unleashed for the first time his own power as a Fullbringer as the Hollow attacked him. A shield had formed around Martin’s body - a shield that would play a pivotal role far in the future in a fight that he would take part in.
That shield defended Martin’s life - his survival assured for but a moment more. And yet, due to the excessive amount of energy consumed - he was but a child - he fainted.
What assured his survival was a Shinigami. A passing Shinigami had dived in the fray - not caring for his own life - ultimately saving Martin. Martin would only wake up some time later and see a ruined house - his ruined house - as well as the bodies of his family laid on the ground. His wails would echo and he would feel sad.
Martin would then proceed to grow in orphanages, never fitting in with the other kids. He would come in contact with spirits and play with them - the kids around him thinking Martin to be crazy, the same thoughts the adults had.
Martin, as he is now, has decided that he would always assist the spirits - his own friends.
And that is why he had dived into the fray - unknowingly in the same way as how that Shinigami had once done. A sense of oddness had felt Martin. His judgement had told him - before he jumped in - that this being - Chain Top - was an enemy of everything and everyone. Living and dead.
And so, he went in. His Reiatsu activ-

"What the..... he's not even flinching. He couldn't---"

Martin wasn’t sure if what he heard was a scream of pain, or the chains that tightened around Blacky’s body. Martin could recognize the sadistic side of Chain Top, as he would feel his own thoughts clear. Death. That is what awaited this being. If this being was allowed to remain upon the World of the Living, it would bring a lot of issues - especially for spirits.
As Chain Top made his actions, his winding in order to smash the chained Blacky to the ground Martin first heard and then saw something.

”Hainawa!”

He had no clues what Hainawa meant, nor what it was. And yet, he saw how it allowed Boomy to stop Chain Top’s action of hitting the chained Blacky upon the ground. A commendable reaction.
Alas, Martin’s time was coming to an end. As the fight between the chain and light snake - one coiled around each other - would continue, some more snakes would proceed to reach towards Martin.
As Martin appears on the togabito’s side, after encapsulating the reluctant Shizuka in a coat of wind, the snakes come. They numbered three in total. Their aim was to grab Martin. While it was wrong at first - their angle that is, being completely wrong as Martin had altered his angle the moment right after he had unleashed his own wind barrier around Boomy’s body - they would surely aim for Martin’s neck, right leg and left arm. It is those snakes that would aim for those three spots. Their shape was that of hands and their aim would be a simple one. Grab a hold of Martin’s body and use Martin’s own attacks against him. A commendable action.
Alas, the moment that Chain Top felt as if they would hold Martin; that was the moment that altered everything.

Clypheus
The Latin word for shield. What the hands would come to grab were that shield. A shield that has been casted long, long ago. Specifically right after Martin had unleashed his own Reiatsu making his presence. And a shield that allows Martin’s body - and whoever else’s body has been clad with that energy - to become frictionless due to how the film of wind around the body is created and moves. While this shield itself is easily slashed or cut through, its immunity towards anything that creates friction - such as being touched, held or grabbed - is absolute.
And so, Martin would never come to sense the pain that would be brought forth from being cut from his own attack. Martin would never get entangled within the many layers of human constructs.
Chain Top’s invisible snakes, those hands, would come in contact with this shield. Its properties of granting whoever is clad within it, Martin in this case, the capability of forgoing the sensation of friction. That allowed Martin's body to be immune to be touched, grabbed, help. It is that fact that the hands would both sense as if touching something - the film of air - but what they touch would not be doing what they had been ordered to. What the hands would come in contact with is pure wind. But the moment the core of the film of wind - Martin's body - had moved even a milimeter away, the held wind would follow Martin. That sensation - a puzzling sensation - is what would possibly create a sense of wonder. A sense of getting lost, uncertain. Probably Chain Top would be lost in thoughts - something nearly sure from the astounding confidence it had in itself. Maybe that would create a clear opening.
Alas, that opening would never be needed. For what Martin would come to sense though, is the feeling of his own weapon passing through skin - cutting deeply. The sensation and counterforce produced from when his chokuto came in contact with the bones within the neck would not stop Martin’s weapon - a result from the energy that has surrounded Martin’s weapon. Vestitus. The Latin word for clad, dressed.
Whenever Martin utilizes an element, his own chokuto is cladded within the element itself. Vestitus of Wind. It allows Martin’s chokuto to feel even less friction - allowing it to pass cleanly through the neck of Chain Top.
Blood spurts everywhere, as it draws the world in its crimson likeness. Chain Top’s hands follow - the first a moment before the head is fully sliced off - while the other only a moment after Chain Top’s head has drawn a nice angle. Its aim was to reach the ground - upon which it could hit, the blood splattering all over. The head and body would rest - the body fell over moments after, as the head would silently watch the sky.
The chains would untangle from around Blacky’s body - his fate unknown.
As for Martin, he just stood. He had returned to the ground and simply stood above the body of Chain Top, unsure if it was fully dead or not.
Martin’s eyes were transfixed upon Boomy.

“You all right? Is your comrade all right as well?”

His voice would ask - wondering whether Blacky was ok or not.

Sitting on the bike for a while, Avillio thought to himself about what to do next. Reaching out over Naruki city he sensed for other Fullbringers as far as he could manage. Nothing on Mikoto or that other kid, but he did sense hollow reiatsu back at the battlefield of the togabito. This made Avillio sigh deeply. He really didn't want to return there but desperate times call for desperate measures. This new reiatsu signature was unknown to Avillio, that might be a good thing. While he had no interest in the fight with the Togabito anymore, considering they were after Shinigami. Once again he sighed deeply. Maybe he needed to drive to Karakura and see what's going on over there. Pondering the options he retrieved a cigarette and started smoking it.
Why was he even here to begin with, He was given a massive amount of cash and told to find other people like him. All it's done is bring him bad luck. Ever since coming to Naruki, Avillio has had nothing but bad luck. If he survived meeting this new Fullbringer he might head over and see Fred, see what trouble he can get into there. For now however, Avillio would finish his cigarette and set another one in his teeth. A small flame lighting at the end of the cigarette as he tugged on the soul of it, creating flame at the tip. Sighing out a large plume of smoke, he would start the engine of the motorcycle. Kicking off and setting the kickstand up, he would accelerate and suddenly blur off up the road. For now he could only wait until he could pinpoint the location of another Fullbringer.
Cars smeared by as he casually ignored the speed limit. It wasn't long until he reached a high way and was speeding off and cruising up and down roads circling the battlefield. He limited his reiatsu to be nearly invisible, and at the rate of speed he was weaving through the roads, he would be hard to detect himself. The entire time he would be sensing the appearance of another being like him.

No, his friends choices were their own. They made the call this was their city. Not the Quincy, not the Shinigami, this was the Fullbringers. Maybe it was the magnitude of absorbing another Fullbringers powers. Maybe it was the discerning feeling coming over Avi. Yet something felt like it was awakening inside him. A burning that went beyond fire or flames of hell. The Togabito wasn't here for the humans. It was here because Shinigami failed to do their job.
" A g a i n. . . . ."
Avi muttered under his breath as the wind swept passed him. The Shinigami are the root of all things unbalanced in their world, yet they all claim to be these judicial figures holding their mallet over the living world. When was the last time something contested them. When was the last time they knew a true defeat. It wasn't in Avi's best interest to unite the Fullbringers to help the Shinigami. It was in his best interest to destroy the shinigami. Wolves eat the weak. Humans and Shinigami are starting to look like food.
"Every time they show up.... They aren't gods of death they are beacons for it! They always bring death wherever they go! Why should i be worried about human lives if our so called protectors aren't. I've had enough."
With a swerve and burst of Reiatsu His Motorcycle becoming shrouded in green flames. However, they did not melt the bike or plastics on it's frame. The licked off and flew behind like a neon green meteorite heading... up... Reshi platforms formed under the wheels as Avi lifted up into a wheelie. The bike then lifted off the highway and into the skies. It would be some minuets before he would arrive at the same battlefield and in that time Avi knew what he must do.
He must help the Togabito.

His mind was at ease.... somewhat. Kuro was secured for the time being. His untimely demise was prevented by Shizuka's Bakudo spell latching around his chain riddled body. The struggle was not over yet though, Shizuka's strength was rapidly fading away at every moment's notice. The reiryoku reinforcing his movements was only going to be sufficient enough for so long, and Kuro while being saved from his neck being splattered across the street, was being subjected to an even tighter coiling than before. It wouldn't be long before the adverse effects of this situation would plague his internal organs, if they haven't already. Shizuka knew this fight had to end soon....
"Carriage of thunder, bridge of a spinning wheel.....
The light wrapped around and the chains would began fluctuating at the same time, Shizuka words started. Loosening up it's own tight grip around the body. Shizuka was not ignorant to his own technique from before and while still holding a steady grip on his Hainawa, he gracefully sidestepped around, dodging the mass amount of debris flying behind of him towards the Togabito's chain that was free. Suddenly he sees a stroke of wind fly right past him and directly towards the Togabito, in which the hellfiend simply sidesteps. The voracious force of the wind would've definitely cut cleanly through if it had hit. Shizuka knew he had no choice, but to accept this help he was getting from this newcomer. With the Togabito still having Kuro wrapped within the chains, and the adjacent chain being magnetized by Saigai, he was on the verge of being completely restricted. Even with all of these factors set in, Shizuka would make sure to stack on to this even more.
.....With light, divide this into six! Rikujokoro"
The rope from Hainawa had served it's purpose, and it's second one was beginning to unfold now literally. The light wrapped around Kuro completely unraveled and dispersed into beams tracking directly onto Togabito, navigating thoroughly to encapsulate it's clear target. The beams would then shape into 6 rectangular prisms of light that would immediately attach to the Togabito's mid-section. With all of these restrictions set forth by the Shinigami. All it would take is one final attack to end it all, unfortunately Shizuka knew that he was not quick enough to save Kuro and then go through with the opportunity to strike. Suddenly though, he felt a gust a wind surround his body.
Was it his strength coming back to him?... no..... it was different from that. His body still felt weak, but everything felt faster. The slight movement in his fingers all the way down to his toes. With the sluggish effect of his power being constantly drained, it made his movements revert to just below his normal capacity. Noticing this Shizuka moved in to save his comrade, which almost synched perfectly with the mysterious man's advance in to attack. With his blade still coated in white and his speed enhanced, he quickly dashed towards Kuro, who would've landed abruptly on the street due to Shizuka's spell dispersing. Shizuka would quickly touch the top of the boy's hair and funnel his own reiatsu around him, to protect him from the adverse effects of his Zanpakuto. Shizuka recalled earlier, when the Thunder Stance shockwave freed him from the grasp of the chains. The shockwave dispersed around his own body and if activated in the same position, it could potentially do the same for Kuro. Shizuka quickly stabbed his blade within the crease of Kuro's shoulder and the chains that enveloped him. The blade began to shine brighter and brighter, giving off a vibration before eventually releasing a shockwave. It would be significantly smaller and quieter than the shockwave produced earlier, but the repulsion itself should serve the same effect. Before the chains could even react to the blade touching it, the repulsion should completely blast away everything surrounding Kuro and Shizuka within a 20 feet radius. If Kuro is successfully freed Shizuka will immediately pick up the shinigami's body and retreat several feet backwards via shunpo and assess the young one's body condition.
"Kuro.... Kuro... wake up!"
