The training regiment recently completed by Jizakai was finished and had served its purpose for the time being. Or rather one could look at it, Jizakai has finalized what was required and needed. Whether it was enough was out of the question, for until absolution was grasped and held onto he would be far from the truth. The truth in which the Ametsuchi envisions himself, at the top like an apex predator. Understanding where one is, honestly, leads one to be self-aware of their surroundings and the reality that encompasses the world. This world was vast and filled with powerful shinigami, some of who possess legendary power but more significantly skill. Reality did not end here within the Seireitei but extended to other worlds, like Hueco Mundo and the hollows that existed. Within that ranks also Arrancar who are notorious for their power and unique abilities, which at times require multiple high-ranking and skilled individuals to take them on. A sigh would escape the mouths of Jizakai, flowing with the wind that drove it and dispersed. Within the Arrancar were Espada, who Jizakai simply could not ignore. Ignorant of many people's power and skills, at least to the full extent made the shinigami ponder on how powerful were the humans. No doubt about it some of the quincies must have been some serious combatants. The exhausted lips turned into a quite cynical smile, pondering on the opportunity of expansion to his own life experiences by combating individuals, and those from different races. Yet fighting people was not without its risk, it could burn bridges, cause friction amongst people or entire division and even conflict within the Soul Society. Jizakai understood the ultimate one of them all was death. Yet absolution could not be reached without risk, and the reward could be all that one hopes for. And positive thinking drove the inspiration, discipline, and curiosity to strengthen his resolve, and Ametsuchi made his pride win at any and all cost regardless of the circumstance.
"Reality is not black or white, there is no right or wrong there is the only perspective. Perspective is meant to be colorful, it should be allowed depth and width, for without it potential is limited. Order is restricted, chaos is bounded, rules are taken and given, then they are broken and dissipated. Then there is consciousness, emotions, all of these things are twisted. All of these are pure, all of them are instinct. Above all: each is True. In this vast expanse of infinite possibilities, infinite solutions, yet I choose to want absolution. I assume the threads of fate or the preservation of free will shall prevail. In the end, I'm an Ametsuchi and I shall get what's mine by receiving or taking."
Tap, Tap, Tap
The order of alignment, the execution of practice, and discipline. Above anything else, obedience was heard approaching. The footsteps of others who seemed to welcome themselves to his presence. Perhaps his friendly display had warranted the behavior of casually approaching, nevertheless he did not react or hint in any manner of a disturbance. In fact, when registering the approach of the Priestess, Jizakai gave a pleasant greeting with a smile and nod. Observing the readied squad surrounding her, he intently listened. He heard her words but he also understood the situation for what it was. Even though he was in the fifth seat, the Priestess was a high-ranking official indirect relationship with Captain Oda. Maybe the Priestess was powerful enough for him to fight. The thought grazed over his mind, as he understood should he combat her punishment would certainly ensue. The Priestess was fish but not a suitable meal, he deemed it so off of intuition. His mesmerizing eyes would have read this, whether she was able to comprehend his mood and intent mattered not because she did not. It was disappointing, even more so that a member of the fifth division was injured by another. The fact a Vice-Captain had injured Himari, a fourth seat of the fifth division boiled animosity for Katsuo Oda. Clenching his fist the Ametsuchi turned around. Accepting the request and seeking to uphold the duties of the division, simply because he respected the leader, Captain Tenzen Oda. Before departing into a singular flash-step, Jizakai spoke out loud.
"It is sad... A higher-ranking officer of this division was defeated... A higher-ranking officer than me... It is a sad day for the fifth division Priestess, wouldn't you say? Are you not embarrassed by this disgrace! The fact that a higher-ranking officer lost to a member of another division... It irks my core. It questions my own identity. My own ability... Surely I am interested and will accept this investigation. I'll return at the opportune time when this mission is completed."
