One would expect Furia to avoid her duties as a shinigami as much as possible. Yet here she stood above the burnt ruins of Karakura town. A surprise to be sure or at least it would be for Oyama, Even more surprising she brought along three other shinigami with her. All of them seemed shocked at what happened with the place they were charged to protect. Though the only one who had a calm face was Furia; though Oyama knew better, she was inside watching knowing that Furia was trying to hold back a devilish smile.
“I’m surprised You’re here. doing my job of looking for hollows, you didn’t need to bring these guys. ”
“Ohhh? Why not? It is MY duty to protect the world the living, besides these pawns are needed for something else.
“pawns? Our division members shouldn’t be seen as pawns, that could get us in trouble, at least treat them correctly. ”

While she was in control there were consequences to her actions, who knows what was told about her; after all she had only recently gained control over her body, this was certainly a lot to think of. The freedom of movement for her was something else entirely, for her. Sure, she had taken control before, but not like this; For Oyama to be so weak that she didn’t put up a fight, and didn’t want to take back the body was great, and would have to be careful for the time being.
“Miss Oyama?
The three other shinigami stood in silence, and were unsure what they were doing there. As far as they knew they were there just to lead a clean up, of any souls and asses the damage. Though Oyama’s silence had them worried a bit, they were warned about her episodes.
“Yeeesssss?”
Her body turned towards the other three. With her red eyes looking at them not to instill fear but to merely gaze upon them. A smug smile can be seen across her face as she tilted her head; to the point where the shadow of her bangs made her eyes glow for but a moment. No doubt about it they were on edge and only further pushed them.
“What is it? are you wondering why you’re here? Well we’re looking for Kisuke Urahara shop and the vizards old hide out.”
They weren’t sure what to expect with Oyama at this point in time. Though now they knew, they were on the hunt two places amongst a city in ruins was going to be difficult, who’s to say it was still standing. Doubt filled their heads on this task, even more so with the small amount of shinigami they had already.
“If you were to find Kisuke’s shop I want it reported to both myself and 12th division immediately. After being reported we will call in back up from 13th and 11th to secure the area, and form a permitter around it to allow 12th to search for anything valuable in that shop.
What she wanted seemed to be impossible with this small team she brought, even more so now thanks to all the markers they once had before being erased from the carnage. Furia seemed be more ambitious then her other half, what did she want for this? Fame and glory? Redemption? Only Furia knew what she wanted and wasn’t going to share her plans with anyone.
“Will start out our search from, where the hellgate came out from and make our way out from there. ”
All of em would use shunpo to disappear. All of them knew to be a bit wearing of Oyama, but also knew that she was in charge at least for now.

Old Beginnings
The emergence from the depths of the shadows had revealed the bodies of Blume Diamante and Dominic Kaiser within Quincy Holy Lands. This place, known as the Schatten Bereich, was hidden away from the eyes of Shinigami and Hollow alike. Blume falls onto her hands and knees with a resounding thud, Dominic laying just out of her reach. She was out of breath, vision a bit blurred from such a power struggle to ensure the survival of herself and her recently sworn-in right subordinate. There they lie within the bared and broken castle of Silbern, empty if not for them.
“Dominic...” Blume calls out, regaining her sense of the area around her as she slowly comes down from her adrenaline rush. Crawling over to him, had he been still unconscious from the flurry of attacks he’d taken upfront, the young mistress would look over him with a tired gaze. “Dominic Kaiser, get up.”
It was risky to come directly into contact with him considering the great depletion of reiryoku she’d just suffered against the being from Hell... But he was breathing, and she was thankful for that. A soft hiss escapes her, and she sits back, her head tilting back to look at the cracked ceiling that hung over their head. She mulled over exactly what could’ve gone different in that damned situation since the beginning. Perhaps it was her fault for having been so cautious with her approach that she’d essentially endangered them all, however, from her observations outside of her single mishap, the Shinigami seemed to be fighting with themselves as one of their lower subordinates had created a cesspool of casualties, including themselves. It may have been her first encounter with something so severe, Blume felt as though she should have been better prepared. Unknown to her, the other prospect in which she desired to recruit had fallen in the heat of battle due to the unfortunate causes of stolen abilities.
There's a pain in her side that catches her attention once she bends over, and she looks around before patting herself down and finding the lump that she pulls out to reveal a sleek cellular device with a notification blinking on the screen. Even with her strained vision, the particular name that had sent the message earned a bit of a scowl.
Code:
From: Uncle Lukas
[b][i]I've arrived[/i][/b]
She had no way to respond, but she wouldn't have if she could. While he would have seen the threat that plagued Karakura, she doubted that he would do any sort of thing to help assist. Mia had left the moment that Blume had called those hundreds of thousands of arrows to her to inform the Faction that currently resided within the household. Rather than send in reinforcements to add on casualties, she was to tell them to create a defensive shield around the building. The fellow Quincy that worked under the Diamante Faction were versed in the execution of Quincy's techniques to protect their ways of old. One by one, these large pillars of brilliant blue light form around their respective casters and begin to surround the home until they manage to cover a full 360-degree range, effectively creating a force that provided both defensive and offensive properties. Had Lukas gotten the gist of the impending situation, he’d have left them to their own devices or joined them despite being forced into the house by Mia. While Mia knew of the older Diamante’s tendencies, the will to perform her duties had relieved the faithful maiden of fear.
Yet the ominous sea of red and clashes of power did nothing but cause the fear to rise and this impending doom as the ocean of blood washes through Karakura Town taking everything that was in its way. As it clashes against the flurry of pillars, these brilliant beams of concentrated reishi begin to fall one by one, yet for the sake of the Diamante, their loyal subjects had sacrificed themselves one after the other to keep those of the main family and their guests safe from the destruction that plagued their home. The onslaught is not forever as the waves of blood begin to fall into Hell’s Gate, lessening the damage to be made, but so much has been wrought.
What had this all been for? The following parties that survived Hell’s Wrath had managed to escape Death despite it pounding on their doors with a feverous intent. A once peaceful city, now drowned in chaos and was left in ruins in the aftermath of the violent events between Shinigami, Quincy, and Hell.
Blume's attention fell onto Dominic once more. She had little energy to move, let alone create a shadow path back to the World of the Living. It is here that she must rest, pulling from the particles of Reishi that litter the grounds of her ancestors into her body to gather enough strength to return home. Her back comes to rest against the cold wall, and with time to spare, she begins to look around. It is only now that she recognizes the empty throne that sits just a few strides away.
“Yhwach...”
Her eyes shift over to the right of it, eyes narrowing before she succumbs to the exhaustion that plagues her.
Passing Days
Two days had passed by the time that Blume and Dominic returned to Karakura Town in the safety of the Diamante Manor, panic had ensued at the alleged death of their princess due to not having found any trace of her presence. They had imagined she’d been swept away by the terrifying waves, but other than being exhausted of her reiryoku, Blume Diamante was no worse than Dominic. He’d fought with the utmost excitement, but it was something that neither of the two had faced before. At Blume’s request, she’d asked for his uncle to allow him to rest within her manor. Having dealt with things of this nature before, the Diamante Faction would care for their people, especially for the one that risked his life to protect their lady.
He'd unconscious for the past two days, she had managed to catch a glimpse of him regaining his consciousness. Like her, Dominic had the ability to absorb reishi just as she did, though not as quickly. While she recovered her strength within a day or so, Dominic had taken more time. Her control would still need a bit more time, so she waited. Once he had awoken, even though it'd only for a few seconds, she made her way home, with him in tow.
Having been briefed of the situation at hand, Blume had given an order for those available to assist in cleaning up what they could in caution. From what she understood, anything that contained reishi was considered rather susceptible to being destroyed, or rather absorbed by the blood that spilled from the Garganta. Her people had defended tirelessly, and the number of bodies that littered the grounds of the manor was near the hundreds… As for the crimson liquid that plagued the World of the Living, Blume had demanded a collection of the specimen to be under review. If there was a possibility that the Quincy would be able to gain some sort of insight into it, then perhaps they could find a usage for it to advance their race and provide an additional advantage.
The Blood of the Soul King… Essentially, all Quincy are descendants of the Soul King, Yhwach having been his son after all. All Quincies possess the blood of Yhwach, the events of Auswählen being the evidence as those deemed impure had lost their lives from their powers returning to their Emperor. Clearly, the Garganta was hollow-related, and the Shinigami would be investigating it thoroughly as best as they can.
With word of similar events happening in Naruki City from other members of the Diamante Faction, Blume had to question whether or not she would be able to gather information from the Fullbringers that she had considered adding into her faction. If she remembered correctly, Fullbringers were rather taboo, and Blume had always wondered exactly why they hadn’t been executed the night Saint Nicholas decided to pay a visit… Perhaps she could ask Shizuka about the events that happened in his jurisdiction. Considering that she had faced the same hardships, maybe he would consider spilling some of the reports made regarding the events of the Garganta, the blood, and Hell. If she could get even the smallest morsel of understanding, Blume could be better prepared for what could be coming shortly.
By the end of the second day, Dominic had been able to sit up on his own, and she'd dropped by for a minute to speak to him, though it didn't seem as though he wanted to speak with her. She still kept him bedridden until he was able to stand on his own. Blume had promised to care for him in his Uncle's stead after all.
Blume had asked to see if Fredrick had been recovered, but no news came the following day, and both Blume and the Elbeck family would have to come to terms with the loss of their fellow Quincy. Obligated due to having taken Fred with her on their Hollow Raid, Blume had offered to take care of all costs and reparations regarding Fredrick Elbeck. He was a natural soldier, fearless, and a rather sweet man. It was at the funeral that Blume had crossed the path of Amanda Elbeck. She’d offered no words of condolences, the look plastered on the older Quincy’s face stopping her from approaching in the first place. The loss of a sibling was something that she had never faced before, but the young mistress would expect it to take a toll… She was also unaware of the current standing regarding Silas Mikoto. A man with the same ideals as her had meant trouble. She was well aware that he would not bend, let alone try to work with her. Maybe this was a sign that she was on the right path.
Four days have passed, and Lukas would have been left to his own devices, working with his sister, Lilie to mitigate the damage and record the events properly outside of training in his lonesome. Without Blume, the Diamante was without their representative for the time being. Until she had healed properly, she was essentially forbidden from overexerting anything under the Elder's order. Outside of that initial visit upon Dominic's awakening, she hadn't seen him, but from what she heard from Mia, he'd released himself rather quickly from his homely prison.

KABOOOOM
An explosion erupts from the Karakura suburbs, rattling the roof tiles of the nearby buildings. Dust is kicked up into the air, rising high into the sky, drawing attention to the area for miles. The cacophonous blast of sound startles the nearby birds, who flee in fear as they take flight. For a moment, all is still, all is quiet, the commotion calmed, the scene settled.
Then there is a flash of red light.
KABOOOOM
At the source of the scene, Shinigami scurry about a seemingly mundane dwelling. Sweat drips down their furrowed brows, their eyes keenly fixed on the wooden building. It is as though they are engaged in combat, their hands outstretched, their bodies in formation. Yet there is not a single soul for which they could target, simply an empty driveway. Despite this, they refuse to look away, as though doing so would catch them off guard, would give some unseen enemy a lethal advantage. In unison they chant...
“Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"
From their palms, red fire begins to swirl, forming an orb in front of each of their outstretched hands. These orbs combine, coming together to form one giant sphere before them all. A simple Hado, taught to every shinigami within the Shino Academy, this offensive flame is hardly considered a master level spell. However, when combined with the full incantation of several Shinigami, and casted in unison, the power of the spell increases greatly.
“Hado #31. Shakkahō!”
From the rotational flame of the miniature sun, a pillar of pure energy launches forth. A beam composed of red light blasts forth, incinerating even the air it touches. With lightning speed, it reaches the property boundary of the simple house. Instead of continuing on to collide with the building, it instead seems to collide against some unseen barrier located along the property line. Normally, a simple kido barrier would crack under the pressure of such a strong attack, and yet here it is the kido that collapses. The calm atmosphere once again gives way to a thunderous…
KABOOOOM
The dust from the explosion once again fills the air, blocking the building from view. Functioning like a smoke screen, the Shinigami are temporarily blinded. The curtain of dust interrupting the line of sight for all shinigami but one. A single Shinigami chose to take a vantage point from a neighboring roof, and she alone is able to keep her eyes locked on the target. What she sees liberates her from the loop they have been trapped in.
Around the other Shinigami, the dust begins to clear, and they once more lock eyes on the house. Only, this time, there is no familiarity, it is as though they are seeing it for the first time. One begins to walk towards the property line, free of the thought of combat. Unlike before, they are not primed to fire a kido, they are not dripping with the sweat of nerves. Casual and carefree, the Shinigami’s foot goes to cross the precipice of the front pathway.
However, the sole Shinigami who has maintained eyesight on the house continues to remember. Her brow does drip with sweat, her breath is heavy with the labor of combat. With horror, the Shinigami realizes that her companions do not recall what has happened. That they are going to make the same mistake twice….wait…..how many times had they done this?!
“STOP!”
The Sole Shinigami cries out, but her voice reaches her comrade too late. The shinigami who walks towards the property turns his head towards the voice, just as his foot crosses the line.
Thud
Rather than connect against the dirt, the Shinigami’s foot is interrupted by an invisible object, a wall of some sort. Curiously, he turns his head to witness it. However, by the time his eyes make contact with the barrier before him, it is too late. The shinigami is unfortunate enough to have directly touched the barrier, triggering its defense mechanism. The moment he looks upon the invisible wall in front of him, before his brain can even register what's happening, his foot begins to disintegrate. Turning to ash, his body becomes instantaneously cremated, rendering him a statue of grey dust until the wind scatters his remains.
Shocked, the remaining Shinigami’s eyes go wide, before furrowing into a scowl. Now seeing the property for the threat that it is, they spring into formation. They begin to chant in unison…
“Ye lord! Mask…”
“I SAID WAIT! HOLD YOUR FIRE!”

The Sole Shinigami shouts out, interrupting her comrades’ spell. Confused, the others halt their incantation, trusting in their fellow member of the Thirteenth Division. Instead, they look to the sole Shinigami expectantly, demanding answers. However, the sole Shinigami does not look back at them. No, she does not look anywhere but the house, her eyes straining to not blink, as she refuses to look away for even a millisecond.
“Maintain your positions! Do not break eye contact with the building, do not approach its borders.”
The Shinigami removes her Denrenshiki X from her sleeve.
“I am contacting Third Seat Hoshi…”
Without looking, she presses a button on the phone's surface. The screen turns blue, and begins to dial Oyama, or in this case, Furia, alerting her of their location.
“I think we’ve found what she’s looking for…”

In and out of consciousness with no real perception of how much time has passed, that is what the last four days were like for Dominic. In his mind he replayed the events of the Karakura Town fight over and over. An opponent, probably no bigger or taller than him seemed like a gargantuan giant who towered over everyone there. Should of, could of, would of, different scenarios playing out all of them ending in his own defeat. These four days, trapped in his own mind cause the boy to break himself down mentally, his pride chipped away by a pickax of his own making. The scenarios in his mind went from narrow defeats to one sided defeats, all them with him losing. Upon his awakening all he did was stare at the ceiling, his innate nature to move around and to be active in general possessed him to rise from his bed and make his way outside. He staggers outside, ignoring all who tried to stop him or ask him where he is going. The light of day washes over his dark skin, absorbing the warmth into his body as his eyes fight to focus on the radiating sunshine. He always did enjoy nice weather, relaxing in a nice spot after a long jog was a good way to cool down for a moment.
His eyes look over at a tree on the Diamante Estate grounds he stares at it with a thousand yard stare. He stumbles towards it, his mind still in a fog. A hand is placed on the tree, for a moment he thinks about punching it, but what is the point? He lost his first major battle, couldn’t even land a hit. He sighs heavily, turning around to sit at the base of the tree, his back resting against it. Looking up at the branches and leaves wondering on what to do with his life next. Maybe he could ask Blume to take his powers away, let him be free from the spiritual world so he can go back to fighting ordinary humans again. Or maybe he should take this whole Quincy thing seriously and become a proper Quincy. Would either outcome matter though? Would he reach the same end result of another major defeat. The only way to escape being defeated is to just call it all quits, yeah that could work. He’s banked enough money to live comfortably for a while, enough for him to find a job to keep his finances afloat.
He nods his head and begins to stand, using the tree as support to get back to his feet. He’ll have to get in contact with Blume to get her to take his powers so he can start his ordinary life. His short trip back inside the estate caused his mind to become plagued with doubt about living an ordinary life. What if he doesn’t find a job in time? What if he runs out of money? What if he can’t make it in an ordinary life? What if he winds up losing in life as well? Trapped in his mind of doubt he crosses paths with his current employer, the mistress of the Estate, Blume Diamante. He stares at her for a moment then finally asks the question burning in his mind.
”Yo… What do I do?”
