“SO WHO'S DYING TODAY, LIEUTENANT!?"

Shizuka felt the intimidating presence of his subordinate, his every word sending a chill through the Lieutenant’s body.

“Sheesh, I’ll never get used to that.”

He sat up slightly, to stare directly at Izanagi

“Heh, I’m surprised you were the first one to come, thought you’d be sleeping under a rock or something.”

He chuckled slightly after his statement, now placing his right hand on his knee, propping hisself to stand face to face with his 3rd Seat Izanagi.

“Well since you’re here first, I can debrief you in detail, since we’re apart of the same division. I didn’t intend on telling the others the full story”.

Shizuka knew Izanagi didn’t know about 11th Division coming in as backup, for it was something that was discussed directly between Captain Hageshi and himself. He was expected for slight curiosity from who the “others” were.

“I’m over here from my investigation in Karakura Town early, as you know I was going there briefly to look into the Fullbringer situation on that side. While I got some very tasty intel, I also was too late aid Lieutenant Toshiyuki, in a battle that was ensuing. Sadly, he was killed in the battle, and before I—

Shizuka was interrupted by not only the strange reiatsu, suddenly appearing above him and Izanagi, but also by the sudden rain of blood that drenched them. Shizuka’s teal mane, was becoming doused, sporting a forest green as the blood soaked in. He was instantly annoyed by this phenomenon, and didn’t even bother to look up into the sky where the reiatsu was stemming from.

“Citizens! I must insist you head indo-“

Shizuka had heard enough. It took zero effort for the Lieutenant to scan that the person above him was another spiritually aware human. The quality of his spiritual pressure, and the mass amount was ridiculous for a human, but it didn’t bother Shizuka in the slightest for it still had human limitations. Before the being could even finish his sentence he would be met with a released blade near his throat that was conventionally covered in some form of steel. The Lieutenant, unsheathing and releasing his Shikai, all in the mere instant he bled from shunpo. His right holding the blade across the warrior’s left shoulder, having protrude all the way through the gap between his right arm and body. The suited warrior would then begin to feel the scorching heat of Hirameku-Hitouchi up close, a vehemence relative to the surface of the sun, directly on his armor.

“Please explain, why I shouldn’t kill you now”

Shizuka said this with the utmost conviction. Though this wasn’t the fullbringer he was sent to kill, it would be nothing to end this man’s life as it stood now.

Winds of Progress

After an outburst of laughter the woman settles down enough to speak, to reply to Maximiliano’s outrageous offer.

"You cannot be serious! Surely this a prank or some sort of trap?! I don't mean to offend, as you don't strike me a dishonest man, but this is so sudden and simply too fantastic an offer. And from my own experience, no one gives so generously without expecting something in return. While I'm inclined to accept, me and those who choose to continue by my side, will have to know what exactly it is the ruler of Hueco Mundo asks in return for this bountiful offer."

“What I want out of this arrangement is soldiers, I want to create more Fullbringers to add to my ever growing army. A war is on the horizon, one that will have your kind eradicated just for simply existing. With all these Shinigami in the city currently that time may be coming closer than you think. I am not saying enlist yourself of course but maybe… Some of the other humans that exist outside of this tower. To be precise, make me new Fullbringers in exchange for safety and security.”

Max moves off of the table he is sitting on and stands up looking towards his Gigai with a bit of a frown. He didn’t like looking at that version of himself, so weak and fragile, but most of all the skin color. With skin as white as the very sands he rules he takes pride in his appearance, in his deep black mane of hair and his physical form. He, however, is not conceited he is simply happy and comfortable with his form and any change made to it, such as the Gigai causing his skin to become tan to blend in better with humans, make him uncomfortable. That aside he approaches the window once more and looks around outside, using his sense of Reiatsu to gauge just how many Hollows are continuously flooding into the city.

Unknown to him is the existence of this Hero, clad in white as if he were an Arrancar himself, who is killing off his Hollows at an astounding rate. Although, for whatever reason, he stopped his slaughter and this brief pause gave the agitated monsters their opening to unleash more devastation. No longer satisfied with just eating, they are destroying buildings, cars, homes, uprooting trees in local parks. It is death and chaos for the sake of it.

"I accept. I would be an utter fool to pass up this golden opportunity you have presented, Maximiliano. Not to mention, it appears that we already share a common enemy through no fault of our own."

“Indeed, the Shinigami are a common enemy, but so are the Quincy. A brief history lesson for you, the Quincy once enslaved Arrancar and forced them to forsake their identities, forcing them to give up everything they are, even their race. In the end Arrancar were calling themselves Quincy just to avoid being killed, but, in the end, they killed them anyway. Culled our numbers so harshly that the balance of souls was tipped. I’m not sure if you humans have experienced anything like that but it is a history that angers me and I will set things right.”

The sourness of his tone, the grit of his teeth and the underlying malice of his final words tell that this is a sore topic for Max. Even his fist are gripped tightly, a fist that looks like it is ready to destroy the world with but a single punch.

"I don't know who this is, nor what his goals are, but as you and I both witnessed earlier today, he is clearly a threat. I can say with high certainty that he is a fullbringer. This display of power is synonymous with a clad type. As it can't possibly be a zanpakuto ability, nor can it be a quincy ability." She takes a sip of the cup of coffee she neglected until now. "Han, I believe you will have the best chance at getting through to him. To help with our operations in Naruki, or even out in Karakura. I strongly advise against informing him of our newest alliance, due to him seeming more preoccupied with helping civilians. There's no telling how he will react to our future dealings."

“Oh, you were talking about the man in white, forgive me. I have a terrible habit of not acknowledging those weaker than myself or people who do not catch my interest. His speed is remarkable, but if all he has is that speed then he Shouldn’t be too much of an issue.”

The God King’s tense body relaxes as he continues to look around at the chaos the Hollows are causing, attacking neighboring skyscrapers at this point with black smoke rising into the sky from some floors. This many Hollows causing this much damage can only be caused by the use of Hollow Bait, it should provide enough cover for Max to leave with the Fullbringers without issue. He glances over at his Gigai, nothing more than luggage at this point for him, ah yes, luggage.

“I almost forgot! Take some time to pack the things that you need, I know you humans require more amenities than we souls do. No particular rush but the sooner we leave, Primos, the better. If those Shinigami or that other Fullbringer happen to attack us I will personally hold them off. The last Shinigami I fought ran away after I redirected his attack back at him, I’d like to fight one with a bit more gaul.”

His eyes stay locked on the direction where he sensed the Shinigami, something has him riled up seeing as his Reiatsu had spiked quite a bit. This had to be a Shikai release. Max could only wonder how long it would take for them to notice the untouched tower, furthermore, how long it would take before they decided to attack its inhabitants.

One could describe Izanagi's presence as intimidating or frightening; that alone wasn't the only factor. The expression on Izanagi's face wasn't some lazy bumpkin. Rather the look of someone willing to kill by any means necessary. The one side of face along the ebony surface was shrouded in darkness. Yet, still, there was an ever-glowing purple light piercing through that dark side. The left side of the face was left untouched by the shadow, where one eye was also lit in the same fashion. This monster was holding the teeth together, tightening that jaw in the same sense of wearing a weird yet menacing smile. However, behind those luminous lavender hues was a wide-awake demon. So full of life and thirst that the Sleeping Demon made it to the rendezvous quicker than anyone else, whereas there were supposed to be more folks coming without any knowledge of expecting more reinforcements.

Nevertheless, the 3rd seat shinigami was ready for the order for whatever the Lieutenant had cooked up. Izanagi could sense a slight hint of uneasiness from Shizuka due to his startling presence. Not nervousness of fear, but the feeling comes from just the cold, bone-chilling sensation Izanagi emanate when he gets this way. A blood-thirsty demon. The Lt was quite surprised by Izanagi's early arrival for someone usually lying around avoiding anything that required him to move. Shizuka and anyone aware, Izanagi is always lying around doing nothing when he needs to move and do work. However, the Lieutenant forgets that when he invites him, the devil, himself, wants to be the first to open death's door. So he welcomes anyone that comes knocking, and sure enough. DEATH WAS HERE.

As both Shizuka and Izanagi suddenly became showered in the crimson rain the moment, this new person in weird armor had arrived. It didn't bother Izanagi at all. His head tilted back, both eyes closed shut, and he embraced the rain for a brief moment. Where did it come from exactly? Truthfully it did not matter to Izanagi. Allowing the blood to trickle onto his ebony skin, donning it like warpaint, the tip of the tongue slowly peeked out between the lips and made a slow circular motion around the rim. The taste of the contents of the crimson droplet wasn't much quantity, but a small sample of it was enough to determine to be sweet.

He didn't pay the person in armor any mind; whatever he said fell on death's ears. Then, although he didn't listen to him, he heard the voice of his Lieutenant, who called out the person armored in white.

"Please explain, why I shouldn't kill you now."

The keyword in that sentence triggered Izanagi's attention fairly quickly. His head tilted back downwards, where both eyes became level with the Lieutenant and the newcomer—that creepy smile faded away. It was more of a straight face, emotionless. Eyes fixed on the back of the individual who happens to be facing that tower. Izanagi's eyes darted towards that same tower, then the sounds of cars crashing, glass shattering, people screaming and running. Buildings are continuously being destroyed each passing minute, if not seconds. The world of the living was being turned upside down for reasons unknown. It seems as though the numbers continue to grow, and the hollows are flooding this city.

"Tch"

Izanagi grew more annoyed with the fact he barely did anything. Except for the mysterious figure killing the hollows earlier with such insane speed. Those reports from each patrol of division 10 mentioned hollows dying left and right within just an hour. And with how quickly this individual appears with no sign of hearing him or sensing him approaching. Could this armored figured be that person?

"Oi! Are you the one killing all the hollows in this city?"

Izanagi needed to find out whether or not this individual was that mysterious being. It would determine whether or not he was worth sparing to save the city. Or worth killing just for the hell of it. And with everything going on at this time, there wasn't time to waste on anyone. Let alone someone who doesn't appear to be a threat to either Shizuka or Izanagi at this time. So if anything needs to be done, it is to prioritize protecting the city at all costs. There is no doubt that the patrol of division 10 was on the job and doing what they could to carry out their duties. However, aren't many patrols, and even if there were, not all of them could handle a job of this scale alone. And would need the assistance of their seated officers to tip the scales.

One....no.....six appeared out of nowhere where they were attacking all three individuals at once from all sides—screeching loudly as their oversize bodies were looking to dogpile the two shinigami and a fullbringer. Each one had its unique appearance. The only thing they had in common was donning a white mask. A smile slowly crept across Izanagi's face but did nothing?

Stone. This was the best word to describe his reaction to the information discussed between this unexpected visitor and his lovely business partner, while it initially would have seemed that Han arrived at the right time to deliver a worthy display of the advancements made by the merging companies, the statement in itself would have proved to become untrue in its entirety, it would seem that this visitor had stolen the entry for himself. He spoke ambitiously and rather ambiguous. While he knew there was an endgame to this conversation for Stephania, what were the goals of this gentleman in their presence. Han'ei' glasses were currently recording the entire event with the help of his personal A.I., D.O.M. helming and sorting the information onto a private server utilized by Han and his closest three personal assistants and bodyguards. He didn't have to speak in order for D.O.M. to gather, record and file away any vital information spoken in this meeting. From the minute he stepped through the threshold that housed the Seamstress. After his demonstration of the newly crafted devices, he listened intently on the conversation between the two, and specifically the words spoken from the other "male" in the room. Taking In all of his mannerisms, way of speaking, especially his temperament; he found his attitude to not resemble most self-involved humans. He remained quiet and allowed the two to speak.

"Señorita Stephania, you and your ilk are like babies before the eyes of such entities, Hollow, Quincy, and Shinigami that is. The Hollows you lot purge are probably three times your age, yet with all that time they have accumulated they are snuffed out by beings who barely have a grasp on their powers. It happens so, so, so often. These bombs and comunicadores are great inventions, but they mean nothing before a great hunter. You toss your masking bomb only for it to be ignored because the being giving chase has superior sensory abilities. You gather information with the other device to properly access the situation and respond properly, yet what you believe to be accurate data is thrown off when the being shows a new level of unrecorded power or ability."

Han quickly became intrigued, but surely had his own questions as to what he really meant. Converging forces of spiritual energy nearing the building was near instantaneously snuffed out like a dying wick on a candlestick. He needn't turn his head to discover their individual disappearances, he knew whose work this was. And it was as seamless as her moniker implies. The conversation waged on without interruption, it would appear as though Stephania wasn't in the least bit threatened. As a safe measure, he called on his bodyguards silently with a single button press on his cellphone, feigned as checking his messages.

"Given how you are treated with respect by these two individuals and how humans flocked to you out there, I can understand you are a person of importance. Having your own room at the top of this massive tower tells me you are of great prestige, a leader perhaps? If so you must know what power is then, yes?"

An eyebrow raised at the obviously rhetorical statement, posed as a question. Humans. The way in which it was said, the way he, just, spat the word. Confirmed the suspicions and doubts he had about this creatures intentions. If he himself didn't share any physiological similarities with them, then the next question of importance was who or what he did truly resemble. With this discovery, Han was sure that the answer to that question would soon be answered.

"Quite perceptive, Señor Maximiliano. It's clear that where you're from, the culture is quite... different. I do not take offense if you have not heard of me or my label. But to answer your question, yes, I do. In my world, fame, class, and money are what give you power." She smiles. "Most people don't obtain the type of comfort the truly powerful live in ever in their short lives."

With that emerging grin, he could only imagine the amount of pistons firing as Stephania's business oriented brain allowed for not only quick conjuring of business plans, but to also further the research and development of the ongoing and current machinations currently in place with the collaboration of both companies. Taking her wandering glance to the others in the room, he included, she gave a brief summary of how her influence extends to the rest of the Living world. A massive following amassed through sheer willpower and vision planning. While also, quite literally, tugging on the right threads to get there.

"Understand Señorita Stephania, I mean no disrespect when I say this, but you only think you know power. But now you know me. A Hollow has lent its ear to you and heard the plight you face here in the living world. Your kind are like distant cousins, birthed from interactions with Hollows and as such your powers are closely related to our kind. Your words have not fallen onto the ears of a mere messenger, no, they have fallen onto the ears of the God of Hollows himself."

It was at the hearing of ‘God of Hollows’ was the point when Han immediately placed himself into battle mode. Instantly regrowing his shield back to its regular proportionate size upon his back, and whisking it off from his torso seamlessly onto the arm straps of his equipment, ready to throw and throw down a fight if necessary, all that was left was to enter a stance of battle, however, the previous actions in themselves were enough to display that should the hollow make any move, no matter how deadly, he would be ready to war. The words he has spoken so far, he had little reason to doubt him or his lineage to the alabaster-faced demons that preyed on the weak souls that littered the streets of Naruki and Karakura alike. Awaiting a subtle signal from Stephania should she feel as though her own life was in danger was all he needed, serving as not only her close business partner, but he also took it upon himself that should he be in her presence, the preservation of her life would have been paramount to even his very own. The lack of movement and signals of that nature were all he needed to know that she did not feel threatened but after eyeing her mannerisms as well as the grin that still existed across her face, he wondered truly what was running through her head.

After the metamorphosis of their new and apparently regal guest, he displayed his true appearance upon finding that he was now seemingly among new allies. Revealing himself in his true form, a body as pale and white as the hollows that served him, with hair as dark as the night that Hansha represents, but covered in a ceremonial like wrapping which he was sure at this point in time, given the strength of this creature and the radiating spiritual energy that seemed to ominously flow along with his supposed transformation. However, aside from the hollows…scandalous style of dress, Han couldn’t help but notice the piercing red eyes that the man bore. Something that never stood out until he saw for himself, a look from the very devil that brought all the bad into this somewhat good world. The proprietor of all the evil, and the one thing that hollows any and everywhere feared the most. Their God. Their King. Intently waiting on the remaining words he had left to speak, he could see Steph grow restless with the newfound news. It was assuredly information that they certainly did not look to be privy to when they woke up this morning to perform their daily activities. No. This was better. And apparently, Maximilliano thought as much too.

"Primos (Cousins) I personally welcome you to make a home in the sands of Hueco Mundo. We can have a home built for you in no time, one that triumphs over this paltry tower you call home. You can be as close or as far from Las Noches as you wish and we shall teach you how to use Descorrer to go to and from Hueco Mundo at your own discretion. Now you need not fear a boxed in death from your foes and as a bonus you have an endless supply of Hollows to lead unsuspecting women to. Ah, I guess I should let the Arrancar and other Hollows know you and your group are off limits from eating and killing haha!"

”Is this man actually serious right now? Just like that, we have access to Huec--” instantly his train of thought was ruined by two things, the first being a vibration from his cell phone, then an adjoining notification pops up on the HUD of his glasses signifying that it originated from one of his three guards. They had arrived at the building much faster than anticipated. But the services that they were called for seemed to not be needed for the time being. The second interruption was Stephania herself who appeared to be getting excited and entering a familiar frenzy, especially with the news of dimensional travel. After catching her initial thoughts, she finally replied.

"H-Ha…”

"HAHA!”

"HAHA HAHA HAHA!!!”

1646385769913-png.29

Her face still caught in a sinister but pleased grin, there could be no telling what her thought process was now.

"You cannot be serious! Surely this is a prank or some sort of trap?!

With a sly glance, she indicated to Han that no matter the request, the cost or the threat, she intended on solidifying this deal with the so-called God. Needless to say, this was the breakthrough that they have been needing for their future plans, and to also expand the business that is constantly growing between the two. Similarly, he had reason to believe that things between the multiple races have been quiet for too long, and as a seasoned war vet there was only one thing that frightened him about the quiet. The one event that could even remotely place any form of fear into this man's heart, was the storm that came after the silence. This ”feeling-out” period between the races was coming to an end, something he could feel coming for the last decade. It would be important to not only their interests but as well as to their very survival as a race of Fullbringers to join forces with their more under-evolved brethren, looking to learn from one another and hopefully, fight alongside one another in order to survive the wars that are sure to come. It was all about a matter of remaining ready and able to fight.

With the knowing glance exchanged between the two, as the God-King and the Seamstress continued their conversation, he signaled for his three men to join him in the office or outside of it, seeing as how this was well and above their pay grade to begin making preparations to cross over into a world unknown to them. For now. Within minutes, they would have bypassed the security protocols set by none other than yours truly and been escorted to the elevator that would allow them to come close to the office they all inhabited.

"I accept. I would be an utter fool to pass up this golden opportunity you have presented, Maximiliano. Not to mention, it appears that we already share a common enemy through no fault of our own." a response that came no surprise to Han, as he texted away on his phone to his top researchers and board members who were privy to his spiritual world dealings and delegations. Soon, the God-King chimed in once more. I’m not sure if you humans have experienced anything like that but it is a history that angers me and I will set things right.” a piece of history he can identify with, given his difference in skin tone. Han could sympathize with the things that he spoke of in this moment, to be brandished and culled from existence for merely being different in such a minor way. The issue was more macro for the hollows but the empathy still remained for them. Although, for the time being, his stance on hollows still remained the same. "I don't know who this is, nor what his goals are, but as you and I both witnessed earlier today, he is clearly a threat. I can say with high certainty that he is a fullbringer. This display of power is synonymous with a clad type. As it can't possibly be a zanpakuto ability, nor can it be a quincy ability." after pausing to quench her parched throat with the lukewarm cup of coffee that sat on her desk, she turned her attention to her left-hand, offering words of advice as to how to further solidify their advancements and to mitigate any interference for the time being. At that same moment, the men from downstairs were escorted in by the assistant of the brand, saying nothing to no one and directing their attention all on their CEO. Dressed the same as before, expensive suits varying in different shades of gray and black, but one bore a suitcase, the purpose of which Han only was privy to. "Han, I believe you will have the best chance at getting through to him. To help with our operations in Naruki, or even out in Karakura. I strongly advise against informing him of our newest alliance, due to him seeming more preoccupied with helping civilians. There's no telling how he will react to our future dealings.". He simply nodded as his lead assistant leaned into him and whispered something in his ear, brief but held boundless information, he turned to Stephania and gave his opinion on the current task at hand.

”Understood. However, given that we have found a new, benefactor, I don't think that man in white will be an issue any longer. I have word that he is currently in a standoff with the Shinigami in the area responding to the sudden appearance of the hollows. My men have been combating them for the past bit of the afternoon and came across them on their way here. I have no intentions of alerting this man about any plans we have going forward. I think it would be best to leave him at the mercy of the governing body of the Soul Society for now as we advance our operations towards Hueco Mundo, and learn this ability called, excuse me, my spanish is a little rusty. Descorrer? If it would be too much to ask, Steph. Shall I go alone to Hueco Mundo to scope out the area and spearhead the task of establishing a base of operations there? I'd also like to determine the level of safety we’ll have from our guests…’subjects’.” turning to the God-King now, looking him in those same red eyes that gave him displeasure, he surely felt different about what they represent now, but it had yet to remain if they represented salvation, or devastation. “I think we’d rest easier knowing that this was as safe a place as you claim, and I’d like to be the first emissary to seek out the truth behind that myself. If you would allow me passage to Hueco Mundo as a gesture of good faith in our newfound partnership, then Im’m sure we’d be more than willing to co-operate further as this new relationship begins. Wouldn’t you say so, King of the Hollows? After all, if there isn’t any trust, we will have nothing at all for when the fight really comes to our doorstep.”

Allowing for his business acumen to flourish alongside his thirteen years of combat and security experience. He wanted to assure not only himself, but the people who depended on him to make sure that there would always be work to go to. While he sees the opportunity for this venture to succeed beyond any form of expectation, he can also envision it to go as sourly as it could possibly get should both sides not remain on the same page. He only meant to turn the page when he felt that he’d be turning to a new chapter, and not the ending of the entire book.

Then

How long has it been? Four? Five years? No, it has been ten years since the Togabito attack. And the very last time Mikoto Kimura was even seen or heard from ever again. So what exactly did happen to Mikoto? Did he die? Not something even Mikoto, himself, could answer. It felt like death, but he was very much alive. Although, he cannot recall the events on that day. Besides being the one thing, he was trained to do, let alone remember anything before that—a trained assassin with powers that normal humans could not possibly obtain by wishing it to happen. As explained by Asterion, Mikoto was a businessman who ran Kimura Enterprise. However, Mikoto was more of a front. Mikoto was nothing more than an alter ego. His true self carried this shadowy demeanor, despite his past good intentions. Mikoto would do anything for the people of Naruki, even if that means he dies, himself in to save them. Mikoto had this dark, brooding hero complex, who carried a personal vendetta against crime and injustice for years since he became who was formerly known as "The Masked Avenger (仮面の復ven者. Lit "Kamen no fuku ven-sha)." The vendetta itself manifested from the death of his wife, which led to him hating hollows that feed on the weak and the strong. But the weak cannot defend themselves, which makes them easier targets. So Mikoto went out of the way to protect those people.

However, when the togabito attacked his city, everything changed. He did not help because his daughter had been killed, and Asterion disappeared. So instead of protecting Naruki, Mikoto went on a rampage to find the man he was trained by, looked up to since he was but a young lad. The only one who deem to fit responsible for killing the only child, the only thing he had left in this world and gone just like that. That put the former hero of Naruki City into a darker place than the city, or the people there were no longer his priority; their life was no longer something he cared for anymore. So he spent years outside of Naruki or even Japan itself, where the search for Asterion led him to leave Japan—leaving Kimura Enterprise to be run by the head of R&D, where his assistance was to help them run the company.

A decade later, the journey brought him back, where many things occurred while away. There was one point when Mikoto was to meet a potential business partner, but he never showed up; instead, he stayed and reconned the city instead. To get more information that his computer had gathered over the years. And sure enough, in the same night, Kimura Enterprise was attacked, and multiple casualties occurred. The networks that gave Mikoto data about fullbringers and quincies and all the happenings throughout Naruki and Karakura were gone overnight. The attack was perpetrated, someone was out to flush him out, or it was done to send a message.

Regardless, the attack on Kimura Enterprises hardly affected him. That part of life was no longer his. Remain in the shadows; even his former employees and board of directors were made to believe Mikoto had died. However, maintaining information by using the A.I. he built for himself was no longer operational since it was running through the network of Kimura Enterprise.
Whoever was responsible for doing this much damage help shed what was left of Mikoto's former life. Help birth a whole new life. A whole new person.

NOW

Today, there have been many instances of a hollow attack throughout the day. These attacks weren't random but targeted attacks, to where the number of hollows exceeded beyond ordinary than before. However, the Ghost of Naruki did not lift a finger to kill these creatures unless provoked, stood by, watching from a distance. The one thing that did manage to capture his eye was one building that had been left untouched by these attacks. With so much going on, this building was the only building that was not hit by the hollows. Yet, the former Avenger sensed a few signatures inside that very building, signatures that were all so familiar to his own. Unknown to who these signatures belong to, but the source of this spiritual imprint was too similar. But then there were at least three other signatures nearby; one of them was someone he was familiar with; the question is, what was Mikoto going to do from this point?

While he wore a simple dark black suit with a long dark trench coat over it, Mikoto had changed over the decade since the last time anyone within Naruki city has seen him. He used to don short blue slick hair, but now it is a bit messier and more prolonged. The youth he once had also matured a bit more to fit his age, where Mikoto no longer looked younger but much gruffer but still clean-shaven. His head tilted up towards the top of the building, much as he could see. While the streets were all abandoned, chaos ensued in the background. Mikoto's body was engulfed with a brilliant green light, a pillar shot up into the sky. The trench coat disappeared, and his entire form transformed into something else where his whole body was clad with some red armor-like skin. The form looks ripped out of a manga with its menacing design, making Mikoto's appearance the "demon of Justice." What makes this appearance so intimidating is that Mikoto's brooding look before the transformation now appears to be more of a beast with eyes filled with emptiness and bloodlust. No one could sense only the bloodlust, and it was relatively controlled and calm. It would take a person or creature who is genuinely familiar with the lust of blood in one's eyes.

And now that the form is complete where Mikoto's condition had not only covered his body but his face, only the tan cheek was left exposed, and the back of the right hand had a ring shape glow around it, that was slowly blinking on and off. Once Mikoto had completed the fullbring transformation, a powerful force was created from the soles of Mikoto's feet, propelling him into the sky while ascending the side of the building. Where reached the top floor, staring through the translucent window pane, not a second later. He quickly crashed through a glass window while reading the room filled with people. If they could even be called "people," he did not enter with any violent intentions but announced himself to those present within the room.

"Mikoto Kimura, I am here to lend aid on behalf of Stephania."

Mikoto did not give much explanation but made it clear that he was there on behalf of Stephania. It is unclear how much aid he was willing to give. One could assume many things about Mikoto's arrival; he could pose as an enemy or simply someone looking to take advantage of the situation. Hell, Mikoto could be posing as a person after his interest and not the interest of others. Regardless, he was there, and whatever they did next, whether to test him by attacking him or take the chance to see what he could bring to the fold. Mikoto remained focused and concentrated where everything around him was unknown to the people in the room. The perception had begun to shift, become slow without them even knowing. There was no hint of movement whatsoever and yet without any signs of using high-speed action. Mikoto appeared on the man's right side, unknown to him as the God-King.
