Two members of the Kido Corps stand guard at the Senkaimon, they are unmoving, and silent. They are as much a fixture of the Fifth Division barracks as the Senkaimon itself. The building Reiatsu of those within the barracks who are ready to strike down any foriegn entity that walks through the Keikaigi doesn’t even make their brow quiver. The Keikaigi is located quite some distance away from the Senkaimon itself as it is a newer structure, newer in the sense that the Senkaimon gate that stands is thousands of years old. Ever since Shinigami began traveling to the Human World this gate has stood and though it has been destroyed and rebuilt multiple times it still remains in the same spot it was first erected. This area of the Barracks is quiet, devoid of all life save for these two guards whose heads turn only for the seemingly thunderous steps of one Higen Kagayaki. He marches with a purpose and doesn’t seem like he wants to or even will stop for questioning. His jurisdiction is that of Naruki City and with that in mind, combined with his ceaseless stride, the two guards attune the gate so that this Captain may pass through to his destination of Naruki City. The Shining Knight passes through and they close the gate behind him, returning to their idle guard.
The size of the Seireitei is massive, it is a ten day walk from one of the outer gates to another and so it is understandable that the barracks within it are massive in their own right. How far is the Keikaigi from the Senkaimon exactly? Far enough not to be seen, far enough for the area around the Senkaimon to be dead silent only the whistling wind to occupy the dead air. Only the mass gathering of Fifth Division soldiers charging Kido and Shikai abilities alike can be sensed and at this location tension reaches a boiling point as they await the arrival of Hibiki Maeda. They wait and then they sense something, something that makes some break from the group out of self preservation. Kido is dispelled, Shikai’s are deactivated as some of these men flee as they sense the Reiatsu of Vincent Batista, the God King. Hibiki was given a portion of the God King to take back with him as proof of his demise, however, this fragment of the once mighty God King still has a lingering Reiatsu signature of its own. Such a small fragment could easily turn a Adjuchas into a Vasto should they consume it.
Invasion
These men picture what this monster potentially looks like, could it be a gargantuan Hollow that spits out more like a broodmother? Is it a single man or woman carrying enough power to take on multiple captains? This is why some flee, without their own Captain present they are uncertain about their odds of victory but like last time, the majority remain, ready to do battle. Their orders were clear, anything that does not have Shinigami Reiatsu is to be attacked and destroyed. They dare not disobey the orders of their fanatical captain, they know those who did not initially arrive here and those who retreated will be punished. Not the majority, the many that outweigh the few have a chance to prove themselves here and now by stopping an invasion. They will respond to this and any other invasion against the Soul Society with extreme and lethal force. Their attacks are let loose, Hado and Bakudo of varying levels are fired combined with some attacks from unique Shikai all of them melding and blending together becoming a massive wave of light blue energy hell bent on annihilating this foriegn entity. This wave launches into the void of the Keikaigi towards the one who barrels towards it at full speed. Hibiki faces the might of at least 70% of the Fifth Division’s Kido and long range Shikai attacks. Taking that parting gift from the Hollow’s was perhaps a mistake as he will now be vaporized along with the cause of his untimely demise.
The roar of the attack rumbles the ground and shakes buildings, much like how Hado 90 was felt across the Seireitei this too would be sensed by everyone. This attention grabbing attack does not snag the attention of the two Senkaimon guards as they remain idle and unmoving as ever. What was happening on the grounds of Fifth Division was unnerving to say the least, the fact that almost an entire Division’s worth of Shinigami just attacked in unison has to raise more red flags than anything. These red flags are ignored by these two though, however, what is not ignored is the approach of the Lieutenants of Eleventh and Fourth Division, Jinnosuke Ueku and Omoni Hageshi. Two Lieutenants walking in tandem towards the Senkaimon must mean they have business in the Living World, which has had heavy traffic today. Earlier Omoni returned with two other Shinigami from Karakura Town could they be headed back? They prep and open the gate, waiting for one of the two Lieutenants to tell them their desired destination in order to put them on the correct path. Something truly calamitous must be happening for the deployment of multiple captains and even multiple Lieutenants.
This will be a day to remember for everyone apart of the Fifth Division.

" You gonna let Yu-yu Chan get beat up more if you don't hurry up. What took you so long any way! What is this thing we fighting for real, Omoni. "
“ The kid can handle himself. You oughta be more worried about your man.”

Omoni’s steps slowed as she and the flustered guide arrived on fifth division’s grounds. Her scowl grew darker once she spotted her deserter. Seemed by the looks of things he wasn’t planning on waiting around any more than he had earlier.Typical. With a wave of her hand she dismissed her tag along whom did not hesitate to take off back the way They’d come. A few of the fifth’s squad members who had been charged with guarding the Senkaimon gates stared as the two scruffy Lieutenants made their way toward it's golden glow.
“ Something from Hell. It’s got a weird name, Tobatito, Togarito… Eh!--- I forgot. Wears a mask. Eats Zanpakuto though, anything with reiatsu. Absorbs it’s power and it can use some of it too. Then it’s got these chains that hang from it’s wrists.”
" I could really use a smoke, unlucky, I stopped that shit. “

The comment made about needing a smoke wasn’t lost on her, as ignorant as the giantess was she possessed keen senses when it came to her hearing and like the cigar enthusiast Omoni was, she did have something to puff on but truth be told neither of them would have wanted to. Her cerulean leer lifted up and gazed into the gleam as it enveloped them together, they burned with a look of pure determination with as well as a little bit of a lust. Now she was going back and she was going to make that ugly bastard pay.
“ I got an idea...but it’s pretty crazy.”
As they neared the stoic guardians, Omoni spoke up in a louder voice than before. In this way she displayed her authority and perhaps a sense of urgency. They needed to be on their way and as quickly as was inhumanly possible.
" We need to get to Karakura town ASAP."
Her demand was finite and straight forward with no room for miscommunication. If they were going to arrive when they needed to then they had to get moving yesterday, Something that might have thrown a wrench into their plans made a gutteral ethereal mass of force rise up just outside of their current location. However, entirely numb to it...Omoni was unfazed.

Jinnosuke listened to Omoni she might have a solid plan considering she has fought the Togabito the longest. She mentioned it eating and then using abilities of others. This made it interesting, Jinno was excited to fight this beast now. She mentions she has a few more tricks up her sleeve, to this Jinno holds up his hand and points down ad Namakizu.
" Were not doing anything tricky with your Zanpakuto. You haven't had time to speak with Namakizu have you? Omoni, your sword was damaged. Even I can feel it. So with Namakizu useless against the 'Togybits' what's the plan. I've got enough tricks up my sleeves, even that eyebrow-less ghost would appreciate it. " He was obviously refering to Captain Kyomu. Jinnosuke would put his hand on his chin for a while. " Eats Zanpakuto hmm. "
Jinnosuke would muster reiatsu to his center and put his hands cusped together. " Bakudō #26. Kyokkō (曲光, Bent Light) " Jinnosuke would mutter after his hands had clasped together. Suddenly his reiatsu signature would vanish. Even to those right next to him it would seem as if he never had one. Too everyone except the Kido Corps and Omoni, Jinnosuke would simply disappear as if he was not there at all. " You probably cant sense it, but I used a kido to hide my reiatsu signature and my physical presence from any but those here now. "
Everything around Jinno was being ignored, the huge presence right outside fifth Division, the seemingly controlled Garganta opening behind him with Fifth Division freaking out. Blatantly ignoring them in fact, his only focus was Omoni and the current task at hand, everything else will be dealt with after. He would then lead Omoni through the archway of the Senkaimon gate.
He would then look over his shoulder at Omoni; " Aye anything else you can tell me on the way. "
Jinno would then start his walk through the Senkaimon. The long hall stretched out till he could see a bright white light, filtered by screen doors on the other side. Stepping in Jinnosuke would not feel the seal be placed on his body. The one suppressing the reiatsu of high level shinigami so their reiryoku doesn't destroy the living world.
" Odd, this must be serious if Fifth has orders to not put seals on us. I'm getting excited Omoni hahaha. " Jinnosuke's laugh echoed and reverberated throughout the hall. He walked with his giant blade over his shoulder. Ikari resonating in silence due to Kyokko. They would be at the end in only a few short moments, yet every step felt miles away. He leaned in to listen to Omoni if she has any last advice for their coming fight.

The amount of wayward thoughts that plague the Captain are without number. The sight that he was forced to endure, one that none beyond Honoka have, or ever would have to share. The massive military fortification that was the Seireitei is not traversed easily. Multiple checkpoints are at different areas and boundaries that separate the various barracks and districts. The size of the seiritei itself, makes every trip a journey. Those that lack the ability to use shunpo, or perhaps hone their body to manifest an equivalent, will find themselves traveling for days to get to the various areas of the home of the Shinigami. Higen’s speed was profound, but without the use of shunpo. His body had mastered perfect and poised movements of his muscle, every angle necessary to reduce the friction of his body against the wind. The massive man moved seamlessly, quietly, and at speeds that could parallel some of the most talented practitioners of Shunpo.
No guard would dare stop the Mighty Captain Higen while he displayed such urgency, while his face offered only determination and an unshakable ferocity. A trained eye would stare at the gash at his back and wonder. Subconsciously, he was continuously flexing his muscles, they wrap and overlay each other in a way that almost temporarily closes the wound. The gash—while still present—lacks the blood that poured originally when it surfaced. The Fifth Division barracks—in the same district as the first, along with the C46 Compound—was not entirely too far. In fact, Higen had come up on its entrance rather quickly.
“All available Shinigami, heed this call. A Garganta has appeared in the 77th District of the Eastern Rukongai! Calling all available assets to respond. A Garganta has--”
The ear-rupturing voice of the Vizard lieutenant of 2nd Division invades his audible receptors, her announcement only confirming what Higen had laid eyes on when emerging from the Captain’s meeting hall. As he hears it, he can notice the small crowds of stationary Kido Corps member begin to congregate and prepare for deployment. Those with more pertinent tasks and stations stay put, but it was clear that every single one of them had received the same message. Just like those that were bound to their posts, and their duty, Higen too was bound. Bound to save those that he held dear, bound to protect the very realm he had sworn to. Still scaling the different level rooftops, dislodging shingles from their perfectly placed and layered positioning, Higen was avoiding the accumulating foot traffic.
It isn’t until he reaches the age-old senkaimon that he comes down from the rooftops, dropping into the now barren courtyard as he approaches the gate. Higen, while not a master at identifying and sensing reiryoku, can quite easily pinpoint those he is more familiar with from a considerable distance. His Lieutenant, Fuyuko Kasumi, was undoubtedly on the move. He had no idea what the situation was in Naruki. The warning Shobatsu had given him was hardly a briefing, and he was unsure what to expect. What he did know was that if there was anyone capable there, they were already in dire straits. He could not risk another, he refused to risk another. Shobatsu’s absence made Fuyuko’s presence more important than she could ever know at this moment, he couldn’t risk her to a foreign enemy. Approaching the guards, who without question prepare the Senkaimon for his travel, Higen slows his strides just enough to allow a few words to roll over his lips.
“Do not allow Lieutenant Kasumi to follow me to Naruki under any circumstances. She is to have her senkaimon jurisdiction revoked until further notice. That is an order.
He does not look to see if his words is acknowledged or not, but instead takes the first step into the blinding light. From beneath his hakama flutters a beautiful Jigokucho, laying the path before him.
“Shim-”
The doors of the senkaimon close shut behind the Captain and prevent the remainder of his statement from reaching the ears on the opposite side of it. What can be felt, however, is an abrupt increase of spiritual pressure, that fades not if disappearing, but simply getting further and further away. The valiant members of Tenth Division need only sit tight. Their Captain is on the way.

The golden hues enveloped them both as they took to the Senkaimon pathway opened up for them. There they were, only mere steps away from facing what had turned out to be quite the dastardly foe and the both of them could not have been more excited. To her, she’d been slighted. Torn away at the precipice of her blood lust and forced to forgo the brutal fight she had been longing for so long.
" We’re not doing anything tricky with your Zanpakuto. You haven't had time to speak with Namakizu have you? Omoni, your sword was damaged. Even I can feel it. So with Namakizu useless against the 'Togybits' what's the plan. I've got enough tricks up my sleeves, even that eyebrow-less ghost would appreciate it. “
Namakizu? Damaged? This gave Omoni pause. Was it true? Was Namakizu broken? Hageshi took a look at the brazen knuckles on her hands and stared at them for a moment as she strolled. Now that she thought about it, the events in Karakura had gone by like a blur and besides being enraged that she had used a piece of her club to distract the Togabito’s last bolt of lightning in order to escape, the Empress had not said anything to her. That was unusual.
“ Really? Did you get hurt? Can ya still fight?”
Inwardly, Hageshi searched for an answer but she was met with deafening silence. That was unsettling. Perhaps she had taken things too far. Maybe this time, The Empress was not up to the task. While Omoni assumed the quiet was due to Namakizu’s injuries that Jinnosuke boldly pointed out, they could not have been more incorrect. Namakizu was silent because she was furious. The great Oni Empress fumed sitting upon her throne. All around her massive feet small distorted versions of Omoni scattered like roaches trying to escape the miasma growing around her bulbous form. The mountains around them shook as if an earthquake had begun but it had really been her thick talons drumming away full of frustration.‘ Is that what they think? That I am USELESS? Her lip curled back bearing a mouth full of fangs the further her rage increased.
" Eats Zanpakuto hmm. "
“Yea, I don’t want it takin’ a bite out of her again…”

Omoni let her arms fall to her sides as she walked. So what if she couldn’t use her Zanpakuto against that bastard...she’d just use her good ol’ fists if it came down to it. A brawl one on one mano e mano. She was getting pumped just thinking about it.
" You probably can’t sense it, but I used a kido to hide my reiatsu signature and my physical presence from any but those here now. "
He was right about that. Omoni’s ability to sense any kind of reiatsu was trash. Honestly she’d never been able to get a handle on it but frankly, she didn’t care to. This had led to countless enemies attacking her without warning but the grumpy lieutenant would only turn and cut them down where they stood. Sure, she’d take the blow but none could fell her before she got the chance to beat them into the floor bloody. There really hadn’t been the need for her to manage it considering her Denreishinki did all the guiding she needed. That is, when it wasn’t busted like it was now.
“ So you’re thinkin’ we should surprise it. Huh. Yea, you could hold it while I mess it up.”
That was as good a plan as any under the circumstances. They could arrive, and get there then take it when it wasn’t paying attention. Seemed elementary but maybe it was just simple enough that it was unpredictable. Honestly, with Namakizu out of commission it was probably the only option they had left. Hit it and hit it hard. Her specialty.
" Aye anything else you can tell me on the way. "
“ Not that I can think of now. That’s every--”
*Beep*

Interrupted by her device’s alarm, Hageshi reached into her breasts and pulled out the battered piece of equipment. It was unlike Jinnosuke’s or anyone else’s modern version. Her’s was obviously a few decades older. It still flipped open! Casually, she lifted it so that he could see what had been sent.
“ Look’s like this is the full report.”

" Odd, this must be serious if Fifth has orders to not put seals on us. I'm getting excited Omoni hahaha. "
His joy was felt mutually by Hageshi. Finally, she might be able to let loose a little and do some real damage. Although, in the back of her mind she was growing concerned. Was Namakizu down for the count? If that was the case...could she even heal the two of them if things went really bad? BAH-- She shook the thought from her mind. This just meant it was all or nothing and that only made things better. Together the two of them vanished soon to be placed right in the heart of the action.
