Katsuo nodded while sitting there, she was right, but she also saw firsthand how the Oda were, at least one of them anyway. An obstacle in the way? They just want to plow through it. He pulled his headphones back over his ears, one of his favorite songs was about to pop on. He could hear Eiko though in his head once again, the fox moaning an irate sigh. She was getting bored just sitting at squad 4 Barracks just waiting for things to happen.
"let's go back to that big blue haired guy now… I wanna fight."
she said in his head. Katsuo shook his head no while keeping his eyes shut, almost as if he was bobbing his head to his music instead of telling his rather unruly Zanpakuto no. As usual her twin wouldn't say a word. If only both were as quiet and peaceful as the one.
When it came time to visit Arashi, his rival for becoming squad 13's captain, Katsuo stood and stretched in the doorway as Oyama told him about her endeavors and a mighty good run with Katsuo. He leaned against the door frame with a smirk as she made a face that said everything about it was unpleasant.
"I took her on a run with me. Needless to say her street skills need some improvement."
He said, a brazen smirk across his face. She continued by telling Arashi what all had happened to them, and how they got stopped by Captain Higen of Squad ten. Katsuo looked to be in deep thought as his music still went off in the headphones on his ears, almost zoning out the music while thinking. He put his hand on his chin and rested it's elbow on the other arm.
"Hmm yeah. Out of the loop but not entirely blind as to what is going on exactly. Captain Higen did say a few things, and sent us through this way I believe just to keep us out of the line of fire. Not to scare Miss Hoshi over here but as we got closer I could feel heavier spiritual pressure closer to the center. Gosh… I hope my brother is alright. All of this might be a misunderstanding, but squad two seems to have taken things into their own hands for some reason… I think whatever is going on is between Divisions one and Two, and the rest of us are caught in Between."
Only time would tell if Katsuo was right about his hunch, but one thing is for certain. Squad two will probably have a shit ton of explanation to do afterwards… if any of them are left alive.

Her earlier annoyance and irritation towards him subsided thankfully. The charm of his smile seemed to be the cause of that, no way of telling though, nor did it really matter at this point. She went on to apologize for her attitude? Catching his attention, Arashi snapped back towards her, leaving Hoshizora be for the moment. It is probably for the best, she would make her self known when the time came. The displeasure Oya had in running around with Katsuo allowed for soft chuckle and a bit of joy. Not to her displeasure, but happy to see that while he was gone, there was still someone willing to work themselves and others just as hard. For that, he would have to thank Katsuo. Arashi took a glance over to Katsuo, catching the look on his face. Proud of what he put Oyama to. He took the moment to chime in as well.
"All in all, I am glad you both have been busy and not shuffling dirt around in the barracks."
Oya went on to ask him of his whereabouts. Why wasn't he around earlier? Surely she would have put two and two together... The injuries, the fact that he was gone... Where else would he have disappeared to? Of course, Arashi would never make such a remark or rather, a smart mouth statement such as that. The man was too kind, too nice to show such a side, especially to his comrades. Before he could speak up she kept going, mentioning Squad Two, but she had been dark in terms of information. Arashi wasn't worrying too much, but Katsuo stepped in once more. Mentioning a little more and that Captain Kagayaki sent them this way as well.
How could he forget about Captain Kagayaki... His partially opened eyes, closed shut entirely and for a brief moment his constant smile and memorable smile disappeared. Once he found out what had transpired in the World of the Living, he was sure that he would feel a sense of disappointment as well as disbelief towards an esteemed officer such as himself. How could Arashi let this happen, by the hands of a mere Hollow?! He did not seem like the man to belittle someone, but he did seem like one to give a look and then walk away. A heavy sigh escaped his lips for the first time in a long time. One that would surely catch the attention of his comrades if they knew him well as they should.
"Keep up the hard work you two, but if you do not mind. I would like to have some alone time. I will catch up with the two of you and hopefully whatever is going on between Squad Two and One will be handled by those who are already present in the Central area. Also, once I am healed up, this its time the three of us started getting into some serious training."
His smile had already returned, cheerful and optimistic as he always is. If they had chosen to leave him to his solitude, his eyes slowly opened as they returned to Hoshizora.
"Indeed, training is needed, Arashi..."
She finally responded and her voice would echo. Though every syllable and tone held such disapproval and sternness as if a mother was getting ready to discipline a child. Arashi's eyes closed, glad to hear her voice, but also understanding of her words.

Her eyes shifted towards Katsuo as he spoke, her hand stopped moving, only to move back down to her sides, her eyes closed and a smile, came across her face before tilting her head; while both hands moved to place themselves in front of her before speaking. “Yes it does, but it wasn’t bad for my first time running across rooftops and hoping over obstacles. her smile persisted, “Though I can give criticism to you. You should slowed down just a bit and teach me how to properly propel my body over obstacles.” from there she would bow in a sign of respect to Katsuo, before moving back to a normal standing postion while he spoke.
"Hmm yeah. Out of the loop but not entirely blind as to what is going on exactly. Captain Higen did say a few things, and sent us through this way I believe just to keep us out of the line of fire. Not to scare Miss Hoshi over here”
A nerve was struck with her at he would state she would be scared of the battle that is happening over at central. Though her reaction earlier was a prime example of when she wasn’t expecting anything, she couldn’t be too mad at him for assuming she would be scared. Though his words were aligning with her thoughts. Though a Misunderstanding might be stretching it… Regardless she couldn’t help but feel like the members of 13th division could do more, than just be physical Aid to 4th division; to which they were already doing a horrible job at it since they were assisting no one but still staying inside the room…
Her eyes closed for a moment, as Arashi spoke, and she was about to grant his request to leave the room, but yelling would soon ensue, by several people, some screaming in horror others silent, before some were yelling to look at Central Seireitei. There she would move herself towards the window, sliding it open before hopping out. There her eyes widened in awe at the sight of black and purple flame? Reiatsu? She couldn’t tell, all she knew that the sky had blackened on the southern portion of the Seireitei. It was now made clear how dangerous it was to be near the Central portion, but she wasn’t too sure what to do… She could stay and help the injured Shinigami that were to come. Though She wondered if Katsuo would stay or take off to Central, and attempt to get in on the action? If he did would she have enough strength to stop him? Another thought came to mind, but it was a long one and one that could possibly hold no information whatsoever Convince Katsuo to lead them to second and see if there is anything there. Though that was unlikely, they are stealth corps, after all, why would they leave anything that could explain betrayal behind? Her head shook as she stood out and watched Central, waiting to see if anything more would come out from it.

Katsuo smiled and chuckled a little bit at what Oyama had said about preparing her for such obstacles and going slow. Oyama reminded him of his days in the rukon, all of the other orphans moved just as quickly as he did now. Some of the younger, smaller ones left behind, but like Katsuo they all had street smarts. When Katsuo was learning they didn't stop or slow down, in the streets it was either run or get caught and die.
"forgive me for that Oya. I wasn't taught to go easy on others. In the streets either you made the jump… or you died."
He said, sitting down as she checked the window. To him she acted like she wanted to go find out what was going on, or why squad two feels the way they feel. If he was honest, he'd tell her how much he wanted to know too. If not for them, but for squad two. He feels like something screwed up was going on.
"well. You're 4th seat, i'm fifth. I really got no choice but to follow your orders."
He said, standing up and stretching with his music still blaring. It was his way, he supposed, to tell Oyama whatever choice she made in terms of what to do, he was behind her. He didn't exactly enjoy sitting here just waiting for things to happen when things were happening and they were able bodied enough to do something about it. It looked like Oyama felt the same way.

Her eyes continued to stare directly at the Central Seireitei, as Katsuo apologized, explaining that it was a dog eat dog world for him. She had thought to herself for a moment, at her life, it was better at the beginning, and maintained itself quite well; she knew not the harshness he faced. She’d rather not experience it either.
“Apology accepted.”
She didn’t look at him, as she spoke. Not out of rudeness, but out of curiosity to see if anything else would come from there. Her head tilting as she pondered if it was even safe, to go out of the barracks. Once Katsuo spoke about rank she had sighed and turned towards him, her face showing a bit of disappointment. “I’m not a leader, And I absolutely wish to not become one… I’m way too young and inexperienced for this.” Again she sighed, before pointing south. While her other hand moved to squeeze her face and slide down it, as she was going to make a decision.
“Although… I say we should head towards second division, but avoid going anywhere near Central, I don’t want to go near that place, I like to breath, and more importantly…. LIVE! But since I don’t know my way around the area as well as you… Would you be so kind as to show me the way to second?”
Once her hand was away, she had smile upon her face, once more. Hoping he would agree, while moving her hands behind her and bowing to Katsuo, as a sign of respect as he has been her guide through out the whole day.
