Katsuo listened to the tied up 4th seat, a little upset he even found himself in this situation talking to this… other half of Oya. She's right, he can be a bit of an idiot, but this idiot never gave up, and always tried to do what he felt was right, even if sometimes others thought it was wrong. He knew what was beyond those walls. In his youth he lived it, unlike Oya. She was still young yet, who was she to preach about walls?
"you're one to talk, miss fresh out of the academy. You actually think your the only soul in existence that has a separate side of her? Even if you think it IS a separate person because you hear that voice deep inside you. It's still you. Just another half. One you don't want to show anyone. I'm not the least bit curious about who or what you are, because I know who you are. Do you know who you are, Oya? Other Oya? Perhaps it's time you started accepting one another… i've already accepted you both. You're not going to get any better, at protecting yourselves, unless you do. Even with Kido."
He sighed and looked down at her, then sat down at the Barracks hall with her. A bit of a real talk, no running, no swords. That's all he wanted.
"Before I was adopted, Oya I was from the South Rukon… three months ago that Kokosue…. Thing… killed and destroyed everything about my past. I guess I'm trying to tell you, you don't need or have to forgive others that made you who you are today, you just have to learn from it and become better people as a result of it. Oya if you don't let yourself grow, or even be heard for that matter, your just going to continue on wanting to incarcerate or kill yourself. It's not healthy. I want to ask both sides of you. Do you want to live?
He shook his head, he already knew the answer to that question, Oya didn't realize but Katsuo is quick to catch on to certain things, that tie in to peoples perspectives, personalities, and emotions.
"nevermind. It's clear one of you does the other one doesn't, out of fear over what the other might do. Okay, how about this question for yourselves… do you plan to keep on living on opposite sides of the spectrum forever? Souls live for a long time… you'd be completely miserable before your appearance clock hits 40. Old Hag Oya, the kids will be calling you. You don't realize it but you truly are at war with yourself. You really want to fight and kill Arashi? Did fighting him the last time teach you an ounce of anything? Even for your other half?"
He removed his headphones and turned the music down, to the point it was completely silent.
"Be free. I want you to be free, Oya...it hurts, to see my family in so much pain."
They were real, the tears that drained off his light blue eyes. He was thinking about her tears today, how painful her eyes looked. If it was so painful to keep whatever it was in control…maybe he could get Tenzen to help her control it. Not that he'd tell this other half.

Her smile persisted as he spoke about others having others inside of them; this may be true in a small level, but being able to speak with your split personality is something else, more so that it can physically change a person is unusual, She was something else. Possbility of a gene defect? An experiment conducted in secret? Or some curse that has finally taken place after all these years? Who knows, Both Furia and Oyama didn’t. Though Katsuo with his constant insistence on calling her Oya, was starting to get to her, She wasn’t Oyamam and as for accepting one another? No, they weren’t going to see things for a while.
She again listened to what he was saying, though everything that had been his past life before adoption was now gone, A fresh start for some people, even in the chaos that happened. As for growing? They were still young growth wasn’t something that came instantaneously, but he was right Oyama was holding them back from growing. As for killing themselves? No neither would do so, the pain that could bring was far greater than both of them. Oyama wouldn’t do so, neither would Furia, despite how reckless she acts. The mention of old hag had cause her eyes to flicker from red to blue, then back to red again. Oyama was clearly watching but she wasn’t going to take control, but both were annoyed at that comment. As for Arashi? Furia did want to still kill him, but now it was going to be the long game, as fighting Katsuo proved that, enough so that her eyes shifted to her zanpakuto that he held. They needed Bankai, not furia, or Oyama alone, both of them. Though they knew that the blood panda wouldn’t give it to them, nor would it assist in helping them vanquish one another.
Once he uttered that they were all family, her smile had dropped. That word had made her blood boil. “Family? It was family that helped sealed me away, and it was family that held Your precious Oyama back. That word has been twisted for me long ago, it might mean something for Oyama, but not for me. The names Furia by the way, Thanks for asking Noble boy. She paused for a moment, as she began to look around once more, no one around, till two people would waltz by, ingoring the two, as they were caught up in there converstation.
“did you hear about the newest captain of 5th division? it would seem news traveled fast across the Seireitei, even if it was informal, people would be talking about it, and after all 4th division’s barracks would have some of 13th’s members inside recovery or a check up of some sorts. Just as quickly the other would speak. “Yeah Tenzen Oda, is the new captain… Say don’t we have an Oda in 13th as well? surely Katsuo this news would bright Katsuo’s day?
To this she shook her head and began to look at the two as the waltzed by. This sparked a curiousity, in her as even though there were people in here, there was no sight of Arashi, Most likely in his office doing some paper work. Though still, he would have atleast come out by now right? Her eyes closed as she began to concentrate into finding him, both weren’t good at reiryoku sensing so she had to concentrate, to her, little flares of light could be seen in the darkness, each one different members across the area, but no Arashi. This intrigued her. “I’m curious as as to where Arashi went, aren’t you?” she said as her eyes opened up and looked directly at Katsuo, her smile returning, as she began to walk towards him and her zanpakuto. Before moving over and grab her zanpakuto, it was a bit of a risk as she wasn’t to sure how he would react to such actions, after all they did have a fight earlier.

Furia, huh… he thought to himself as this other half introduced herself to him. She began saying how family were the ones holding herself back, who sealed her up. Did she really think Katsuo was going to be like that?
well let me ask you this Furia, Oyama couldn't defeat Arashi, what makes you think you can kill him? And then even if you do, what makes you think you can kill the division five and six members that will be after you FOR killing your 3rd seat? We aren't division eleven you y'know. We don't take seats by defeating members in combat and killing them like they do. Do you, Furia, think about these things before blindly going into action like Oya does?"
He scoffed, and smiled a second, thinking about it.
"Furia, huh… reminds me of Eikōgitsune, my Zanpakuto. She strives to get stronger, regardless of who it is she wants to fight. Even people so much stronger than me. We work together however, I have to be the voice of reason that holds her back from killing the both of us or ruining my life. Why haven't you and Oya worked together just like this? It's okay to feel you want to challenge Arashi and try again, but Furia must listen to Oyama when Oyama says something goes too far. Doing so will help you both progress, and come together as one.
He looked to her, his eyes sincere, as if giving a promise.
"I swear, as your Division 13 brother, I will never seal you. I'll just be here for you. If things go wrong i'll be here to help you. We can both progress together. All of us."
He blinked as other whom walked by mentioned a new captain of division five, by the name of Tenzen Oda. He smiled wide and gave a chuckle. He knew Tenzen would realize his childhood dream before Katsuo would, but it wasn't a competition, both believed in one another.
"so he did make it.. Tenzen Oda, He's my older brother. Well at least, he's the blood Oda. There's also a slew of retired Odas, our mom Ten'yuu, our dad Kyoki… Grandpa Oda, Kyoki's dad… our uncle. He's got children who are unseated at the moment. Not gonna lie, everyone was cautious at first about adopting me as a member, even Tenzen. Ten'yuu wanted me first time we met, like she knew it was meant to be. I'm a lot like Kyoki in terms of Honor and what not. Tenzen is well… usually very shy. However you'd not go wrong at all in asking for a little guidance or kinship. When you see him come outta that turtle shell he hides inside… is when he really shines. Took him long enough to show me that side of him. That's another story though.
He smiled wide thinking of his brother. He explained to Oya what the others walking by were talking about. He felt sorry for Oya, if her look on family was so bleak because of what hers had done to her. He'd hoped one day he could change that. She was still young yet, there were still people out there that were very good.
"Yeah. He's either on a mission to the world of the living, or something else might be up. Wouldn't know the next place to look, normally I could sense it but it's not anywhere close. If you two work together and actually listen to one another, I'll see you get your chance to fight with Arashi again. But only if you and Furia both progress together. No killing. Just give it your all."

“Keep it down jinno!”
When jinno came into the barracks shouting Hibiki’s head tilted to the side with the addition of a sigh. His expression was akin to sadness when it came to Jinnosuke. His personality in comparison to Hibiki’s own was quite different with his boisterous means of speaking to people. When it boiled down to it the other members of the 11th stood erect when being addressed by Jinno but, Hibiki didn’t really break a sweat upon his arrival in fact he had gone so far as to move past Rin after entertaining the idea of having a go of it. He didn’t exactly dismiss her advance, but instead opted to convene with Jinno himself as he called out to the pair of them. In passing this meant Hibiki took a rather quick walk over to the aforementioned to join him for a cup of tea. Certainly not his favorite drink in the seireitei, in this instance however it was more about the kinship than the drinks.
He eventually made his way over and plopped down in front of his compatriot. His legs not even remotely crossed as he took up a more relaxed position in front of jinno as they sat across from one another. He was already training prior to Jinno’s arrival yet it was always nice to see him around the barracks when he was. Among all the other division members he was likely the only one truly capable of going pound for pound with Hibiki’s shikai let alone his ability in being up close and personal. In the end the two of them would’ve been sitting across from one another likely with cups in hand taking a drink in unison with one another. Jinno had even gone so far as to ask the pink haired young man who so abruptly arrived in their barracks a cup as well.

That question was certainly important, but she was going to wing it, after a failed plan was a demoralizer, though she had major doubts that both 6th and 5th division members would be chasing the moment Arashi’s death would come. There was a response time, after all and the word before that someone would have to report it. She didn’t think it fully though but she knew that it would take for that to happen, though she knew she would have to flee.
Though that wasn’t going to happen for a long time, there she stood over Katsuo, pulling her Zanpakuto away and sliding it in to her Shitagi, before adjusting the bow infront, all the while she kept her eyes upon the noble boy, not paying much attention to ramblings on about working together and the similarities to his Zanpakuto’s attitude. Though soon she began to space out, causing her eyes to flicker from red to blue for a second.
"I swear, as your Division 13 brother, I will never seal you. I'll just be here for you. If things go wrong i'll be here to help you. We can both progress together. All of us."
This snapped her back to his attention, to where her eyebrow raised for a moment, such a promise won’t help what so ever. A promise that could be easily broken, such a pessimistic point of view on her end, but she was always held back, or in this case sealed away, thankfully Oyama had chosen to become a Shinigami, forcing her to use a lot of Reiryoku and Reiatsu, thus entering that room, in their minds. It was like a cage when the two would enter it, both had to be careful as to not allow their emotions to get a hold them. They both knew that room was something else entirely, a gate way to allow one to have control over their body, and have feeling, all the things a soul needs.
The news that was given to them by the two other members were spoken of, and just as she thought the news was good for Katsuo, he loved the idea that his brother Tenzen was a captain. Though remarking that he was the blood of the family, something smiliar occurred with another, though he married her sister to get into the Hoshi family. Once again she began to tune him out, before he would talk about Arashi, headed off the world of the living. Her eyes shifted towards the two that were walking way, before she would walk over towards them, and tap them both on their shoulders.
“I don’t suppose you two have seen or heard about 3rd seat Arashi headed off to the world of the living have you?” both would look at each other before one would speak up. “Sorry, Oyama, we didn’t see or hear anything on him entering.” she nodded and watched em both walk off, though their expression was a little worried, as her smile persisted with them, if it wasn’t the smile it was the eyes, along with the creeping reiatsu, change they were able to feel.
Now this was interesting, Arashi gone and nowhere to be found in 13th, and did not tell anyone that he went to the world of the living. Having had enough conversation, she now wanted to move along and try and figure out where he went too. Even oyama was in agreement, on this one, as it was strange for him to be gone, and neglecting his paper work, and when she would gain back control she didn’t want to be the one to be doing all that paper work.
Such confidence, you think you’re going to take control again after what happened last time?” “You and I both know that you will lose control faster than I did”
A small conversation in their head, as Furia took her steps towards Arashi’s office, and pulling the door open to see several things, most notable a some papers on the ground, strange, there wasn’t much in terms of wind in here, and she doubted Arashi was that careless to have papers scattered on the ground, once again she began to scan the room around for anything interesting.
