Notable Features:
Lukas is a tall, broad man. Typically overshadowing any in front of him. His unkempt, fluffy mane of black hair is offset by his dull gray/ almost ice blue eyes. Typically in loose-fitting coats and suits, his rigid, hard, steel muscle tone is hidden underneath. Well dressed with the look of wealth about him, even if Lukas finds little joy in luxurious items and keeps simple things about his person, like a watch and phone.
Personality: As a child, Lukas' personality was somewhat normal, albeit a tad twisted. Still, as a result of serving in the Quincy Civil War, he no longer felt fear, pain, or any morals. Ryker Diamante, his mentor, described him as a problem child. Despite his childish and playful demeanor, he was also extremely violent and highly disturbed. He usually described his killing methods as clean, without needless movements, which is a skill he seemed to take pride in. He showed no hesitation in killing someone. Opting to use bladed weapons instead of ranged bows or pistols. Lukas has almost a sixth sense of spatial awareness; he notices and hates people looking at him. His time in the Civil War left him emotionless, and due to this, he had no fear of facing an enemy head-on, no matter how dangerous they were. This had proven to be disastrous when he decided to take on a skilled group of Rival Quincy contesting territory alone when cooperation was necessary. Originally, he showed no signs of empathy whatsoever and did not understand the emotions of others. However, over the years of being ostracized from the Diamante family, Turning strictly to Bounty work for any family that could afford him. He realized how important the Diamante Family was to him; he absolved himself of his contracts, killing any other Assassin that would dare confront him leaving that style of life. Lukas has matured considerably, returning to the Family estate and reconciling with the Elders, becoming more calm and warm towards others. Although he still retains some of his murderous traits, he has become a capable mentor and leader, commanding his own team of Quincy. He is now somewhat capable of understanding the predicaments and emotions of others, giving sound advice to Blume Diamante, His Niece.
Relatives: The Diamante family having existed for several centuries. The main family consists of five bodies. Lukas, Lilie, and Kuno Diamante, and their daughters, Kosmos, Kamelia, and Blume Diamante, are what make up the pure-blooded members of their family. Lukas is a brother to Blume's Mother, Lilie. Making Blume his Niece. Lukas never has, and will never, claim themixed breedse conceived out of panic and terror.

Reiryoku Level: Immense Spiritual Power- Lukas' core stamina comes from his neigh endless supply of Spiritual power, A force so strong it makes people shiver and structures quake just from the slightest wave of it. Those not skilled to survive in such power are easily subdued; those with the sense of it would feel as if their skin was being flayed from it. Pricks of blood, reopening would, crushing of bones are all side effects for those ill-prepared. This amount of substance gives Lukas the confidence for prolonged fights, never feeling the drain of stamina. By absorbing this into his body, he has been able to go to lengths of time that would kill the normal human. Running for miles at a time or simply staying awake in a single location for weeks on in. His Spiritual pressure is said to be like the night sky blanketing everything around it. While using his abilities, he can spam them in succession or failure without hardly dropping a bead of sweat. Having hardly ever having to resort to Gintō or other means of outside absorption.
Sensing Reiryoku: Master- Lukas' life of tracking people and hunting them in the shadows, has made him a naturally gifted sensor. Having spent years of his long life taking out those who prefer to run and hide rather than face their problems directly. Never have been seen coming; Lukas has a reputation of knowing exactly what he is up against with the smallest of analyses. Secret's and Shadows are this man's game, and he never loses, never gives up the chase. Apart from this proceeds from his almost permanent memory of people's reiatsu and reiryoku auras. He has a history of shifting into a crowd of thirty or more spiritually aware individuals and identifying each one specifically. He can notice trace changes in reiatsu to stop illusions and even see through guises or false images using reiatsu based techniques. Able to trace and track a person's reiatsu flowing through their body with surgical precision. Knowing exactly where the points on the body of a being are that emitted it.
Reiryoku Control: Master- Having nearly always to hide his presence due to his line of work, Lukas has made it next to breathing to control his massive reaitsu. His control of reshi weapons alone proves this mastery, yet Lukas is a firm believer in constantly improving. There is an inner silence he has yet to attain, and he will perfect it. This has caused his raw Reiryoku to exert black like his Reiatsu. The Reshi he manipulates is, in turn, black as well due to this. Going back to blending in with the masses. Lukas can be in a group and make his reiatsu signature so minuscule he seems like a regular human walking among a crowd. He utilities guerrilla warfare tactics and hit and run style, which means he is constantly slipping in and out of his enemy's view. Confusing them about their perimeter and messing with their spatial awareness. If he can not get a one-shot one kill, he has to fall back on this method. This meant mastering the ability to control his massive reiatsu, or he would fail as an assassin.

Reiatsu: Master- Veteran of many battles and wars, Lukas is no stranger to his inner resource. Using it efficiently to destroy threats before they have a chance to understand what is happening around them. The mass of black Reiatsu swells, forcing beings back with lacerations at the sheer power of his Reiryoku. Not just black, Lukas' Reiatsu is opaque and thick, with no sight to see through once his Reryoku start's to bleed out into everything around him, turning the area into a pitch-black shadow.

Silence: The first effect of Lukas' Reiatsu is it muffles all sound in the area that it is affecting. Eventually, the muffles turn into complete silence.
Numbing: The Second effect of Lukas's Reiatsu is it seeps into one's nervous system and numbs them from feeling any pain. Soothing at first, until the victim realizes they are bleeding out.
Killing: If one can not break free from Lukas' Reiatsu, they are likely to end up dead from the gravitational force it applies to their body. Physically crushing them until their bones snap.
Reiatsu Type: Standard Type-

Lukas had no hobbies; he never played outside, he never read or color. Instead, for years on end, he would wake up at five in the morning, prepare for home schooling, and then from ten in the morning until eight in the afternoon, Lukas would train. Sometimes different areas on different days, sometimes multiple areas on the same day. However, Lukas had one favorite subject, Marksmanship. Marksmanship Level: Master- Ryker Diamante; Lukas' mentor, had made Lukas practice with targets, still, moving, airborne, hiding, for hours on end to try and quench the thirst for activity Lukas displayed as a boy. ; oHe had great fun hitting the targets with his knives, watching and hearing the wood or metal or clay split with the sink of the knives. The blade carefully yet instantly slicing through the substance. It was painting to Lukas; it was art. After being mentored, He would find things to throw his knives at on the way home, at home, while sleeping. It was almost a nervous tick, as if someone was tapping a pencil against their desk or a foot against the ground. He always saw the bull's eye of things and would strike it down without thinking.

Hand to hand Combat Level: Master- you are never perfect at something at first. There are always quirks and small adjustments to make as you grow. Lukas was forged in a fire when it came to his hand-to-hand mastery. Throughout the course of his life, Lukas has modified and developed his own style of hand-to-hand combat, Mixing two famous followings. He follows Jeet Kune Do, the mindset developed by a famous martial artist in China. Jeet Kune Do's practitioners believe in minimal effort with maximum effect and extreme speed. Lukas mixes this with the savage and brutal fighting style; Systema, a Russian martial art. Training includes but is not limited to hand-to-hand combat, grappling, knife fighting, and firearms training, though he has a penchant for high kicks of French boxing. This accumulation of mastered techniques results in a deadly combatant. He came to this style base on his many shortcomings. Not only did he suffer many beatings growing up while training. Perfecting this style meant he would have to engage the enemy numerous times to tone it in. Taking the opportunity any chance he got to get into a fistfight to test his theory and actual application. Eventually, Lukas started to enjoy the failed single shot assassination attempts to employ the fighting techniques he was developing. Countless bones have been reset, and scars mended back to health in his failures. He wears them like badges.

Hirenkyaku Level: Expert- Able to manipulate Reshi with ease, Lukas has never had trouble keeping up with his peers or enemies on the battlefield; it was Seldom that someone would noticeably out-speed Lukas. Able to create platforms and skip over large distances with ease, Lukas isn't setting any records, but he isn't falling behind either. Most of his speed is physical body movement, Able to easily send several jabs in combination while looking like a single punch or redirecting someone else clumsy attack and toppling them with their own momentum without seeming to have moved. This comes from his own dominant control over his body and not from boosting his speed with reshi. His attacks become an even bigger threat when he starts to fight using Hirenkyaku; Able to ride the reshi waves like flowing heavy rivers of water, allowing his fists to crash and destroy his opponents blindingly.

Blut Level: Expert- Lukas was forced to control Blut Arterie (動血装 (ブルート・アルテリエ), and Blut Vene (静血装 (ブルート・ヴェーネ), For hours on end, unable to pause or rest as Ryker trained him for the presumed Civil War that was approaching. He isn't outward creating barriers, but his skill and mastery over the abilities individually is something to be noted. He often uses his Arterie to increase his physical speed and destructive power by throwing knives or deflect blows that he has to roll with.

Reishi Manipulation Level: Master- Manifestation of Reshi flames was attained by Lukas in his prime, assassinating beings that came against the grain of family interests and those that openly rebelled against the Quincy. The training to become labeled a silent killer or an assassin was rigorous and mind-changing. He was asked to do terrible things to lose the human attachment to things, and in turn, mixed with his unstable mind, created a being who relished in the chance to show emotion, even if the only one allowed was violence. This drove him to lengths others would hesitate to complete tasks for the Diamante Family and even more so in his private contracts. This accumulates to form a blade of reshi so thin it could fit through a closed door. Maintaining control of the width while manipulating it through the grooves of the seam has become second nature to Lukas. One that he needs little to no concentration on. The number of blades Lukas can create has been seen to number in the thousands.

Skills and Abilities:
Shadows (影, Kage) is a teleportation skill used by Quincy.
Ransōtengai: A high-level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of Reiryoku controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of Reishi.
Reishi Heisō (霊子兵装, Spirit Particle War-Garb; Viz "Spirit Armor") The armor worn by Quincy who hunts Hollows. While heavy, the armor supports the Quincy with many beneficial factors increasing the survival rate. While the full set has not been seen, it includes a large bow and staff hung across the wearer's back with a chain.

Sanrei Glove: Lukas wears pitch black, almost leather-like gloves, with the Diamante Family crest set in silver on the back. Typical unused unless for sneak attacks or last resorts, Each glove generates small throwing needles of pure Reshi.

Spirit Weapon Appearance: Lukas' spirit weapon takes on the appearance of Reiatsu blades. Each one is two feet in length and about six inches wide. They are nearly paper-thin, and their sharpness is gauged on the amount of Reryoku pumped into them.
Heilig Pfeil Variant: (Gottes Flüstern; Gods Whisper. )
Spirit Weapon's Special Ability: Lukas can manifest any number of these Reshi blades out of the air from the Reshi particles occupying it, including from his own Reiatsu. This allows him to fling energy from his hands or control it from the air around him.

Notable Features: There are few who can appropriately ignore the titan that is Vali. Standing an even six feet, eight inches, he towers above most if not all crowds. Dark blue hair that usually rests carelessly in a swoop with several strands hanging low enough to cover a naturally disgruntled expression. The battle-hardened male has seldom been caught in a true smile, often scowling in anger, a natural defense mechanism he developed during his more.. difficult years. Even so, gentle eyes of a glaring topaz dance vibrantly against rather pale and lifeless skin; often described as one of if not the only delicate feature about him.

Personality: Brash, unruly, wild, temperamental; all words that can be used to describe the volatile and unpredictable Vali. On the surface, the young Quincy displays a stoic and combative demeanor. He refuses to be tested, refuses to be tried. In his own mind, he has proven himself time and again, and therefore finds it insulting if he feels he’s being asked to do so once more. He is fierce, like an animal; there is nothing he will not say, no enemy he will not attempt to face and destroy.

In truth he is somewhat of a loner, not a fan of people or crowds. He hates the media, attention, all things that his family’s name and company bring to him naturally. He hates, but is very talented at, the ability to pretend to act elite and proper. For years, he has been a wild dog that the Dietrich family has worked so hard to keep muzzled. These efforts have all-but failed. Some have even gone far enough to call Vali a Bully in his younger years. Although his actions may show otherwise, he has no desire to embarrass others without cause; no intent on purposely preying on the weak. Their existence is necessary for balance, like insects. What he is, however, is territorial. The wrong stare, being too close to his personal space--all among the small things that can incur his devastating wrath which supersedes that of which anyone could remotely imagine. He is undeniably sinister, vile, and there is no limit to the torment or anguish he will unleash upon someone who he feels has wronged him, or simply was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

All of this is not without cause, though. The relationship between a Dietrich father and son is not one of the masses. It is more like a slave who has to earn his freedom through an increase of strength. The lash of his father, both physical and verbal, was unrelenting. It is not unlikely for Vali to deflect, often taking his hardships and altercations with his father and youth out on other people, or things. Beneath the rather rough exterior and entangled within the ball of anger and malice is a boy who has never once known love, embrace, empathy. The idea of real friends, loving family, all foreign to him. So foreign, in fact, that he cannot even feel himself wanting. It has yet to be discovered if being exposed to these things will have a positive impact on Vali’s nature.

Relatives: A secret known only by Vali, his father, and his mother--Vali’s real name is Stefan. He is the third of three children, all boys. All of which are, or were named Vali. When the first died, the second became the next Vali, and when he too perished at the hands of their father, Stefan became the third and final Vali. To the public, the Dietrich’ have only ever had one son, but Vali has to live with the burden of carrying on the name of his two dead siblings; a burden that will never be lifted.

Reiryoku Level: Vast Spiritual Power ✶ Master Reiryoku Control ✶
The red that flows through the veins of a Pureblood Quincy is perhaps the most valuable thing in existence; The key to enormous power, to truly be one of God’s favorites. The Dietrich Bloodline has remained pure for thousands of years, and so too has the reiryoku that has blessed all of the family’s members with its potency. None, however, are more favored than Vali. Vali is the prodigal son, embodying all of what it means to truly be Quincy, a star in the eye of the emperor, in the eyes of God. One could be forgiven for believing that Vali’s Schrift was instead V, the Void, as that is what the infinitude of his reiryoku embodies. Because of its quantity, it is shapeless, an endless trench in which he pulls out very fragments of his Soul’s essence. Having a large portion of his reiryoku absorbed, taken, or repurposed would feel like a tickle, if anything at all. While most have abandoned their usage, Vali stays true to nearly all traditions; Gintō (銀筒, “Silver Tubes”) are a relic in which he holds extremely dear. While it is ordinary for a Quincy to liquify their reiryoku and have several of these on hand, Vali’s reiryoku is so expendable that he has massive reservoirs of his liquified reiryoku in large vats in the labs beneath DieTECH. He is not against weaponizing the power bestowed upon him in any way that will benefit the Quincy in their conquests, and often is sacrificial in its usage. When given his Schrift by His Majesty, the depths of his Reiryoku only became more staggering when the Emperor’s blood touched his lips. It is unable to be hidden, enslaved, or consumed in its entirety.

There was no rest, no room for childhood in the Dietrich home. Every single day was spent training rigorously, not just honing one’s physical form but their spiritual form as well. Vali’s overflowing power only gave him further incentive to quickly grasp and control of what was at his disposal. While he can never hide his reiryoku completely due to its vastness, he does have a fine degree of control, capable of utilizing and is also responsible for the creation of a plethora of Gintō spells. This masterful control extends to his ability to utilize Blut, masterfully construct the manifestations of his Schrift, and unveil techniques such as Ransōtengai (乱装天傀, "Disheveled Paradise Puppet").

Sensing Reiryoku: Masterful Reiryoku Sensing ✶
His family’s training helped him become rather skillful when it came to sensing reiryoku, as well as identifying the difference in each individual’s pattern. This soon extended to the varying and distinct differences between Shinigami, Quincy, spiritually aware humans and Hollow-Kind, able to identify the difference between them all from great distances. While this was all established rather early in his youth, it wasn’t until receiving his Schrift that his sensing abilities were truly enhanced. Vali’s epithet gives him dominion over Vectors, any object with direction and magnitude. Whilst he obviously lacks the ability to take complete control of an individual’s body, he can both perceive and understand their magnitude and direction through the movement of their reiryoku. By analyzing and sensing said vector(s) over near-infinite distances, he can see the trajectory of any and everything in motion at a given time. This allows him to know the destination, path, speed, movements, of everything that comes into his scope of perception. Whilst it can be somewhat overwhelming, Vali has mastered his ability to block it out most times, as it creates an infinite grid of moving pieces that flash through his visage.

Reiatsu: Masterful Reiatsu Emission ✶
Opposing forces tremble at the sight that is Vali, the galvanizing storm. Vali’s reiatsu is unleashed violently, like a spew of blades, a barrage of arrows, it is undaunting in its indiscriminate assault on whoever enters Vali’s domain. It is released in many shades of blue and cyan, reishi bends to his will just upon its release. Vibrant blue flames surround his person, devastating lightning crackles and strikes in a large radius with Vali as its epicenter. Few can oppose it, like walking against hurricane winds, or swimming opposite of a river’s current; all efforts suddenly become futile, hopeless. The very essence of his Reiatsu is uprooting, tearing the very earth asunder, capable of leveling a city, or two, reducing the man-made structures to rubble and ash. The ground cracks and separates from its crust, the terra being formed and shape to the will of his spiritual pressure. It acts as a massive boot, stepping on the neck of the world. His reiatsu operates somewhat autonomously, naturally releasing the appropriate amount to combat or overcome whoever he may be contending with, to ensure that he would never become subject to the effects of another’s reiatsu.

Reiatsu Colors: Different Shades Of Blue ✶
Vali’s reiatsu has shown the ability to flash in a multitude of colors ranging from lighter to darker blues. Most notably, the blue’s color is often “electric”. Pure and vibrant, it shines radiantly no matter the form it takes, like a beacon in the night.

It is hard to mimic the natural unshakable unease that Vali’s reiatsu is able to project onto its victims. The very presence of his spiritual pressure is terrifying to those that succumb to it, often used as an intimidation factor on those he wishes to scare. On weaker targets, it can go as far as being borderline subjugation, capable of instilling fear so deep into someone that they feel the need and urge to bend to his will or face a fate far worse than their fears can conjure.

Marksmanship Level: Master ✶
Vali’s marksmanship has always been remarkable, capable of mastering archery far before escaping his youth years. He is capable of hitting any and every bullseye, from distances far and beyond that perceivable to “ordinary” marksmen. Vali first and foremost mastered the Bogen as an extension of himself, conjuring the weapon through the appropriate and masterful manipulation of Reishi he had established. Capable of firing up to five arrows in a single draw, he easily became bored with the limitations that the weapon offered him. His speed is perhaps the most prolific of his bow-skills, capable of firing hundreds of arrows before an enemy can decide to blink or breathe, as evident in his usage of Licht Regen. However, when receiving his schrift, his marksmanship ascended to heights that very few, if any could contend with. As The Vector, his Pfeil do not function as weapon-derived arrows, but literal arrows–the symbols used to signify direction or position. With this in play, the “arrows” released from Vali’s new spirit weapon or even his body do not stop their momentum until reaching a target, and if the target is seven-hundred miles away the arrows will fly relentlessly until reaching its location. Furthermore, Vali is not just capable of manipulating vectors but understanding and perceiving them as well, far beyond the abilities of vision or even normal reiryoku sensory. Applying this to his arrows, Vali’s Pfeil can follow the trajectory of their targets, capable of following an enemy to the lengths of the earth until obstructed enough to end their chase. Because of this, Vali brags often that he can never miss a mark, truly making him perhaps the greatest marksman among all the Quincy.

Hand-to-Hand Combat Level: Practitioner ✶
Vali’s physicality permits him to be somewhat proficient in Hand-to-Hand Combat, although he could never consider himself someone who would choose the martial avenue as his primary source of combat. He prides himself on being considered extremely elusive. Dodging, shifting, and even using Hirenkyaku to keep his opponents at bay when at such a close range. While his punches and kicks may be considerably forceful due to his overall strength, his technique is what creates somewhat of ineptitude when fighting without a weapon. When pitted against masterful opponents in this field, it is inevitable that Vali becomes quickly exposed, that is unless he decides to use other tools to even the playing field between him and his opponent. Due to his upbringing and the unrelenting physical torture he was put through at a rather young age, Vali’s pain tolerance is considerable, capable of taking physical blows of varying magnitude without being disabled.

Hirenkyaku Level: Expert ✶
Vali’s manipulating of Reishi contributes to the proficiency of his Hirenkyaku. He is capable of creating Reishi platforms not only for himself but in a large enough spectrum to support multiple allies as well at a moment’s notice. Vali quite literally dances around in a blazing fury, his manipulation of reishi creating a fervent azure pyre beneath his feet as he moves. In a sapphire blur, he appears and then vanishes, capable of surrounding and outpacing opponents with minimal effort when in stride. It is his schrift’s ability that further contributes to his speed and movements, however, capable of propelling him much faster than he himself is capable of producing with Hirenkyaku alone. This also permits quick near-unrealistic changes of direction and trajectory through the use of the surface vectors.​

Blut Level: Expert ✶
Being a pure blooded warrior, Vali’s aptitude for Blut came to him naturally. Through the grueling “breeding” process, Vali was put through utter turmoil; While seemingly torture at the time, this suffering cultivated the peak of quincy genetics. At a very young age, Vali displayed a uncanny expertise in the usage of Blut Vene. Surviving in the Dietrich family, it was essential for him to be able to not only wield this ability to it’s full extent, but to exemplify his utter dominance over the ability itself. The Prince, exemplifies this greatly, purely off of the strength he can gather instantly upon activation of his Blut Arterie. At the smallest, mere extremities, he can shave down almost any obstacle in his path, tearing down large constructs on a whim. At full power his strength is described as an overwhelming force, devastating to the touch. He rarely found himself in a situation where he was overpowered, or even in question of his limit. He invokes fear even amongst the strongest combatants, Quincy, Shinigami, and Arrancar alike. His physical build acting as a deceptive factor for those foolish enough to invoke his power. This ultimate gift for strength, also parallels his near-unco defense. Cultivating his Blut Vene for years upon end. It is speculated that his flesh has not been breached since his childhood; All the while he has habitually erased multiple foes out of his sight throughout the years. Vali is not unlikely to cackle in the presence of his foes, laughing as their feeble attempts at his life bounce off of his skin.

Reishi Manipulation Level: Master ✶
The entire existence of The Quincy is predicated on its relation to Reishi and its existence. Their ability to manipulate it is unique to them, and therefore a skill that must be refined, focused and mastered. Vali took this personally, investing in his Reishi-conquering ability as soon as he was able. All forms of reishi are subjugated under his dominion, inanimate objects and structures are manipulated with ease and forcibly drawn to his control. Vali is even capable of manipulating the Reishi of souls without exerting too much effort, though often is turned away from this ungodly option. His arrogance has told him that such acts are beneath him, despite his ability to do so. Vali is able to both create and disperse any reishi platforms created in his midst, limiting the mobility of any shinigami he may face by a considerable margin. While many sternritter-class Quincy are capable of creating Reishi flames to some degree, Vali has complete and utter mastery of the blue flames. Able to conjure them at will, apply them to his arrows, strikes, and attacks. Even when he manipulates the reishi around him to use Hirenkyaku his feet are set ablaze. Furthermore, Vali can conjure his spirit weapon from the ambient reishi around him on a whim, never struggling to do so, capable of pulling from even the smallest of reserves in order to complete his mission.

Skills and Abilities:
V The Vector ✶ Vali’s Schrift gives him the ability to manipulate and control vectors in a variety of ways to overwhelm his opponents and give himself advantages in the heat of battle. First and foremost the normal Heilig Pfeil that would be fired from his weapon are replaced with what Vali has been noted calling Schwurhand (神指; “God’s Finger” - “Swearing Hand”). While from afar they resemble the normal arrows that would adorn a quincy bow, these projectiles look more akin to the arrows of a compass, or those used in directional symbolism. Enemies will have trouble stopping any of the arrow’s momentum once their given direction has been decided, and if pierced by the projectiles their body becomes victim to whichever way, momentum, and direction that the arrow and/or its user sees fit to follow.​

Vali does not need his Spirit weapon in order to fire off, Schwurhand, however. He can do so by using his body as a catalyst, though this takes a fair degree of concentration and manipulation of the Reishi in his environment. Lastly he can place any given amount of vectors into the battlefield as stationary arrows. They do not inflict damage of any kind, yet forces anything that touches them to move the direction in which they are pointing, Vali is not exempt from the rules of his arrows.

Technological Sauvant✶ While Vali cannot come to bear the business front of his company with a smile on his face, he has never expressed disinterest or even the slightest annoyance in the intuitive and creative aspect of his business. He is well versed in all forms of technology, an innovative mind capable of cracking codes, hacking, and reverse-engineering any and all technology he comes across for the betterment of DieTECH’s advancement. He has thousands of schematics detailing creations and inventions that have yet to even be brought to life, always trying to do his best to consider which project is the best to invest his money into at a given time. Vali is not unlikely to have his company focus on a given task when something is needed for a specific mission, able to create technology to offer nearly any kind of support as long as he is given the appropriate time.
Enhanced Durability and Reflexes ✶ As referenced before, living in a Dietrich household was more akin to taking part in some form of advanced military training against one’s will. Vali was conditioned from extremely young, often tortured, beat and subjected to all types of physical, mental and emotional pain. Most of these things would happen while he was at his safest, most off-guard moments. This forced Vali to constantly be ready, constantly be prepared for the worst, always in a position to avoid harm due to the conditioning he suffered early. His physicality is a product of the same conditioning, his endurance and pain tolerance sitting at inhumane levels.

Heizen (聖噬, Haizen; German for "Heating", Japanese for "Sacred Bite") ✶ Instantly gouges and purges whatever is enclosed in the space within the four tossed gintō. It is tremendously effective even against a Menos Grande.
Gritz (五架縛, Gurittsu; Japanese for "Five Rack Ties") ✶ A film of Reishi emitted from a thrown Gintō surrounds the enemy.
Sprenger (破芒陣, Shupurenga; German for "Explosion", Japanese for "Breaking Caespitose Formation") ✶ This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal which, when activated, causes a massive explosion within its borders.

DT1 Smartphone ✶ The DT1 is the first issue in DieTECH Smartphones that has swept the market since its release. It is unrivaled in design and technological advancements, capable of holographic projection, cross-dimensional communication and many other features. The initial colorways released were white and Blue, however, Vali has a black phone specifically created for himself. The phone itself is capable of transforming into a computer-like device; it is from the DT1 that Vali conducts most if not all of his business.

Gintō (銀筒, Silver Tubes) ✶ are small containers which Quincy use to store their Reiryoku. They are utilized as components in Quincy spellcasting, resembling Kidō. Vali himself has a fascination with Ginto and Quincy spellcasting as a whole, investing a large amount of his research into increasing their efficiency and usages.

Fune Gintō (船銀筒, Silver Tube Vat) ✶ After completing his research, Vali was capable of constructing massive vats that act as gargantuan Ginto tubes. These tubes act as storage for his boundless reiryoku, capable of storing it and converting it into a multitude of things for different uses. The vats beneath DieTECH headquarters power the entire fifty-block radius surrounding it, with an innumerable amount left over. Vali plans to use these to supply much larger and devastating Ginto spells that he has yet to construct or even use the stored reiryoku for the creation of weapons that would contribute to the wars to come.

Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂; “Soul Cutter”) ✶ Vali Keeps several Seel Schneider on his person at a time, but is more likely to use and wield them as sword-like weapons than to fire them off from Handbuch. He is extremely proficient in absorbing the Reishi of an opponent’s attack through the usage of this Quincy weapon. He has also become sneakily proficient in conducting Sprenger, capable of setting the field to conjure this spell without his opponent ever even noticing. His bladework is nothing to be overlooked, able to overwhelm opponents with a violent and never-ending onslaught if need be.

Quincy Zeichen (滅却印; “Destruction Mark”) ✶ Vali’s Quincy Cross takes the shape of your traditional Cross with an engraved circle at its center. At the base of this circle is a Zeichen itself, the five-pointed start that embodies all that the Quincy are. Usually, there is never a time where Vali does not have this object on his person.

Sanrei Belt (散霊手套; “Spirit-Scattering Belt”) ✶ Different from the normal Sanrei Glove, Vali was introduced to the expansion of his own Quincy Powers through a Sanrei Belt. He has trained with the belt rigorously, and at this current stage of his life never removes it from his person. When in his sternritter uniform or street clothes the belt is always present, constantly repelling Reishi to make every action Vali takes more difficult, whether it be Summoning his spirit weapon or firing Hieleg Pfeil.

Spirit Weapon Name: Handbuch (道案内; “The Guide”)
Spirit Weapon Appearances: Handbuch takes the shape as a unique weapon with no specific distinction to a weapon currently in existence. It is often referred to as a “blaster”. A triggered armament with spinning coils where a barrel usually would be. The coils contribute to manifesting reiatsu for offensive needs as well as absorbing and repurposing reishi.

Spirit Weapon's Special Abilities:
Tag Mitbringen (齎す当日; “Daybringer”) ✶ This technique is initiated by absorbing Reishi in between the weapon’s spinning coils. As they reach their maximum velocity, Vali need only then imbue the Handbuch with his own reiryoku and exert it into a large, cone-shaped blast that crackles with energy reminiscent of electricity. The blast is far more potent than a Heilig Pfeil (神聖滅矢; “Holy Arrow”), capable of completely disintegrating its targets at a close range.

When released into Vollstandig, Vali’s Sanrei belt snaps and dissolves into a pale blue dust. His Reiatsu becomes overbearingly oppressive, even more so compared to his unreleased state. Manipulating Reishi becomes as easy as breathing without the belt to repel the Reishi from him. Like most if not all Quincy when released, Vali sprouts a pair vibrant blue glowing wings which give him the ability of flight and astute mid-air maneuverability. His speed and strength are also enhanced, able to move at speeds that surpass his normal usage of Hirenkyaku. His strikes grow in devastation; buildings, skyscrapers, terrain, all of which is torn asunder just from the shockwaves of force that Vali can produce. Most prominently, however, the effects of his Schrift are taken to heights unbound. From the base of his forehead sprouts a third socket, inside of it is a singular eye that has an arrow in the place of an iris. The eye shows only one arrow, pointing one direction at a time. The moment it points, anything within the gaze and sightline of the said eye will forcibly shift in that direction. These effects are much more forcible compared to touching a Vector in his unreleased state. The force is catastrophic; buildings, even cities, break from their foundations and move where the eye commands. The sediment beneath, the waves of the ocean; cars, planes, debris, any and all things shift and take the “Path towards God”. It is as if whatever he sees is subjected to a landslide or winds beyond that of hurricane force.​

Blume Diamante ✶ The Quincy Empress is a lot of things to a lot of people. To some a hero, to others a Villain, to some a friend or ally, to others their greatest enemy. What she is to Vali, however, is something she is to no one else: His Wife. Most consider it strange, the man constantly refers to the woman as his wife and has shown somewhat odd and possessive qualities when concerning her despite the lack of actual marriage between the two of them. His tone when referring to her, or even perhaps talking to the woman herself, is always brash and malicious. Bystanders seem to question the man’s sanity, and despite his obsession, it’s speculated that he doesn’t even have romantic feelings for her. But if not, then what is it?
Dominic Kaiser ✶ Another mystery; the two have never been really close yet every act that Dominic commits that may be to Vali’s detriment is seen as some grand betrayal as if they were the closest of friends. When speaking of Dominic Vali sounds uncharacteristically positive, usually having good things to say about him and referencing events, traits, and moments that don’t exist to the audience that hears him. He considers Dominic a true Quincy, along with being a skilled and decorated warrior.
Alexander Fischer ✶ Vali considers Alexander to be a mentor and friend. Although he’s just a few years older, his combat expertise and their time in the Civil Wars taught Vali a lot, and molded him to be the soldier that he is today. The two often operate in tandem, embarking as a duo at times to lay waste to their foes.

Biography:
Little is known or rather communicated about Vali’s past. He was born into a pure-blood wealthy Quincy family but had no idea that the two brothers born before him would only become distant memories in the back of his mind. He does not speak of his relationship with his father much, or even about the existence of his Mother. When it comes to personal things, Vali is as closed off as he could possibly be, never once letting a single soul inside. The thoughts, memories, and experiences that invade his inner matric remain as they are, never to leave the vault that is Vali’s mind. People often think his erratic and violent nature is directly correlated to his participation in gruesome warfare, though he had seen far more disturbing things far before he had ever truly become part of the Wandereich.

Amanda, like the rest of her brothers and sisters, tends to tower over a lot of people, especially within Japan. She keeps her hair long and straight at the back, though never letting it extend past her middle section of her back; her bangs tend to be well trimmed and straight, extending past her forehead and resting just above her eyes. Though she has a habit of cheating in table games, with being able to count the cards with little effort, as for poker games she marks the cards with reshi, putting the number and symbols on the back of the cards. She often tricks the establishments she visits by losing for a few days, only for her to make her money back, and often tripling her money. Although she cheats its mostly with humans who are unable to perceive reshi. However, if she does play a fair game with those who are both spiritually aware and can perceive reshi; though she does make it difficult for them to read her actions by having a good poker face.

Immense Spiritual Power-
It was discovered at a young age that Amanda possessed a rather large pool of reiatsu. To this she was treated differently than her siblings, given better mentors, equipment and access to facilities only adults have access to; in exchange it was expected that she would be training hours longer than her siblings. Each day had been daunting as her training sessions were more difficult than her peers, as she was often trying to keep up with adults, and more often than not she found herself exhausted or heavily injured. Whenever she felt like she could confidently display her skills that she had been mastering she would find that the people around her had more often than not, had held themselves back. Once knowing that they could go full out they would begin to let themselves loose; It was rare for Amanda to win these encounters, and when she had won, she’d be pitted against stronger opponents, until she was defeated. As such she’d be thrown at that person, time and time again breaking her imperfections and raising her pool of reiryoku as she grew in her skills.

Sensing Reiryoku:

Master-
Her ability to sense and track came out of desperation and hunger. She had to hunt for her food, when dropped into the wilderness, as all things give off a reiatsu signature. This led to a path which allowed her to track down lingering reiatsu signatures and trails. Amanda’s ability to accurately track reiatsu signatures in vast distances. She tries to familiarize herself with signatures that are above the average human, keeping track of them and determining whether they’re a threat to her; even more so when the signature does not hold possession of a quincy attribute, as once she has a lock on their signature, or the lower of ones reiatsu or reiryoku, as she deems them a threat waiting to happen, actively following their movements within her scope.

As a signature gets physically closer to Amanda the easier it is to track. That goes for multiple targets as well, she is able to tell who is a threat to her first by their reiryoku fluctuations, allowing her to determine who will attack first, if she needed to dodge and counter or out right out shoot. While it is possible to get a long-ranged sneak attack on Amanda it is uncommon, as she can familiarize herself with any reiryoku and reiatsu and follow the trail before locking onto the opponent’s signature allowing her to determine where they came from, and lock onto them. For masters in high-speed movement, she can track them, and predict their movements based on the information she is receiving, however, to lock onto their signature and actively keep track of them, she must maintain her focus on them.

Reiryoku Control:

Mastered Control-
One must control their power source, too much and it will backfire too little and it might as well be nothing more than dust. Amanda understood this, and as such she began to refine her control over her reiryoku through various methods, though her two favored methods was through her firing and through what she had learned through Reshi control, less is more. This same philosophy of less is more proved to be effective in her reshi manipulation and has now proven effective in her mastery, as she knows how little reiryoku is needed boosting her punches and kicks, the amount needed for each step in hirenkyaku, and finally how much power was needed to be most effective in her shots.

The less is more mastery in her reiryoku in combination with her vast pool gives Amanda a distinct advantage in fights as she is able to conserve her pool well enough that it makes look like an unstoppable force that can continue fighting for days on end. This is how she reigned in her control of her reiryoku.

While she does not possess the ability to subconsciously make her reiatsu appear invisible to others at all time she has actively trained herself to the point where she appears to be just above an average human allowing her to deceive even masters in sensing that she is not a threat. Amanda’s ability to actively suppress her reiryoku and reiatsu to complete nothingness can be achieved; she finds it's like placing a lid on an already flowing tap, and requires a higher level of concentration she is not willing to deal with unless the circumstances require it.

Amanda’s reiatsu output is a direct result of her reiryoku venting outwards. It was this wild and uncontrolled reiatsu that had been unleashed upon her siblings, forcing them to the ground in an instant, and just as fast as it came, it stopped. This was the incident that had her family give enhanced training. As the years passed, she had learned to master her reiatsu, where she can focus it upon a single entity or person.
A tremendous weight and heat is brought down upon, crushing, warping and melting all that it touches. The heat from her reiatsu quickly dries out the surrounding area, causing electric sparks to connect with one another and dance across the area until ultimately destroying what it touches. Those who do not possess the reiatsu are brought to their knees, are brought to a slow death under the sheer pressure she unleashes.

Yet their torment does not end with just bone crushing pressure, As the area around them begins to melt, as her reiatsu also exerts a heat that with the pressure increases in intensity, As the seconds pass what they wear will begin to warp then melt to their skin and body.

To Amanda being a master marksman is the pinnacle aspect of a quincy, this is the one field in her life that she has strived for. Give her any weapon that she can throw, shoot, or loose and Amanda will display her prowess with her aim. She is able to shoot the same target multiple times in the same spot as the first shot in rapid succession; even going as far to train herself to shoot out Licht Regen with the same amount of accuracy, making it seem like one continuous beam instead of multiple arrows being fired in a wide spread.

Amanda is grateful for being born a quincy, as her mastery truly shines at vast distances and thanks to Totes Auge she is able to see those vast distances. She takes the advantage of this fact as her shots can go for miles on end, and more often than not she’ll hit her target for it being an unexpected shot. Though she isn’t completely reliant on her eyesight, and although it's a shorter distance she can accurately make her shots through sensing, and allowing her to easily predict the location of one's travels.

For a marksman such as herself she does not wish to in a close quarters combat situation, preferring to shoot and move. Though that doesn’t mean she knows how to fight in such situations, as such she had learned a variety of martial arts, though she favors grapples and throws, along with delivering powerful kicks with Taekwondo, empowering her abilities with Blut, and reiryoku allowing her to throw her opponents further away or deliver powerful blows, that can pierce through the defenses of her opponent.

Her goal is to remove herself from close quarter situations, as fast as possible, be it delivering killing blows or by escaping areas. As such she will not hesitate to fight dirty, or reach for her seele schneiders to use in her defense.



Hirenkyaku Level:

Amanda’s hirenkyaku can cover a distance of Karakura in a single step, this is thanks to her ability to manipulate Reshi. it is impossible for all but a master to track her location; this is thanks to her ability to manipulate both the reishi around her and her reiryoku, allowing her to reach high speeds with ease. She can change direction mid-flight to confuse those who attempt to track and predict her location, only to find she has positioned herself elsewhere, to further add to the frustration she can create up to eight after images of herself, without the need to slow herself down to fire off her shots.

To gather and have Reshi flow through her body was an odd experience for Amanda, though one she has grown accustomed to, as she sees it as a necessity for both her offensive and defensive capabilities. Amanda's first and foremost use of blut is the defensive portion Blut Vene, as when she is someone comes into a close quarters combat situation with Amanda her mind is set only on the defense and evasion. She is capable of deflecting high level Kido spells up to level 88, and the equivalent to each other race’s power from each race.
She is proficient in the use of Blut Arterie, as she can boost her hand-to-hand capabilities by concentrating her reshi and reiryoku into a single point to break through an opponent’s defenses like paper, exploding those who are unprepared from a strike and those who are significantly weaker.

Amanda’s capabilities in manipulating the Ambient Reshi can be summed up as Less is more. As she was taught to be able to manifest objects such as bullets, arrows or throwing knives with as little reshi as possible, as she is able to determine how little Reshi is needed for each of her constructs need to be fully functional, without sacrificing its power or strength; anything more is just both a waste in resources and time. Her ability to use less reshi gives her an advantage compared to other quincy as with the same resources she is able to double or triple the same number of constructs.

She is not limited by creating constructs, as she is both able to bolster her constructs with need or break down other reshi composed constructs with ease, without the use of Sklaverei; though she isn’t opposed to using such technique as it is a means to an end for her.

It is not unheard of for a skilled marksman to have excellent eyesight, yet the two things that separate Amanda from that of a normal marksman was her being born a quincy and her eyesight, she has no need for any form of magnification lenses as her eye sight allows her to see fine print on paper that is miles away, even eliminating the need for any form of magnification. Amanda’s vision at night is also superb so long as there is a source of light,no matter how dim it is, allows her to see the room as if it was never dark to begin with.

It is quite a rare site for a quincy to possess a regenerative capability, and as far Amanda knows she is the only one with such an ability. As such her regenerative abilities are almost instantaneous, as such she is able to lose a limb and have a few seconds after words. Restore holes within her body, even regenerate her organs so long as they’re somewhat intact. Though unlike most forms of regeneration it is not one where she chooses to regenerate and heal from, as such she can leave minor wounds on her body and save her reiryoku and effort to heal the larger wounds.

Yet the other cross is far older, worn out from use and time, burnt and scarred from its battle with the Togabito. Though she can use it she chooses not to as it was Fredricks cross.

Seele Schneider: Like her gintō Amanda keeps an abundance of them on her at all times, both for close quarter combat situations, and long ranged attacks with her Die Seelebrecher. Amanda’s ability to use the Seele Schneider as a sword is that of an expert swordsman, aiming for precision with each swing or stab of her Seele Schneider, however the outcome is more brutal on flesh than a regular blade could ever be, as the Seele schneider is known to rip and tear through whatever it touches, while pulling the Reshi away from the unfortunate victim. Amanda has a tendency to stay as close as possible to an oncoming ranged attack, so that she rips the Reshi from it, charging her sword till it's ready to shoot.

Panzerschuss (tank shot): She had always looked up to Fredrick when she was a young child, often following him around when it came down to practice. She had seen this ability time and time again. To honor his death she began to master the PanzerSchuss, as its destructive nature to rip and melt through anything and everything is highly concentrated and more accurate into Amanda’s hands.

Upon shooting out plasma round makes contact with a surface the area around the plasma roud is shown to be caved in. Demonstrating that each shot taken from Die Seelebrecher as the round she fires is similar to a battering ram hitting at a large gate. To those that are less durable that have taken a shot, will find that either a limb is blown completely off or a large hole blown through the body. While those that are more durable can feel the wind knocked out of their body, and body, and armor being cracked, with repeated shots needed to break through.

With a bit of extra reshi and reiryoku poured into her shot, to which Die Seelebrecher releases a three foot diameter projectile; Once released it will tear through spiritual beings who are not durable enough to withstand and will be melted through with ease. This however is not the full extent of Kollateralschäden, as she can cause it to shatter at will to release a smaller number of projectiles like a shotgun burst to kill multiple targets or to heavily injure one in multiple areas, as the projectiles pierce through armor, flesh and bone alike.

Upon release her form begins to change into that of a phoenix, one that is sixty feet in height with a wingspan of 124 feet, with one movement of her wings a torrent of air crumbles objects and buildings, thrashing all those who cannot withstand its power. Upon closer look of her newly transformed body, one can see that she is not of flames but of blue plasma, with its heat radiating all around her, melting anything that gets close to her; while sparks form and dance across the sky.

Federsturm:
With the spread of her wings Amanda can shoot out a flurry of projectiles, covering the wide area that her wingspan has. The projectiles fire at random intervals and at a rapid pace, making it difficult to both read and predict where one should dodge in the area that she is hitting. Each projectile takes the ability of Erschütternder Widderschuss, aiming to wear the defenses down of stronger opponents while ripping through the weak.
Der Stahl:
Upon opening her mouth a light could be seen before a highly concentrated and continuous beam of plasma. The beam itself will rip and melt through objects and beings alike who are unable to withstand the destructive nature of Der Stahl. While those who could withstand Der Stahl find themselves unable to move as they are pushed back by the beam, if pinned against the ground they’ll find themselves being crushed underneath Der Stahl till they are nothing but paste.

Wahre Wiederherstellung:
It is here where she is able to demonstrate her regenerative capabilities to its fullest; as she is no longer bound to when she can regenerate from her wounds, without the need to choose what wounds she chooses to recover, be it minor injuries or mortally fatal wounds. As such it can be difficult to kill her.

Facts & Trivia:

Amanda took over Haus der aufgehenden Sonne, upon Fredricks last request. She retains the same staff that Fredrick kept by paying more than a fair wage, while also setting each year with profitable records. These are thanks to many of the dealings around Karakura town and importing high quality beet and liquor from areas that Fredrick didn’t go to. She also keeps the challenge Fredrick had where if a customer can outdrink the owner they’ll have free beer for the night however, if they lose they pay for what the owner has consumed.


She is also the head of R&D of Eto heavy industries, where she oversees various projects, and often only approves or denys such projects. In truth her position masks the fact that she is the one pulling the strings on the Puppet CEO of Eto Heavy Industries, and has slowly removed family members from the decision making of its doings.

Amanda has a fondness for showing off how accurately she can throw or shoot, and often goes down to a gun range in Eto Heavy industries to practice her shots with normal guns. She also has a habit of playing darts and often enters competitions, though she sandbags herself in such situations.
