It worked, if only for a second for Oyama, only she didn't take the chance to run, instead she insisted on making herself look worse by fighting Shusuke. It would be rather difficult to tell Shusuke this is not Oyama now. He gritted his teeth in his trapped position, the pillars keeping him in place very uncomfortable. Of course, what made him startle was the arrival of the Omnitsukido, who'd be taking him away possibly later. So, that was Kyomu Murkuro, the leader of second division.
Katsuo didn't look upon the 2nd division as traitors… betrayers… he saw them as well.. people that had their reasons for whatever. If that made him a fool so be it. He held no ill will toward second Division. If he's going to be monitored by these people for a few weeks might as well get a head start on getting to know them.
"Let me into that Barrier."
He looked beyond Kazumi to Captain Kyomu, who wanted into the Barrier… was a member of second stuck inside the Barrier too, like Katsuo's squad leader Arashi, and his older brother Tenzen? He was going to tell the captain they won't let anyone in when he stopped, and paused hearing an ominous message from the dark faced man that appeared behind the captain.
"No."
The voice alone made Katsuo go pale. After uttering some hard to hear words to captain Murkuro the man disappeared. Katsuo looked around for him before the black in the barrier started dissipating, and his eyes widened to the Scene that shined like a snow globe within the barrier. Two of the hollowfied beings he could recognize off the bat.
"TEN!ARA!"
He struggled against his restraints even more fiercely, seeing the large man place a pot on the ground, and all the energy bubble and crack the building, as it collapsed on the Hollows. What caused his brother to look like that? Arashi… he looked absolutely fearsome. What was this man planning on doing to his now Hollowfied brother and squad leader?
"D...Don't kill them please!"
Katsuo was struggling, while at the same time trying to hold back tears, as some just decided coming through anyway. Arashi was as much family to Katsuo as Tenzen was. A second family, his Squad 13 family. To lose them over this… would absolutely break his heart. He wanted into that barrier just as badly as Captain Kyomu did. Was that third hollow he saw just before the building collapsed, a member of his Division?
More people arrived… two more captains, from the looks of things. Were Oya/Furia going to continue resisting, or will they just make a run for it? The fuzzy haired male spoke aloud to Captain Murkuro so… daringly, but the other he recognized, Captain Higen of Squad 10, the captain Oya and He ran into three months ago.
"c-captain Higen?!"
He'd say aloud after hearing the dark haired captain say his name. still stuck in the binds the priestess put him in, Katsuo would try to talk to them for a moment, he probably seemed like a scared child more than a 5th seat at the moment, but it was a reasonable fear… two people he cared about very much were facing down a man Katsuo's never met a day in his life… while in hollowfied forms. He did remember captain Higen, he ran into the man once three months ago during the invasion.
"w-what's that man going to do to my brother Tenzen… and my Squad Leader, Arashi Suta?"
It was obvious to others probably that Katsuo wasn't concerned about himself in the slightest.. only the two hollowfied shinigami inside the barrier.
"if there's… anything I can do to save my brother and 3rd seat Taichous, please…
He looked to the one Captain he did remember, from 3 months ago.
"What is that man going to do to my Brother and Arashi-san?! Can he turn them back to normal?!
Lord did he want that… he hoped that. He couldn't verywell go home and tell their mother, Tenn'yuu, Tenzen was killed the very same day he was made captain.. Tenzen was the family's next head.. it would definitely devastate the Oda.
"Please tell those priestesses to let me up.. I won't go anywhere, I can't… people I care about are in there."
It was the truth, there really was no reason to keep Katsuo bound. The Omnitsukido were there, preventing him from escaping, he couldn't get into the barrier… and he wouldn't leave his squad mates or brother behind.
"I promise… and the Oda keep their promises… So please just let me stay with Tenzen and Ara…"
He'd say, looking up for Oyama at the moment he asked, seeing her and Shusuke Kiyoshi of Squad 6 still at it.
"Higen-Taichou, we don't have a captain ourselves otherwise I would have gone to him about it instead of Arashi-san, avoiding this entire situation entirely, but the reason we're here is because well.. it's Oyama, the blue haired girl I was with 3 months ago. I'm worried about her too, for she's not her usual self. It's like her personality has split, she calls the other half Furia. I tried to warn that Division 6 member she'd resist arrest, is there anyway you could stop them? I mean.. there's no way for us to get to Arashi-san at the moment, all we can do is sit and watch like.. you all…"
He wondered if any of the three captains present understood what he was saying. There was nothing he nor Oya could do, why persist in chaining them up? Sure, they broke in. However the Stealth corps were here now it was kind of pointless to escape, and Katsuo knew it. He was loyal to his family and the soul Society so he didn't want to make his stay at the maggots nest longer than it had to be. He just wanted to make sure Tenzen and Arashi were going to be okay. It was a long shot, two of the captains present seemingly angry looking already, including the Stealth Corps commander, but Katsuo couldn't blame him if someone he cared about was in that barrier too. He should at least know how Katsuo felt, with two people he cared about as well in there. He gave his word he wouldn't fight or resist, if they let him out of his binds he would stick to it. He might be going to the maggots nest soon, but he had to stay.
Tenzen's hollow looked formidable, but somehow Katsuo knew, because he knew his brother, that he was in control. Did the purple figure know that? The captains said, commander earlier.. was that really the captain commander?! What kind of man was he? Katsuo just had to watch and find out.

New Ground
“Why...”
Why what?
Blow for blow, they continued, and either had yet to use the innermost part of them. Fist after fist flew, and the battle had, however, to cease on either side. Angered is the Hollow, watching the unrelenting assault continue as Yasu hardly tires in her attacks, speed-wise and power wise, while it begins to falter in both aspects. Just what was happening? From the crying brat to this unmoving mountain, the lieutenant pursues the Hollow without a second thought. To an outsider, the consistent assault may be seen as merely throwing wild punches, harder and harder as confidence grows, but would fail to see that the other party has simply crumbled beneath the pressure.
“Why are you fighting so fucking hard!? WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS YOU ARE NOW! YOU NEED MY STRENGTH! YOU NEED MY POWER! YOU NEED ME! YOU--”
Illustration528.png

And almost instantly, the hollow’s mouth was covered with a resounding slap as Yasu took a hold. Using that driving force, the lieutenant slammed the Hollow headfirst into the marsh, blowing out a bright patch of ground beneath the murky surface, making an island of sorts. It rained black, the exploding force behind the violent gesture spraying the muck in all directions until it eventually came back to the source, crashing against their bodies in waves before it settled into a still surface.
Illustration529.png

There is a disturbance. This monster is no longer gazing upon the two above her, but on the impending force that makes his way in without a sound or struggle. Her bones crack with every move she makes, and she idly sits there, even as the building begins to cave in on her. She doesn’t dare to move an inch as rubble crashes around, eventually burying her body entirely out of sight, and not a sound is made otherwise. She simply looks on as the Captain Commander makes use of the pot once more, and the air begins to clear, and she can feel the brightness of the light outside of the barrier peeking through as the flowers painting the walls fall, just as the building did, crashing against the murky ground.
Even as the Commander exudes his prowess, it rattles the still waters and leaves the ground beneath their feet to shake uncontrollably. She can feel as her tar begins to burn and clear away from the affected area, but the show ends as quickly as it began. This Hollowed Shinigami feels unconstricted as she rises from the rubble, her appearance wholly altered from what the young Yasu Yūgure was before.
Illustration530.png

This being simply observes, wondering as to which of them would happen to take the first step on the assault. And then…
She opens her mouth, sparking an orange flame within the depths of her soul.
Acts of Mind and Body
Neither of the two moved, Yasu’s purple orbs staring into those of the hollow’s golden sclera. Heavy breathing, but not an inch, was moved between them otherwise. The silence was heavy, and then, it just began to grow clear within the confines of this world. Light peeked through and shone down on both of them. Confusion crawled its way up the Hollow’s expression, and Yasu fell back with a heavy sigh of content. They lay opposite one another, but the hostility was gone.
“I need you.”
“...what?”
“I said, I do need you.”
“Then what the fuck was all of that for? Why fight me?”

The Hollow sat up, hair disheveled, and muck covered her from head-to-toe. It didn’t attack Yasu despite its aggressiveness from the beginning. She was confused and didn’t know where to direct its anger the moment the skies cleared, and the marsh became rather light and airy. It was conflicted at Yasu’s sudden change of pace in emotion and action.
“Sometimes, I just gotta kick my own ass before I start seeing things. It just took me a while to realize it…” Yasu sat up and found herself facing the wild-looking Hollow, damaged in just the same way, more or less. “There’s no getting rid of my anger, or my doubts and fears. You just so happen to become that physical part of it.”
The hollow had yet to say anything, merely observing, listening. That pompous nature was snuffed out, but Yasu could still see the way her brows knit together, forming a glare of sorts.
Neither the hollowed forms of Lieutenant Yūgure or Captain Oda are the first to attack, but instead, the deformed person of Arashi Suta, bearing his Zanpakuto in hand and creating rays of light that race with power towards the target of the unspoken alliance. And just as Arashi performs, what is the former captain follows, his white glow from his battle with the traitorous Kuchiki from just before emerges once more, and he arms himself heavily. Colors of green, red, and gold come alight from the palms of his many appendages and fire in the direction of Commander Murasaki, tearing apart all it makes contact with as it heads towards the common enemy.
Her jaw only drops further, and she inhales, this concentrated matter forming into a tight, orange ball of reiatsu from the power within, and continues to gather.
Illustration534.png

False Peace
“So what? You wanna play nice and live happily ever after? Newsflash, fucker, this isn’t a fairy tale.”
“I already said I couldn’t get rid of you, so we’ll have to do something about it! Can’t be at each other’s throats all the time, so why not come up with a -- what’s the word… compilation?”
“Compensation?”
“What- no. Do you even have money?”
‘Do you even have mon--’ Idiot! Does it look like I can get some fucking money here?!”
“Shut up!”

Is this what the others felt like when they dealt with her? Scratching at her head, Yasu struggles to think of the word and gives up on it, looking for something else to say.
“A deal.”
Silence ensues once more, and Yasu felt as if she could see the cogs turning in the Hollow’s head. What was the one thing that they both wished? Power, was it? Gaining power, strength, to evolve for the betterment of their body, it was an illusion had they decided to continue going against one another. These two sides of the same coin would clash when it came to the ethical approach, but the end goal was the same.
“I--”
“You--”

They put their hands together, grasping one another in a firm grip as they closed their pact.
“--want to make a deal.”
“--want to make a deal.”

The glow of this concentrated ball of fire is unrelenting, but it never ceases in its growth. In such an enclosed space, the power hiding in the depths of this very cero is potent and disastrous. This hollowfied shinigami did not attempt to aim anywhere despite staring directly at their oppressor. What once began as a single speck had now multiplied and expanded so fiercely, the properties felt as if the sun had stepped foot into the atmosphere, burning away at anything vulnerable enough to succumb to it. Nearly half the size of what the manor used to be, it moved.
And then, it was let go with such ease.
Layering Arashi's rain of light and Tenzen's barrage of neverending spells and cero, the hollowfied Yasu sends her own addition in the assault. A fiery glaze that soars through what open space there was, creating a path for itself as it sailed towards Shobatsu, destroying all in its way. The accumulation of such a concentrated release would be relentless in its assault. Impact against an imposing force would cause an explosion that would rattle the enclosed space, slamming against the barrier back to back with the force to crack it. Around her swirls the tar that has protected the host's body for nearly a century, and would continue to do so it seems. What may have burned away from the Commander's expense, it returned to shield what was once the lieutenant from any extremities that may harm her body. But there was no telling on whether or not the Lieutenant would regain her body and break past the horrendous change, or even live to pass the Commander's Judgement.

It seemed she missed her initial mark but her zanpakuto would still meet his, though he would hit it hard enough that it would send it flying, up and out of her hand, her eyes had widened at the sight. Guess she didn’t have enough grip in her arm; so in the moment of desperation her arm reached out, grabbing onto the hilt but by the time she did so the man had drawn out his secondary zanpakuto; with it ever so quickly pointing at her throat. Great… it appeared she ran into another Shingami who loved to duel wield swords. Would this be a common theme when ever she came out?
“You're continued actions against you're detainment have been met with opposition yet you still wish to delay your fate. Do not oppose me any longer. You're arms are far too short to box with the law.”
“Did he just call us short?”
“Did he just call us short?”

They spoke in unison, though it was never out loud. On the surface she had her smile drop somewhat, and an eye twitch happened, along with her eyes flashing blue for a split second before turning back to red. She was defeated, if so he wanted he could have slid that blade into her throat and end the both of them right then and there. Though his voice was calm moments ago, something in him shifted, what was it that he saw? Despite having the blade at her throat, she had lifted her own slowly.
“I’m putting my zanpakuto away, and turning around to see whats going on.”
True to her word her arm would slide over to the side of her scabbard and sliding her zanpakuto in back in. before turning around slowly, to see what he was seeing.
What she saw shocked her, A giant of a man wearing the first division’s Haori… Sōtaichō Murasaki. This would be the first time she felt fear, he was a giant, and he stood behind the second division’s captain, and he appeared to be holding something in his arm, a rather large barrel?it looked rather heavy; but to the commander it was just another everyday object in his hand. This would be the first time they had ever seen the Sōtaichō, for the longest time they thought he would never leave his domain in 1st division. She didn’t blink but saw him disappear.
“It would seem that our fearless leader has taken it upon himself to see to this situation first hand”
“Shut up!”
The tone and the way he spoke was not something she was enjoying. Why in the hell is he speaking like that? She knew that some form of repercussions would come, from both her words and her actions she was going to take, but she was far to curious as to what was going to happen. She was like a child that was far to fascinated with a show. Something was happening,
Her attention to the barrier was rewarded, as the black ooze that once obscured the events happening inside the barrier was now gone. It seemed been disintegrating into nothingness, and the sun began to shine into the barrier, revealing what was finally inside the barrier. Two hollows, though they never saw such humanoid shapes if you can even say that. One of them had their mask with a large smile… That smile… it was familiar…. Was that Arashi!?!?!? When did? How did? She blinked for a moment before turning her attention to the man inside the barrier. The Sōtaichō himself was inside the barrier.
With him in there she would never get the chance to kill Arashi, if only due to the Sōtaichō being here. She knew that if he was in there, those two hollows… were more than likely going to die, and as soon as the battle begun she would shunpo closer to the barracks, but just far enough to not warrant the Priestesses attention, but it would more than likely annoy the male from 6th. Had he chosen to follow he would have felt her reaitsu shifting. It appeared Furia had given up, and handed control back to Oyama once more. If only because she couldn’t stand her heart beating so fast.
“Make it out alive you bastard…”

"No"
018e420cf5ed3d47692cf49fa0f3d904.png

Just like that—the world before him was shaken to its very core by the presence of the Captain Commander, Shobatsu Murasaki... With the energy emitted from the very words, departed from the lips of such a monster, would have sent anyone within the area, including Jiro himself, to be unable to move or act in the presence of the Captain Commander for they too would be exterminated in a second within the period of action taken. At this moment, Jiro flinched with his hand placed onto the hilt of the Zanpakuto as he intended to interfere with the priestesses prior to Shobatsu's appearance. Come on.... Don't go and fail me now.. He thought to himself while attempted to retake the control of his own body from fear. Just what was he planning to do in the presence of the monster...?
It could be that his kindness, no, his sense of friendship encourages him to protect his friends from anyone, and even him. Still, by the end of the day, his body betrayed him for survival.
Just what could it be?
Is this what you call... Fear? In the presence of the entity; of which all could not disobey? His face went pale from being paralyzed in the presence of Fear.
Defeated. Defeated by the thought of facing Shobatsu even for a second terrified him.
unknown.png

Unable to move and only could observe what had transpired inside the barrier when the Captain Commander disappeared and reappeared inside the barrier all without opening the barrier. Like a jolt of lightning, the air itself was filtered and purified by the mysterious pot that Shobatsu carried until nothing is left, not even traces of it. At the time, Jiro thought this might be nothing as he thought. But then. Oh boy, how wrong he sure was.
Three... hollows made their appearance in the barrier of which is in the Soul Society? What in the actual Hueco Mundo is going on? Could it be an invasion from the Hueco Mundo? Or could it be something similar to the Kotetsu from three months ago? Jiro was overanalyzing what had transpired inside the barrier. Until that is when he finally looked closer at the particular hollow—which oddly looked familiar.
"Could it be? Yasu?!"
Stirred. His emotions are stirred by the thoughts of Yasu being hollowfied and then even the Captain Commander made his stand to judge them for what they are. Overwhelming him with immense guilt and sense of failure at the sight of such hollows. As the three beasts shifted their attention to the biggest threat, Shobatsu Murasaki, as it seems that they were threatened by his presence. Their survival instinct demanded it.
Mahosmoke.png

"WHAT IN THE SOUL KINGS NAME IS GOING ON IN THIS BITCH!?!"
At the same time, like a shockwave, the place suddenly was filled with fumes and the scent it came with; which is also familiar. As it smelled like the inside of the Ninth Division's barracks. The voice that soon came after the fume. And so, with enough pieces of information in the head to form a conclusion. It only could mean one thing. Revitalized by the thought of his Oyabun, though this time he wasn't alone as he was also occupied by the Shining Knight of the Seireitei. Indeed. The Captain of the Ninth Division himself had arrived here with a... stick up his rear?
"I'm gettin REAAAL sick of you people running around causing problems for me. All this paperwork and information gathering. The hell is wrong with yall?!!?"
It seems that Maho was rather annoyed with the Second Division and even is upset by the discovery Jiro had gathered for him. Did Jiro do something wrong? No, it could not be as Maho seems like he was more so upset by this being a potential coup when he addressed the barrier and 2nd Division's attempt with one before. He even flexed his spiritual pressure in front of Kyomu and so.
It is almost as if it was meant to be an eventual conflict...
Realization of what had transpired. Could it be? He observed the spot where the high-tier combatants stood—the Zanpakuto Spirit grinned maliciously, revealing its true intention when Jiro realized it.—It is... It is the very spot that the spirit itself pointed at prior to the arrival of Kyomu, Higen, Maho, and even the Captain-Commander himself and where they stood at. Just what will happen now? Will this be as determined? To be subjected to even....fate?
"You got your wish, Kuroshizo..."
The words he murmured had excited the entity within the sword. The thought of his friend being hollowfied, his captain being in an eventual conflict with another captain and now this. He can't help but feel that it may be partially his fault. Does it sound like he was being conceited for pinning everything that happened on him? It might be his character to think so as he often believed in that one's luck determines the fate for those who knew him. Knowing Jiroshizo, he may have blamed his association with those he cares about to be damned to a fate worse. In a way, he had succumbed to the Zanpakuto's desire when he draws the Zanpakuto from its scabbard only to be staked into the ground. Just what was he intended to do?
ssssssssssssssssssssssss.png

"Nusumi Gyōkō."
(盗み吉, Good Fortune Stealing; "Luck Erasure")
Timing it with Maho's Reiatsu which serves as a considerable distraction for him to slip by under everyone's nose. He whispered to the Zanpakuto with a particular verse to activate the ability of the Shikai—which was already activated by his slickness in preparation to ensure his escape or something else—Normally, the requirement to activate the ability and for it to sap luck from others is direct contact. This remains true within its design, however, it doesn't mean that he can't use mediums to affect them. And so, this is the main reason why he would even have the blade stabbed into the ground—Those within the perimeter of Jiro, those with their feet on the ground, would find themselves unknowingly being sapped of their luck
It was only an attempt, however, if this succeeded without an interruption. This may be the case, as his presence was concealed and many haven't acknowledged his presence before this moment. Maho would have found himself with the stolen luck to overwhelm the likes of Kyomu with more chance.
What of the limitation? It is clear that this is limited by only how far he could see and even then it wasn't possible without the amount of Reiryoku he possesses. Those who could surpass him in the amount of Reiryoku would be much harder to sap luck from, particularly the captains. And then, what about the priestesses? He only excluded them from the range of the Shikai, with such precise control, though this act may have displeased the beast within the sword as it affected some of the priestesses without Jiro's knowledge.
"EEEEEH!?!??!?!"
Right before Maho repositioned himself to bully Kyomu like they are in grade school.

”What the hell….Is going on…???”
He watched as the barrier broke down within itself in a large ball of reiatsu infused flame, searing away the black ooze that consumed the inside and eventually the outer walls of the Kuchiki Manor. Within the flame, very well the cause of it, appeared to be engulfed within...none other than the Captain-Commander himself. The barrier now near clear and able to see all that goes on within it. Shusuke kept his blade trained on the throat of his quarry, never flinching a muscle on his left arm, he slipped his right handed blade back into its scabbard. He continued his gaze and was amazed with what he found within the barrier along with the Commander. 3 hollows, all varying in different shapes and sizes, as well as potentially abilities. He wondered where they came from and how they came to be, One was tall and bore many arms as if he were some form of buddha, another was long in length and limb with a fluid approach and style to his attacks. Finally, the last hollow had a demonically feminine body, with eerily familiar pink hair in which he could not place and took on the shape of the Vasto Lorde class hollow. Shusuke was so lost in thought he didn't care for Oyama’s antics, fully aware of her wording her actions of being still and turning ever so slightly as to not alert Shusuke into suddenly killing her. He however was more concerned as to how this would all play out, the sudden appearance of certain individuals seemed to bear more questions than it would solve the ones he had already in the air.
Illustration531.png

Illustration532.png

Illustration530.png

He watched them all do a raging battle with horrendous amounts of violence being thrown by all parties. He feared this would eradicate the barracks as we know it, and also harm all individuals that were nearby. He was given a task to carry out and she knew that this should be his sole focus, but he was having a hard time grasping the weight of the task at hand, when in the face of a grave situation such as this. All taking place within his own Division and he wasn’t even remotely prepared for it. He wondered where Shirogane had fucked off to, in the midst of all this chaos and pandemonium he would’ve thought to find that raven haired bastard skulking around the Division. He did watch him go into the now destroyed compound so where could he have gone? He didn’t feel his Reiryoku in or around the Seireitei but he was a queer individual who could mask his inner energies fairly well. One thing he did not notice right away however was the re-emergence of Commander Murasaki, except he was on the other side of the Barrier with the 3 hollows. Shusuke was far from worried about the safety of the Commander, but was more so concerned with the following damage after they all perished. They all noticed his presence and then gave the Commander a war cry that echoed throughout the immediate area of the southwest quadrant, also hearing slight human tones of distortion within the scream he wondered if this hollow had fully turned or not. Oyama now well away from Shusuke, he now puts both of his zanpakuto away and now waits for the aftermath. He crossed his arms and began observing from above.
He noticed something else afterward, the emergence of 2 more Captains, Maho Kojima of the Ninth Division, and Higen Kagayaki of the Tenth Division. ”So the ruckus attracted them too...God almighty. I’ll be lucky if I don’t get an ear full from someone later on…” he thought. Shusuke hoped if he stayed vigilant and insert himself only where required then this will blow over eventually, unfortunately this wasn’t going to be so. Captain maho immediately burst onto the scene and demanded answers by marchin straight up to Captain Kyomu and berating him just shortly after being halted by the Captain-Commander. Shu was’t sure about the dynamic among Captains, but he could already tell this may not end so well especially with all the current violence going on within the barrier. He continued to observe and soon Captain Higen stepped in to calm his peer. Hoping that would be the end of that situation, he returns his gaze to the barrier and his eyes widen at his new findings, how could he not see this before? One Hollow had begun charging a Cero large enough to challenge the Commander’ flames for supremacy over the charred remains of the Kuchiki Manor. It grew large until the hollow saw fit to set it off against the commander. The other two had fired their own form of assault on the Commander in the form of light rays and enhanced cero’s. It was even a wonder if the Commander could survive an onslaught such as this. Shu gripped his hilt, keeping his eyes on the battle, not missing a moment for a second. He wanted to see how this unfolded but more importantly. Who would be the victor?
