"I remember you. And why the hell did you get me pinned against the wall? And why does my chest hurt and back hurt? What the hell you do?"
Izanagi's question completely ignored by Ryuga while he seems to be wanting to stare all odd. But then suddenly realized shortly after, his zanpakuto had closed in towards Ryuga's neck. Practically a quarter inch away. It slightly surprises Izanagi that he almost killed Ryuga?
"No. I..I couldn't......I know I wouldn't have. Did I? Could I?"
These were the inside thoughts of Izanagi, who didn't know what to do. Both eyes landed on the other two shinigami, Shizuka and Gorou. They stood around, staring as if they were making sure it was all over. It had been pretty obvious Izanagi was on the verge of doing something he would not know of, but it couldn't be that bad. After all, there seems to be no sign of blood unless they did something to clean it up? There was no point in trying to understand the dire situation mentally. It was frustrating and tiring as is, all he wants to do is end this day with some snooze.
"Our agent Yakimono-san is in danger in Naruki City, I'm mobilizing immediately."
"Soooooo, that means what exactly?"

Izanagi wondered with Shizuka gone. That would mean he should be able to sleep, right?
"Gorou, come with me we're mobilizing immediately. Ryuga takes Izanagi to your room to heal. I already know you're not at 100%, but I'm not going to restrict you from coming on your own will. It's an unprecedented threat, be prepared for the worst... "
Higen-Divider.png

One by one, Shizuka has been calling the shots, calling out each individual, and who was to go and stay. Without the Lietenuant say so? Izanagi, of course, ends up forgetting Shizuka's role and authority in the group as being the World of the Living, Taskforce leader. In charge of handling the forces that should depart and what their job entails. However, Izanagi was going to get what he wanted from the start to do nothing and sleep these mysterious injuries away. Once the orders have been giving the 3rd seat, Shizuka vanished already with no hesitation. He didn't wish to waste time standing around when there is a mission. Perhaps, someone should inform the Lt of this matter? It would be quite troublesome if Lt weren't notified of such activity. It was nothing that concerns him, though, it was nap time. Ryuga created a void that leads to a room; obviously, it had a smell of booze lingering. Without warning, the tall mountain of a man dropped Izanagi onto the hardwood floor.
THUD
"Welcome to my room! ignore the mess and the smell, and you will get used to it. I noticed you didn't activate your Shikai, and in my eyes, there are two reasons why you didn't do it. One you thought you could win without using your Shikai or two, you have not learned to communicate with your Zanpakutō. I'm pretty sure the answer is number two, and for that, I will teach you Jinzen (刃禅, Sword Meditation; Viz "Sword Zen") so that you can carry on a proper conversation with your Zanpakutō."
Ryuga spoke while leaning against the wall, sharing his opinion based on the spar with Shizuka and Gorou. He did not have any care about a zanpakuto. But it seems as though he's expected to achieve this level, but why?
"Got dammit old man."
Izanagi complained while rubbing his buttocks from the pain while frowning and dragged his sore body to the couch to lay on to rest. There was no ounce of motivation or having the slightest thought of speaking, just wanted sleep and chill. That did not happen for Ryuga added on to a conversation Izanagi was not a hundred percent in this interaction.
"First, you have to take a meditative pose and place your Zanpakutō over the lap, easy, right? Now for the hard part, you have to have a calm mind and force your mind to become one with the Zanpakutō. I can't explain it any easier for you, unfortunately, and we two will keep talking when I come back, Izanagi."
Ryuga went into detail and explaining the steps necessary on how to perform Jinzen. The first word that left Ryuga's mouth already caused Izanagi's eyes to drift off into a deep slumber. The voice of Ryuga faded rather quickly, and now Izanagi was no longer available.

The day was growing interesting, many different occurrences took place about the Seireitei and even the Human Realm was gearing up for a fairly exciting event placed right within their downtown bodice of Karakura. The Rukongai was the setting for many issues that were seeming to take root right in the very home of the Shinigami within the Gotei 13. Everyone was busy, performing the many tasks and duties that any man, or woman of this military must carry out. Some more than others…
A lazy day for the not so young Kiyoshi, starting it out with a fumbling display of his fighting skills by immediately being pinned down by Bakudo from an unsuspecting ally from the First Division. To follow it up after returning back to his barracks from a lunch session, he helped remind those of the Sixth Division that although they had a traitor within their ranks, it was not to compromise the growth and direction in which this Division was heading prior, and to always have their wits about them as they are a model Squad within their military power. Their adherence to the rules and regulations were near paramount and were not to be forgotten as every sixth member was now scouring the long streets and endless alleys that made up the maze of the Seireitei. All, but one. The new highest ranking member of Sixth Division was Shusuke Kiyoshi, Third seat in his squad, garnered the respect and admiration of most of his squadmates, his work ethic had much to be desired, however, when Shusuke did get into his work. A new level of laser sharp focus sets in to his brain chemistry, allowing him to do things you would’ve otherwise thought him incapable of.
He could be found within the office that would belong to the Captain of the sixth Division, sitting at the desk...With his legs kicked up, and a document of stapled papers sliding ever so slowly down the right side of his cheek. Sopping with saliva, It drenched the corner opening of his gaping mouth as he snored ferociously, but not enough to be heard from outside of the door. What would one think to see the third seat of a prestigious Division lazily laid back in the commanding-officer’s chair? Or even hear. He was quickly awoken by the sound of clanging blades from outside the window. The office wasn’t located far from the courtyard and allowed one to check in on the recess the Shinigami may take in the common area of the barracks. Men and women were at it, practicing for their next bouts, to keep themselves alive. He scratched his messy black mop, making it appear worse than before if possible. His 5 o’clock shadow was darkening, he’d need to shave very soon or risk looking like a Kyoraku; Hairy. Wiping the tired from his eyes he straightens himself out and clears the messy desk of all its documents, attempting to neatly stack them all in organized piles. Although he knew the contents of most, he forego the organization of categorizing each paper
”I’ll have to go through these later...I didn’t even know the time went like that. There was something I was supposed to be doing today...I can't remember what.”
He pondered that thought more but shrugged it off as something minor. Distracted, he bumps his hip against the side of the desk when making a move to remove himself from behind it, knocking over all the piled paper near the edge. ”Sighs…”, without thinking more of it, he bent down and grabbed all of the documents that were once upon the desk. Until he came across one that got his particular attention. Sixth Division is responsible for all protection where Central 46 is concerned, and also charged with bringing those who need to be judged by the inner council directly. Someone was supposed to be assigned to a detail today. Scanning further he finds his name near halfway through the document, but what shocked him was with who he was escorting to the inner chambers of the Forty Sages and Six Judges.
Shobatsu Murasaki.
His jaw nearly dropped. The Godfather of the modern Seireitei, the strongest living Shinigami currently known, the Captain of First Division and the Commander of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads. Shobatsu murasaki is going on trial. But for what he soon wondered after? This made little sense to him at the present moment, but one knew that he would need to be on his best game for the most powerful person he has ever escorted. It was hard for him to keep himself still, he was shaking with anticipation but also, fear slowly creeping in. He quickly gathered the rest of the papers and steeled himself finally. Tremors gone, and documents gathered, all that was left was his blades, removing the zanpakuto from resting on the lounging couch, he slips them quickly into his white obi sash and hastily exits the room. Walking down the main hallways of the barracks he came across his friends but he didn’t stop for small talk, he needed to not only be on time, but deliver this particular person in an orderly fashion. He doubted he would have much trouble with the Commander, but what would that look like? He is a behemoth of a man, a true towering entity. How was he to be detained by the mere likes of Shusuke Kiyoshi? Hopefully, he allows Shusuke to perform his duty.
Exiting from the main entrance, he soons takes off in the direction of the Central Seireitei, First Division barracks. He knew the way but it had been sometime since he had a reason for going there. He couldn’t even recall the last time he was even there. Leaping into the air and onto a wall, he would utilize Shunpo to quickly dart over and bring himself to the gates of First. He had a daunting task ahead of him no doubt. But Shusuke believed himself to be equal to his present challenge.
”So Commander…are you a criminal or not...I guess today we find out.”
His swift movements and pace would be near untraceable for anyone who attempted to follow, he doubted they would be foolish enough once they saw who the escort was if they managed to stick with him. Zigging and zagging to get to his destination.

How much time has passed since she’s been down there? For how long had she been meditating? Hours? Days? Her sense and depth of time had been greatly skewed, immersed within her mind, lost to the world.
Her eyes finally peel open, her thoughts and mind, clear..not unlike the pristine waters that cast their glow over her. The Lieutenant rises to her feet and begins her ascent. It was finally time to return, to her barracks, to her squad...to her duties. Her white yukata, still very much wet, continues to cling to her body, her hair still loose cascades down her back. The number of steps demanded of her remain, unknown but finally..she is reintroduced to light as she returns to the surface. The Tatami mat is returned to its resting position, hiding the passage known only to her. Its existence will remain a secret to her, and her alone...for now, at least.
Eyes, clear like polished mirrors reflect an equally clear state of mind as they scan her room, sweeping from one end to the other. She spots a blinking light atop her desk, joined by a shallow beeping.
beep...beep….beep...beep
It was her Denreishinki X. Bare feet carry her quietly over to the desk, lithe fingers take hold of the small device. She had several messages waiting for her, one from Third Seat Shizuka. From the contents of the message it seems he was requesting permission to remove his limiter. She pauses for a moment or two and then...casually tosses the phone back onto the desk.
She didn’t feel confident enough to make such a judgement call without running it by Taichou first, especially with so little to go off of. She was certain that whatever the situation was, Shizuka would be more than capable of handling it. Perhaps he was trying to be lazy, seeking a way to use the least amount of effort to finish things up quickly and return to sleeping or something.
Fuyuko glides over to her closet, and rids herself of the wet attire, adorning her shinigami uniform, and securing her hair into her signature style. The bells that decorate her attire chime softly with her every move. She secures both her zanpakuto and her Denreishinki X and slides the door to her room open, stepping out into the quiet and vacant hallway. She remains ignorant to all that has taken place in her absence, uncertain as to what exactly she has potentially missed.

Fuyuko looks around the barracks, barracks that were oddly quieter than she expected. Feet carry her further from her room as she inspects and investigates. She makes her way to their training ground, the last place she recalled everyone having been gathered, eyebrow knit at the sight of the damage done to the place.
As she studies the scene the approach of a winded subordinate demands her attention. ”Speak, I don’t have time to waste.” Despite how stern and harsh the order came out, the current Fuyuko was void of the trivalities of emotions like anger or annoyance. The shinigami, clearly startled swallows to speak.
”T-the request for Limit Removal..i-it’s been approved, by L-lady Honoka for T-thir seat Shizuka-san!”
The subordinate manages to stutter his way through relaying the message. The Lieutenant had taken a moment prior to review the message sent by Shizuka-san, concurrently recalling the strange incidents Taichou had mentioned regarding the phenomena within the World of the Living. Perhaps there truly was something going on. A feeling, that was all she had to go off of. The judgement call was something bigger than herself, or so she felt. So she sent immediate word to Head Lieutenant Honoka.
Fuyuko nods her head in approval. ”Thank you, I’ll let Shizuka know immediately. I have another task for you. Gather all personnel into the meeting hall within ten minutes. I need reports from everyone regarding the current situation within the Squad and Naruki City.”
The man bows before rushing away to fulfill his orders. Fuyuko wastes no time on her own task at hand. She retrieves her Denreishinki X, fingers interacting with the touch screen interface, patching her through directly to Shizuka. There would be no need for him to press anything to answer to receive the transmission.
”Shizuka, this is Lieutenant Kasumi. Approval for undoing your limiter...approved.”
She ends the transmission immediately, a transmission clear and loud enough for him and any within his immediate radius to hear. She leaves the matter in Shizuka’s hands, and hopes whatever enemy he is facing, that he deals with it swiftly and is able to return in one piece.
Fuyuko turns and begins her trek towards the meeting hall, hurrying to ensure she was first to arrive, especially as she was the one who had called for this meeting. They slowly began pouring in. The man charged with spreading the word moves from room to room throughout the barracks.
”Hurry up! The Lieutenant is requesting everyone’s presence in the meeting hall! Hold on, that means you too Ryuga-san! Ah-Izanagi-san! I see you there, you come too!”
He calls out to two of the seated officers, one of which had surprisingly not been present for the training session of the recruits, and had not joined Shizuka in heading to the World of the Living. Odd, that the man who seeks to reaffirm his strength in the eyes of his juniors, is absent when it matters the most.
Hurrying to the meeting hall, the messenger enters joining the others. The raven haired Vice-Captain stands before all those who call themselves members of Tenth Division. She gauges their expressions and reactions. Some wore a face of confusion, others one of annoyance. She wasn’t ignorant to the fact that there were still those who did not like her and even more who had not come to fully respect her in her station. No matter.
She waited for all to enter and secure themselves in place. While Taichou was gone, it seems she’d have to make sure the house didn’t fall in on itself.

One of the members of the tenth division's voice was no longer audible to Izanagi, who drifted off into dormant state. Not realizing both eyes were closed, only to wake up moments later, not feeling any different. Having no awareness of the dream state reality, he was in which wasn't real unknown to Izanagi's knowledge—founding himself taking a step forward through the thick plum color fog, where it seems to move in place without going in a general direction. Izanagi eyes scanned the silent yet dark and gloomy space, no living thing as far as his eyes can see were a presence. Not a single sound, not even the sound of the wind, was present.
Inner-World.png

The only thing the eye could see was the forest trees' silhouette shapes hiding beyond the heavy mist. It was odd about this place, making Izanagi much more aware of how misleading this place is. The more his mind was becoming more attentive to the setting. The more the thick fog was becoming more transparent as if it had been respondent to Izanagi's mental capacity. Or perhaps it meant something else? He didn't walk far at all but absorbing in the surroundings, wondering what purpose this served.
"Izanagi. You have ignored me long enough."
This voice whispered his name softly, were not the name itself, but the whisper sounded so close by that captured Izanagi's attention, which caused Izanagi to glance around the vicinity but to no avail. He saw nothing, no sign of what could be calling out to his name. It was all too familiar as if he alter ego used to call out to him in this very same way to get his attention. Could this be a dream? The place was different had no memory or recollection of seeing some bleak ruins. Allowing his subconscious to know the direction to and allowed his body to move accordingly. The purple-haired shinigami takes a slow stride down the path covered in rubble, not exactly where he seems to be going. But the voice that called out to him grew slightly louder.
"Izanagi. You have ignored me long enough."
This voice was Akuma, and there was no doubt in Izanagi's mind that it was him playing mind games. The usual shtick that Akuma loves to do when he is going to take control of Izanagi's body. All of this act had started to become tiresome. No longer Izanagi wanted to deal with this entity any longer, tired of waking up in the middle of a random area and having no idea what he has done or who he had done things too.
"Akuma! Show yourself. I am tired of your games!"Izanagi shouted.
Higen-Divider.png

b7c9d906fa526e0cad012fb95f2fd2d0.png

As Izanagi shouted, this silhouette figured materialized directly behind him, where the only thing visible at this time was this vibrant lavender color visor. The fog kept this mysterious individual shrouded but slowly reveal pieces of his frame until he was fully exposed. By the time the once shadowy figure became visible, Izanagi had just turned around to fully see a man, a man that isn't Akuma at all. It was a tall random individual who had an attire that's entirely consisted of a full-plated armor and spiky helmet. The face was exposed, leaving his caucasian skin tone visible as well as his neatly trimmed stache. He had four long spikes, two of which are poking out of either shoulder/arm. His posture and expression it was all too familiar, a striking resemblance of Akuma but carried less of a bloodlust within his eyes. It was as if the man's bloodlust had been controlled and refined, because though his face did not give off such a sensation. Izanagi could still sense the intent to harm or kill.
"The name you called out...Akuma, was it? I am not Akuma. A false name I gave you, Izanagi Kiyoshi. You weren't deserving of knowing my true name. Since you were a boy Izanagi Kiyoshi, I called out to you many times! When you were alone and in despair. Yet, you ignored my called and only accepted a false name. Only then, I, within my power, created Akuma to protect you when you were too weak to deal with your problems."
Higen-Divider.png

Akuma? Izanagi was more confused, but yet it made sense at the same time. The words of this individual reminded Izanagi of think of that time where he had been trapped, alone in darkness for two years. He remembers the whispers; he remembers dreaming of someone reaching out to him though it was a blur then. It had begun to come together now, but still, who exactly was he? He stared in silence with no response at all.
"I can see that you are still confused, so allow me to explain further. I am your sword, your companion, a counterpart that makes up your soul. I, Izanagi Kiyoshi, am the uncontrollable spirit that desires the blood of your enemies, that rage you kept bottled up inside. What I am is what you are. I AM YOUR ZANPAKUTO! IZANAGI KIYOSHI! MY......NAME..........IS.......JURYOKU KYUTAI!"
The now reveal mysterious entity was none other than a spirit of Izanagi Kiyoshi zanpakuto, Jūryoku Kyūtai (重力球体, Gravity Orb; Gravity Sphere). He shared more detail of what he was to Izanagi, explaining it further to Izanagi's simple-mind. Shouting his name with such intensity, he brought up a knee to his chest and thrust it forward to their master's chest the moment the last syllable of his words escaped his mouth. Jūryoku's shout wasn't out of anger, moreso out of declaring it for the master, the companion to learn of its name loud and clear. The tone behind it was frustration and agitated. It was a spirit that has undergone great lengths to get their owner's attention, and it took this long to reach Izanagi finally.
The hard thrust kick sent Izanagi flying several yards away until his entire backside crashed into a brick slab wall. The structure broke down into pieces of rubble upon impact, leaving nothing but a dust cloud, shrouding the area where Izanagi landed.
Higen-Divider.png

"Tch. You're worthless! You haven't even realized since coming here that you do not have your zanpakuto on you. And you think I will submit to someone like you? What makes you deserving of my power? I could easily take over your body again and allow you to feel neglected, alone again in the dark. I won't allow my power to be wasted away by the likes of a weakling! I protected you! I have slain all your enemies, and still, I am ignored. You're so pathetic you can't even speak. CAN YOU!?"
Jūryoku continues to take jabs at Izanagi while taking a slow stride towards his direction. He didn't spare Izanagi the satisfaction of anything, some words were meant to be accurate, but some were to awaken the demon that truly resides in its master. The cunning beast that showed no mercy to any enemies that crossed his path. The one who exudes terror into those with no understanding of what real fear is. Once that feeling surfaces, it struck those who felt such a sensation—wanting to kill this devil. Not out of their will of determination, but due to the uncontrollable power itself. They want to put that devil down like it was a rabid dog before it could happen. The cunning devil had already taken their life, the kind of fiend, Izanagi true self is. He finally reached Izanagi's destination, where he laid.
Though Izanagi rested there covered in dirt and rubble, he wasn't unconscious but laid there with his eyes open. All he could hear was the words of "pathetic" and "worthless" being repeated multiple times in the voice of the man he killed as a boy. Regardless of which version it was, in the end, he killed his parents. Those memories of abuse resurfaced, threatening, slapped, beaten, it was all coming back to Izanagi.
Thump Thump
THUMP THUMP
THUMP THUMP

Each passing second, the sound of beating heart was growing louder. Izanagi's breathing became more burdensome and faster, to where he could no longer contain those bottled up emotions. The same feeling he unintentionally locked away into his psyche was now coming to the surface. Izanagi stood his full height where his posture was straight, chest out, and head high. The expression all over his face was more serious and focus than before. Those optics of Izanagi were staring right through Jūryoku eyes. They were nothing but vicious behind them, where they were locked in with the glowing hues of the spirit, his spirit. He felt his frustration, the pain of being neglected for years, and understanding how the Juruyoku must feel. Even moreso, he saw things more precise, in a sense where the same anger and rage that the former alias Akuma had felt. He now feels as part of his own; this what it felt like to be free? This awareness was picked up by Juruyoku, and he felt Izanagi's desires awaken on their own.
"Good. Good. I can see you finally let go. Izanagi Kiyoshi. You are no longer bound to the weight of the world. You shall be free, and everything that seeks to harm you shall simply be forced out of your way." He said to him while staring at his hand and the asauchi Izanagi once held was suddenly in his hands. The fog that surrounded the entire inner world ceases to exist.
Higen-Divider.png

"The next time you see me Izanagi Kiyoshi, make me submit if you wish to use my real power. Only then will you be able to unlock your hidden potential to harness our power."
He said the last thing before the entire world slowly faded away by a bright and shining light. Izanagi couldn't correctly see his frame any longer becoming some silhouette shape now until his eyes awaken to a room. Only to see Ryuga still here as if time hasn't gone by at all. Becoming confused while trying to grasp what he had gone through entirely. Was it a dream? The train of thought was suddenly interrupted by some loud-mouth ding-dong, shouting within Ryuga's quarters.
"Hurry up! The Lieutenant is requesting everyone's presence in the meeting hall! Hold on that means you too, Ryuga-san! Ah-Izanagi-san! I see you there, you come too!" while his voice trailed off, hearing his loud footsteps running through the hall, yelling the same words to everyone else.
"Huh!!! What now? Goddammit. Can't a man get any sleep around here? Ugggggghhhh!"
giphy.gif

Izanagi complained while stretching his long arms bringing his hand to his open mouth that held open for 5 seconds before closing. Looking to sit up to his butt slowly. He didn't say too much to Ryuga, though Izanagi also didn't realize the sharp pain he felt before that brief nap was less painful than before. It was a drag to him, though he manages to stand up to his feet and exit from his room and locate the meeting hall by following the crowd of people. He was more than confident Ryuga would follow or go at his own pace to the meeting hall. Eventually, once arriving, Izanagi would first see the ravenous-haired maiden scanning the entire room. The last thing Izanagi wanted was to be in a place full of people, hated crowds, too many eyes. The question is, what the deal with this meeting was? Could it have something to do with what was going on in the world of the living? Or could it possibly have something to do with some other unknown situation? Hopefully, whatever it was, it wasn't something that could be saved for people who were eager to do something, rather than people who just wanted to lie around and be lazy, not have any attention.
