Despite being an Arrancar, and an espada to boot—Marcos displays no zealous fealty to either the God King, his homeworld of Hueco Mundo or any of his fellow Arrancar. He is an odd character to say the least, with a perplexing personality that deems him as neither an enemy or an ally, to either Shinigami or Arrancar, while simultaneously presenting himself as both friend and foe alike to both sides at any given time. This extreme sense of neutrality (or as some would call it, whimsical fickleness) serves as a great source of confusion to many a person in both Hueco Mundo and Soul Society.

Notable Features:
Ever the focus of attention, whether this is intentional or otherwise remains a topic of debate, Marcos is an individual that stands out within the minds and eyes of others, even amongst the Arrancar. One of his distinguishing features is the way his body, from time to time, begins to fade and disappear. The remnants of his hollow mask extends from his lower face down to an extensive area below his neck, stopping shy of his collar bone. It is within this feature that gives way to perhaps the most distinctive and notable trait of the illogically inconsistent male, and that is his signature sharp toothed, almost permanent grin. While a smile is meant to be a reassuring expression, indicative of happiness and complete absence of angst and danger, it is anything but such for Marcos. His cheshire grin unnerves nearly all who perceive it as it, more often than not, does not typically bode well for any soul to which it is directed.
Hollow Void Location: At first glance, and closer inspection still, one would be hard pressed to discover the location of the void within Marcos. It isn’t until he enters into his Resurrección, returning to his true form does it show just below his sternum.
Personality:
Marcos is without doubt or question, a strange and baffling character. Mischievous to a fault with a cruel and sometimes witty sense of humor, he is at times sarcastic and at other times smug. As a whimsical liar it is difficult for one to discern the genuity of his words. Lauded as a walking question mark, he speaks in riddles and ambiguity, forcing one to at all times attempt to read between the lines to try and extrapolate the undertones and hidden meanings of his words.
Some would call the man a clown or fool while others liken him to a psychopath. He manipulates those around him to one end or another, causing those affected to move or take action in a manner they would otherwise not do, while genuinely believing the thought or action to be their own. Everything that Marcos does, his every action and inaction, his every passing and lingering thought can be described in one word; chaotic.
His wild and chaotic nature is inherent in everything he does. He purportedly moves and acts without rhyme or reason, his erratic nature making the man dangerously unpredictable. Enslaved and guided by instinct, intuition and fleeting bouts of impulse, one cannot delve into his mind in hopes of understanding his thoughts, as Marcos himself does not even understand them. One cannot predict what action the arrancar will take when he himself knows not what he will do, acting on a whim and stopping just the same. Its as if Marcos himself is in the audience, watching his body in motion only understanding what he is doing when the act itself is being performed.
While is erratic behavior does afford him a level of unpredictability unmatched by any before him, it also serves to cement him in a seat of neutrality. Though hard for anyone to believe, Marcos does not hate anything or anyone, and though he kills even his most lethal of attacks are void of any ounce of killing intent or malice. There is a twisted child like innocence about him, as he acts never out of pride or arrogance, but simply pure amusement. His cruelest of deeds cannot truly be called evil as it is a concept lost to the grinning jester; concurrently his most benevolent of deeds are not inherently good, being more coincidentally favorable to those that benefit than anything. It is this odd and puzzling outlook on the world that prevents the man from being burdened by things such as guilt or morality, while also ensuring that he cannot be threatened by anyone or anything using fear or pain.
The world is his playground, and everyone and everything therein, his toy.
Reiryoku Level——Hierro Strength: Immense Spiritual Power
Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), Iero; Spanish for "Iron", Japanese for "Steel Skin";Viz "Iron Skin")
The unknown — vast, inscrutable, its depths beyond one’s knowledge or understanding, its end beyond one’s reach and means to accurately measure. Marcos’s reiryoku, is the unknown. Even in his sealed state, his powers greatly suppressed — his spiritual power is great enough to rival the output of a seasoned Captain’s bankai, and match the Resurrección of several lower espada. Though considered taboo to release his zanpakuto within the walls of Las Noches in fear of destroying it, merely exerting his reiatsu in full while still sealed could level the fortress to the ground while also blowing away the surrounding sand in its entirety. Due to this overbearing power the time he is able to spend in the world of the living is greatly limited, his presence alone enough to disturb the spiritual balance and flow within the human world.
The strength of his hierro is only further testament to the scope of his reiryoku. Though not the strongest by far, conventional blades and zanpakuto alike whether sealed or released still show significant difficulty in harming him, pressing into his flesh as if absent of an edge or pointed end. Kido spells cast from shinigami from level 70 and lower have proven to be ineffective in restraining him for even a moment, or causing him an ounce of discomfort, let alone “pain”. This essentially ensures no one short of Captain class poses any significant threat to his well being as one must have not only the spiritual power to match or surpass his own to harm him, but the proper control of such power to focus it enough to bypass the defenses of his flesh. Even with such daunting power one is still left feeling that what they are able to perceive regardless of how great, is still little more than the superficial surface of even deeper depths. Uncertain to how far his powers reach extends, it becomes impossibly difficult to assess the required strength needed to overwhelm the man.
Sensing Reiryoku: Master
Despite appearing aloof, carefree and overall ignorant to not only his surroundings, but the various situations in which he finds himself in, Marcos is in truth, frighteningly perceptive of not only the world around him, but those within it as well as the various shifts and changes of the environment. Without adopting or entering a meditative state, he employs his Pesquisa, its full scope capable of covering, at the very least, the entirety of Karakura Town within the world of the living. An internal radara incredibly sensitive to the slightest ripples of spiritual pressure, gauging and instinctively dissecting it to determine the innate strength of those within the boundaries of the radar, the level of power being shown or exerted while concurrently determining the amount of power being otherwise shelved or hidden. It is a power that allows Marcos to almost always accurately assess the strength, power, lethal and destructive potential of not only his opponents, but his alleged allies as well.
His sense of awareness both naturally and spiritually is further honed and broadened through the cateye jewel upon his zanpakuto, and widened even further when exploiting the Garganta Broadcast to not only monitor locations and worlds well beyond his visual scope, but to use the gaping scar as a medium for his pesquisa, detecting the world being remotely monitored as if he himself were physically there. While using this method of monitoring though he can detect others through it, the opposite does not appear true, Marcos remaining otherwise invisible to those individuals. Despite not being able to be detected through spiritual, olfactory, auditory or visual means, the feeling of being watched is something he cannot erase or hide from them.
Allegedly unique to him alone, the Arrancar has displayed an uncanny ability to, by forming a circle out of his index finger and thumb and putting his hand next to his eye, see through the world. By forming the ritualistic circle with the two fingers, he is able to alter his perception of the world, seeing through walls to peer at those hidden behind them, through clothes to perceive the flesh underneath, through the flesh to observe muscle, through the muscle to observe skeletal structure, and through the body to perceive the spiritual. When he performs this feat the image is rather comical as the Arrancar fashions ’play glasses’ using his fingers, observing those who believe themselves to be hidden or otherwise disguised. Using this same method he can enhance his sight, the ring formed by his fingers used as a telescope to view people, places and objects from a distance, or a microscope to enlarge and observe miniature or microscopic objects or lifeforms.

Reiryoku Control: Mastered Control
The scope of Marcos’s control comes not from hardened focus and discipline, whether from his free and chaotic nature, along with his perceived lack of restraint. As unpredictably wild and seemingly independent as his reiatsu appears to be, the espada has no visible issues in not only living with this unruly power, but using and exploiting it as well. For others, housing a power that behaves and moves in a manner separate from one’s guidance and will, they would find performing even the simplest and briefest of augmentations in strength to be a heavy ordeal. For Marcos, he finds it no different than living, plotting and delving in all manner of mischief with a rather old friend and confidant. As insane as the concept is, it allows for Marcos to easily increase his already absurd physical strength to further exaggerated levels, his excessively accelerated regenerative powers further stimulated with the passing thought.
His control is further displayed in the manner in which he gathers and creates platforms. Where most Arrancar and shinigami use this to typically stand in the air, Marcos takes it a step further. Often seen afloat, the man appears to stand and walk as if on solid ground, sit as if seated on a bench or a reclining chair, and lay down mid-air as if sprawled across a comfy bed.
Reiatsu: Master
Endowed with an incredibly powerful and sinister aura, where others tread about with an oppressively dominating force, their spiritual power likened to a bomb Marcos’s behaves much like a landmine, buried and hidden beneath the surface. Like a mine one is certain that it exists, yet remain otherwise unaware of its placement, sensitivity, and the force in which it exerts when detonated. This alone cages the subconscious minds of those around him in a perpetual state of unease whenever he should arrive, and even long after his departure, leaving even the bravest of souls and most hardened and seasoned warriors disquieted.
Through his juvenile behavior and the uncertainty of the depths of his power, those who would confront him more often than not, tend to approach and er on the side of caution. Their caution and unease becomes justified when the scope of Marcos’s spiritual power is unleashed, subtly hidden like a mine...and striking with all the power of a nuke, demolishing and eradicating terrain, objects, spells, attacks, people and animals alike indiscriminately. Once detonated that power is resealed, and the mine once again becomes buried and hidden.
As baffling as the inexplicable unease subliminally implanted in the minds and souls of both masters and neophytes in terms of spiritual perception, even more curious is the manner in which his spiritual pressure moves and acts. The bane to the Reikaku (霊覚, "Spiritual Sense") of Shinigami, Quincy, Arrancar and human alike; masters of spiritual awareness and even those less competent in the art have reported that the arrancar’s reiatsu ’does not behave like reiatsu’. To those able to detect, see and track his spiritual pressure they immediately notice something ary. The reiatsu behaves as if it has some manner of sentience separate from its vessel. Where Marcos may move one way his reiatsu may move another way, or even appear to not move at all as if possessing a will all its own. This quirk makes predicting the already wild and unpredictable man even more impossible. While one may be able to perceive motive, thoughts, emotions and actions through others, such keen and sharpened perception proves useless against the espada. Marcos may feel one way, while his reiatsu may reflect another emotion entirely, and where he may have one thought, another or nothing is revealed to the observer, as if two or more independent souls inhabit one body. Oddly enough this does not appear to enfeeble the potency of his techniques, or impair them or his ability to fight in any way.
Reiatsu Colors:
As odd and psychotic as the man behaves, it is left a wonder how the man’s reaitsu could be such a beautifully vibrant assortment of colors. When seen, his reaitsu appears as a whirlpool of pinks, white and purple.
Reiatsu Shape:
At times the man’s reiatsu appears as a large grinning silhouette of himself, and at other moments it takes the shape of a monstrous cat, a subtle purr often accompanying its manifestation.
Reiatsu Effect(s):
As an Arrancar, a hollow that has managed to remove its mask to further evolve and grow in power,and an espada to boot Marcos possesses incredibly powerful reiatsu, and as an espada his reiatsu is intimately intertwined with his Aspect of Death. Like an umbrella, his reiatsu covers him at all times, and all those within the scope of his power. The movements of others ever duller than Marcos’s at one moment, then faster and sharper than his own another. Distances at times far greater and lesser respectively, the shift so subtle it bypasses the notice of even the most astute. All these odd and inexplicable nuances stem from the perception of all affected being quietly distorted. One’s perception of time subtly and drastically slowed, causing them to perceive their movements to be slower than they actually are, or sped up to implant the belief they are faster than Marcos. Their perception of depth and distance shifted to perceive not only Marcos, but potential allies, enemies and even the environment is further or closer than they really are. At the height of his power, more often than not unveiled when returning to his truer form, seconds become perceived as hours, minutes mistaken for days, and hours for years. It is an ability that is subconsciously active at all times, its effects strongest the closer one draws to him. According to the espada, knowing what is happening, and seeing through it as one sees through illusions is nearly impossible as the unconscious mind unwittingly perceives and accepts these changes to be true from an instinctual perspective. People deceive friends and family, enemies and allies, lovers and themselves at some point in their lives, using one method or another, consciously or otherwise. As deception is so deeply rooted into the core of living and sentient beings, it makes one that much more susceptible to the reiatsu of Marcos, his aspect of death greatly bolstering even the slightest spec of deceit seeded within one’s soul. Captain and Espada level individuals with the spiritual strength and control to match his own, though not truly immune prove to hold some resistance to its effects; seconds just barely being registered as minutes, and where an inch would possibly equate to a mile to opponents of lesser strength, for them it is no different than a foot or two in length.
Reiatsu Type: Dual Type
As an Arrancar Marcos’s reiatsu is a blend of both shinigami and hollow, the former prevailing over the latter. There have been times however, where his hollow side is suppressed to the point where one who detects him may mistake him as a shinigami, where at other times the shinigami portion is suppressed to the point the arrancar appears as little more than an unevolved hollow. It remains unknown if this is a conscious act on his part, a subconscious act of his seemingly autonomous reiatsu, or perhaps merely a byproduct of the espada’s Aspect of Death.
Zanjutsu Level: Expert
Zanjutsu (斬術, Swordsmanship; Viz "Art of the Sword")
Arguably his weakest ability, while rarely engaging in it, and showing no actual formal training Marcos is apparently impressively skilled with a blade. Given the chaotic nature of his personality, the arrancar’s swordsmanship more often than not, comes off as crude and primitive. His swings seem wild as he appears to be mindlessly flailing his arms about to cut and jab at his opponent. It is in this chaos that Marcos thrives and reigns supreme as the flailing swings strangely deflect and parry attacks with frightening accuracy. Every brazen attack executed by his hand is done so with unprecedented speed, agility and precision with an unpredictability that thwarts the greatest of schemes, and bypasses the sturdiest of defenses as it becomes impossible to truly tell when, where and how the blade will strike. Like a professional knife handler, he twirls, spins and juggles the curved dagger better than any circus performer, showing a penchant for knives and small blades. Due to the size, shape and very nature of his zanpakuto, Marcos often mixes and combines his swordsmanship with his hand-to-hand fighting, making an already chaotically wild and fast paced battle even more disordered. The arrancar tends to make use of the special cateyed jewel on Locura to observe both his opponent and his surroundings while in combat.
Despite his human shape, the man appears to twist, bend and contort his body and limbs in ways that are anything but such. With disturbingly preternatural flexibility one cannot help but to liken his body to that of rubber. He twists about as if void of a spine, springing from one side to the other with all the elasticity of a rubber band. A flexible body, when combined with a seemingly fractured mind and chaotic swordsmanship gives birth to the most terrifying and aggravating of fighters. That is Marcos.
Sonido Level: Master
Sonído (響転 (ソニード), Sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound", Japanese for "Sound Ceremony")
In terms of speed, agility, and dexterity Marcos stands in a league all his own, an island unto himself. He outmaneuvers Captain Class and Espada level opponents with all the ease of breathing, a simple and subtle shift here to dodge the swiftest of attacks by a hair’s breadth while appearing to be immobile all the while. His Sonīdo is void of its signature sound with its every execution. When he moves he purportedly does so without ever taking an actual step, his pose and posture remain unchanged while his body is transposed to another place entirely. It is for this reason that many liken the man’s speed to teleportation and are thoroughly convinced he is in fact using some unknown technique to do so. No matter the distance Marcos seems to be able to cover it with no visible effort or strain upon his body or spiritual power, simply appearing while circumnavigating the Pesquisa and Reiatsu Chikaku (霊圧知覚, "Spiritual Pressure Perception") of others, as if he’d been there all along, and vanishing just as swiftly, just as quietly. Marcos has offhandedly remarked that distance is relative, and is all a matter of perspective to him. If he can perceive himself there, then it becomes impossible for him to not reach it, implying that the Primera's speed and locations are tied proportionately to his Aspect.
The absurd manner in which he propels and accelerates himself leaves many opponents otherwise helpless to defend against uncertain attacks, launched with speeds that far outpace not only the visual and spiritual perception of others, but thoughts as well, forcing one to rely heavily on instinct and intuition rather their senses to have any hope of avoiding or defending against his attacks. The keenest of observers remain blind to his movements, those able to assess, and process a plethora of complex thoughts, strategies and equations in seconds if not less, still fall short in keeping up with even the briefest and most inconsequential of actions. When combined with his swordsmanship or his hand to hand combat, the espada becomes a storm of violence, death, and unpredictability.
Hand to hand Combat Level: Master
Boasting a surprisingly astounding level of brawn, mixed with his rather odd physiology, his unnatural flexibility, and unpredictability makes Marcos a force to be reckoned with. As with the blade he uses his speed, agility and flexibility to barrage his opponent with attacks from inconceivable angles, every blow crashing down with the impetus of a freight train at full speed. With his elongated nails, befitting his feline nature, the arrancar treats them like claws, delivering slashes with a vorpal edge that rivals and puts to shame the shikai of even some Captain level shinigami, exploiting both his speed and dexterity as he moves about the battlefield lithely.
Like with his blade, the man adheres to no discipline, and a quick glance equally reveals him ignorant of any martial arts. Even still, exploiting not only his hierro but his regenerative powers as well to grab limbs and blade alike with crushing constricting force makes him launch a series of blows far outpacing the eyes, ears, and spiritual detection of both the one of the receiving end, and any close or distant observer. While his every attack may be swung or launched with all the skill and technique of an amateur, they somehow evolve mid-course, becoming sharper, cleaner — maneuvering, moving, and striking with the full force of a master unarmed combatant. Free and uninhibited by thought, strategy and rationality, for one to willingly confront the espada in close quarter combat is considered equivalent to the act of self mutilation, especially as he is able to throw attacks from even the most disadvantageous of positions without losing balance, and without waning in strength or accuracy.
Skills and Abilities:
Unique Physiology • One of the espada’s prime characteristics is his sheer unpredictability. Unlike other Arrancar, Marcos has the distinguishing feature of making various parts of his body or his body as a whole seemingly disappear, appearing as a mere floating head, or simply a pair of eyes and his iconic wide sharp toothed grin. It remains uncertain if the espada is merely hiding his body through some means of illusion making his physical form appear invisible, or if his form is truly non-existent while in such a state. The espada appears to be able to, without any form of visible pain or discomfort, dislocate his head from the rest of his body, turn his head 180° or a complete 360° swivel, along with separating his individual body parts while still allowing them to act and move independent of one another. Combined with his mischievous and odd nature one is forced to face an opponent which contradicts the various concepts of “logic” one holds.
Nueve Vidas (九つ命, Kokonotsu Inochi; lit. “Nine Lives”) • A secret thus far shared with only one other soul, when facing the espada one is often left to believe that killing him is impossible, painting Marcos as essentially immortal in the minds of many a friend and foe. Despite how difficult it is to permanently harm the Arrancar, least of all mortally wound him, Marcos can admittedly be killed. However for Marcos, the subject of death is only a temporary inconvenience while for others it is a permanent end, the finality of their existence. To permanently put an end to Marcos he must be killed a total of nine times. It is a fact that would submerge any would be opponent into a pit of despair, knowing one must breach the defenses of his hierro, outpace his regenerative powers, and circumvent and maneuver around his rather odd physiology to have hopes of killing the man a single time. How much further then, must one push, harder and stronger must one strike, and faster one must move to ensure the successful completion of that one infinitely difficult and jarring task is successfully repeated eight more times without fail? The nature of this power appears unique to Marcos alone. It is uncertain if it is tied to his Aspect of Death, or if perhaps it is some variation of Soul-Separation, or some other dark and twisted power altogether. His rebirth does not come without cost. Once born anew, his hierro becomes a little frailer, his reiatsu becomes a tad more serene, movements and regenerative powers a bit slower, and his strength a tad weaker. It is a condition that, although temporary, can be exploited to chip away at his lives until none remain. A feat that is unquestionably easier said than done.
Mentira Piadosa (僅少白い嘘, Kinshō shiroi uso; “A Little White Lie”) • A Jokester and Jester at his core, the Primera’s existence is one of denial and deception. Marcos deceives himself, or rather his body — becoming stronger, faster,more durable. Sometimes this is a result of Marcos lying to himself about his own physical capabilities, other times it is the espada lying to himself about the capabilities of his opponent. It is through this same process that the Primera is capable of recovering from grievous wounds that might potentially be greater than his natural regenerative powers could cope with.
High-Speed Regeneration (超速再生, Chōsoku Saisei; lit. "Ultra-Fast Regeneration") • Marcos boasts one of, if not the fastest and strongest regenerative power amongst Espada and Arrancar alike from any generation. Able to instantly regenerate any damage on the spot the moment it is received, often painting the illusion that the espada was never injured to begin with. Torn and severed limbs are restored in full almost the moment the limb or extremity is removed. It is a power that shows no exception to nearly any part of his body, major internal organs included in the regenerative capabilities of his unique anatomy. It is an ability that spares the man from receiving any actual permanent damage or submitting to any poison or toxin, forcing his opponents into a grueling and frustrating battle of attrition, a fierce competition waging the speed of their attacks against the speed in which he regenerates. Unknown to the others, the espada's regeneration like his speed is appropriately linked to his perception abilities. Able to restore himself to his normal state so long as he is able to perceive himself how he was prior to receiving any injury or harm. It's for this reason poisons and the like have little effect on him as Marcos himself cannot easily or readily perceive himself being sick, ill or poisoned.
Desgarrar (引き裂く,Hikisaku; lit. “Claw;Rend”) • A technique believed to possess all the speed of a Bala with the ferocity of a cero. Marcos gathers and focuses his reiryoku through his hands and fingertips, the reiryoku holding the same volatile power of his respective cero. The reiryoku is then compressed and sharpened, extending from each finger, appearing extremely jagged and claw-like. Desgarrar holds both close-combat and long-range uses.
Up close the focused jagged edges of his magnified reiryoku allows him to explosively increase his physical attacks from his already incredibly sharp and durable nail-like claws. When used at a distance as a long-range attack Marcos releases these "cero" claws from his hands, sending them flying at the enemy. Like the bala, Desgarrar can be fired in quick succession.
The intensity, size and strength of the technique can be proportionally increased based upon Marcos's reiatsu, ranging from cleaving skyscrapers in half, to demolishing a large portion of a town. In his Resurrección the scale, speed and strength of the technique is immensely magnified, once freed from the restraints on his power. Marcos, while in his released state, shows some degree of control over the path of his Cero claws.
Descorrer, Garganta Broadcast, Negación

Caja Negación (反膜の匪 (カハ・ネガシオン), kaha negashion; Spanish for "Negation Box", Japanese for "Anti-Membrane of Negation")
Inventions:
Cero Negación (セロ・ネガシオン, Sero Negashion; “Zero Negation”; “Hollow Flash Counter-Membrane”) • Marcos’s unique variation of Cero, it is one who’s lethality appears to be one of the highest within Hueco Mundo among the Espada, both past and present. An amalgamation of the chaotically destructive qualities of his Cero, with the isolating powers of Negación. Discharging the cero causes it to immediately and rapidly swell and expand to exaggerated proportions. Anything encapsulated by the Cero becomes separated from the world, all within repeatedly pulverized by blast after violent and tumultuous blast, each blast rivaling the destructive force and power of a Gran Rey Cero. Due to the Negación’s isolation properties, this essentially means that everything and everyone unfortunate enough to be caught, are subjected to being directly at the heart of this destructive force. Most notable is that with each explosion, the overall shape and size of the Cero becomes smaller as it compresses to a miniature and compact size.

Locura (狂気, Kyōki; Spanish and Japanese for “Madness”)
Zanpakuto Appearance:
Locura comes in the form of a Janbiya, a short curved, double-edged blade. The dagger begins broad where it leaves the hilt, gradually tapering towards its tip. The hilt of the dagger seems to be composed of a rusty gold. The most curious and peculiar feature of the blade appears to be the jewel embedded in the hilt. The slit like mark within the center of the jewel gives it the resemblance of an eye — the jewel behaving just as such. Marcos’s field of perception is further broadened, allowing him to view the world through the eye as easily as he does his actual eyes. The eye is able to see even within the dark, perceive both heat and reiryoku. It is for this reason that he often changes where he sheathes and houses the dagger.
Release Word:
The release command of his zanpakuto is Traicionar (裏切る, Uragiru; “Betray”). Marcos raises the blade parallel to his neck, slowly dragging the edge of Locura across his throat. Instead of blood however pink and purple spiritual energy erupts from the laceration before expanding out and consuming the entirety of his being.
Resurrección:
Resurrección Appearance:
Once invoking the transformation of his Resurrección a turbulent hailstorm of spiritual power sweeps across the area, whirling about the arrancar in an assortment of pinks, purples and white, winds howl and blow with all the force of a hurricane. As this chaotic storm settles, the winds die out and the colors fade, Marcos stands, transformed. In his released state he appears larger and bulkier, giving off an imposing feeling. His body appears covered in an unknown dark material tinted purple, while his ears expand out covered in purple fur. His hollow hole sits on full display, no longer hidden behind the bandages that once adorned his waist. Fingers extend into claw-like talons while sclera are tainted black. Perhaps most noticeable are not the feline styled ears, or the fur or claws, but the fact that the espada’s face can now be fully seen, and the two tails that sway ceaselessly behind him. The tails are a vibrant pink in color, and instead of being composed of flesh, blood and bone their makeup seems something closer to reiryoku. According to the espada, each tail is the equivalent to a Gran Rey Cero, and will act and respond outside of his conscious will and thought. Due to the very nature of their composition, the tails can stretch and expand to cover exaggerated distances and a multitude of targets.
Resurrección Abilities:
In his released state the espada is exactly that; released. His already dense hierro, becomes exceedingly harder and denser. His physical parameters augmented to excessively high and exaggerated levels — strength great enough to level towns, and speeds great enough to bend and warp space from mere passing. His already startling amount of reiryoku becomes terrifyingly more colossal in both scope and power. Once unbounding himself from the seal that restrains his power and hides his true form, Marcos’s already frighteningly impressive regenerative powers only grow stronger. Where previously his injuries would instantaneously heal themselves shortly after receiving the damage, now his body restores itself, mending the wounds shut as blades, attacks and weapons of all sorts simultaneously pass through him, creating the illusion of intangibility, making it all the more difficult for one to cause any considerable or lasting damage to him. Despite no longer having a blade to wield, his claws more than make up for its absence. Each claw the equivalent to a Captain’s bankai in terms of strength, durability and sharpness. When pressed together the tips become an unstoppable spear, piercing through stone, steel, flesh and even some of the sturdiest of defensive kido spells with all the ease of piercing and tearing through wet paper.
Focusing his cero on the very tips of his clawed fingers further increases the mortality rate of any soul cursed to find itself caught within his violent path.
The effects of Marcos’s reiatsu now stronger, stealthier and harder for one to resist, forcing even seasoned Captains to consciously combat the effects of his reiatsu with the strength of their own spiritual pressure at all times, while still being on guard against the espada’s attacks.
•Tontos Vista (Orokamono shiten; 愚か者視点, "Fool's Perspective”): Initially it was believed, and to some extent still is widely assumed, that Marcos holds the power to alter the size of himself, others and objects, making them smaller or larger respectively. It is a fact that is neither entirely true, nor completely false. Weaving together both fact and fiction into one indiscernible mesh, that is the art of deception, Marcos’s aspect of Death. He becomes capable of treating distant objects and people as miniature figures, grabbing and lifting up mountains, crushing them between his fingertips, and flicking away enemies as if they were flies. Since from his perspective such people and objects are small, he (or his limb in question) in accordance becomes proportionally larger in the eyes and perspective of his opponent. Closing one eye shifts the espada’s perspective of an opponent, object or attack’s placement, causing the space within their proximity to shift in order to accommodate and impose his perspective onto the world. Obstructing his view of an attack, removing it from his visual perspective concurrently causes that same attack to abruptly ripple and fade into an invisible void. Attacks launched at distant foes that appear covered or struck from Marcos’s point of view, spontaneously appear inches from making contact. This forces the opponent to remain on guard at all times, unable to properly judge or gauge the distance, speed and timing of his attacks. It is a power that imposes his perspective onto the world and those within it, deceiving himself through exaggerating what he perceives, turning the deception into an opponent’s truth. All perspectives fall beneath the umbrella of his power. He is however, not void of limits. Even if Marcos removes an opponent from his perspective, it does not in turn erase them from existence. Living and intelligent life appear to be safe from this aspect of his power. It remains unconfirmed if buildings and large structures and landscapes are equally spared from that aspect of his power. Becoming proportionally larger to his opponents, also tends to leave him exposed and open to attack to those capable of challenging his strength in that state. It is a power accessible to Marcos in both his sealed and released state, though to a lesser extent in the former stage.
Cero:
Marcos’s Cero are noted to be a swirling mixture of pink and purple, beautifully intertwined with one another. However, what stands out about his Cero lies not in its appearance rather the method in which Marcos fires it. Though multiple witnesses recall the deployment of his cero by way of mouth — Marcos is, at any given moment capable of firing off the Cero from any point on his body, be it from the crown of his head, to his back, his chest, forehead, arms, shoulders or the soles of his feet. The gathered spiritual energy focused, charged and released all done in one instantaneous moment, the Cero conveniently appearing almost instinctively at the most strategic area on Marcos’s body and firing just the same. His cero appears to hold no distinct appearance, sometimes being fired off as a sphere of pure wanton destruction, at other moments it appears in the form of a beam like blast, while at other times it spreads out in a wide fanning arc. When coupled with the uncertainty of where he will fire from it makes avoiding or defending against his Cero an arduous task, demanding the greatest of reflexes and focus to aid his opponent. Marcos can remotely compress or expand the size of his cero.
Marcos has shown great competence and talent with the Cero Córnea. Where a layman is capable of demolishing a boulder from the miniature blasts, Marcos displays the power to devastate buildings. Stone, rock, crystal, and various sturdy and durable metals of varying thickness pulverized upon contact, proving that not even something as simple as a casual glance from Marcos is safe to those around him, increasing the unease felt by those trapped beneath his gleeful gaze.

Biography:
Marcos, the grinning cat whom none know, and few have ever seen. He appears like a whisper, his arrival and form little more than rumor. He is the cat that no one can understand, and the one who sees and knows all that happens behind every tree, beyond every wall, beneath every rock within Hueco Mundo.
He watches, he listens, but rarely acts to intervene or participate in anything that transpires. Some recall cheerful and amused laughs of glee and excitement as the Kouka rampaged through the land of Hollows. What is believed to be his vibrant pink hues bore witness to the current “God King” oppose and strike down the then temperamental Queen. He’s watched both Arrancar and Espada alike come and go. When those same Arrancar and esteemed Espada alike were lost in the Shattering of Dimensions, Marcos the mischievous cat watched on, eyes alight with merriment at a spectacle unlike any he had seen.
While other hollows struggled to progress in strength, status and form, Marcos struggled to find constant forms of entertainment. He feasted only when he felt the need, his time otherwise spent laying lazily from a tree within the Forest of Menos, hunting and slaughtering his own kind, napping, or stalking curious and interesting humans within the Land of the living.
It was not until recently did something stir within the grinning feline, sparking a desire to cast aside his form, fracturing his mask to join the ranks of Arrancar, a feat that appeared almost casual for the cat turned man.
